(57) A wall panel (10) comprises at least a first foamed layer (100) of foamed polyester having a first (101) and a second (102) surface, at least a first rigid polyester layer (110) having a first (111) and a second (112) surface, the first surface (101) of the at least first foamed layer is glued to the second surface (112) of the at least first rigid layer by a thermoplastic glue (201), and a first outer polyester layer (120) having a first (121) and a second surface (122), the second surface (122) of the first outer layer adhering to the first surface (111) of the at least first rigid layer, the first surface (121) of the first outer polyester layer providing the first outer surface of the wall panel.
