(57) A method for facilitating communication between a plurality of computing devices and a virtual agent, comprising: identifying at least one of: at least one real-world object and at least one virtual object displayed within a collaborative environment; in response to the identifying, generating agent data defining at least one instance of a virtual agent associated with at least one real-world object of interest or at least one virtual object of interest, the at least one agent instance having a database for individual objects of interest that are identified by an analysis of the object data; receiving first communication data associated with at least one object of interest from at least one computing device of the plurality of computing devices; storing data associated with the at least one object of interest from the first communication data at the database of the at least one virtual agent instance, wherein the at least one attribute associated with the at least one object of interest is configured for access by multiple communication sessions; receiving information from second communication data from a computing device of the plurality of computing devices regarding one or more objects of interest; and causing the computing device to retrieve the data associated with the one or more objects of interest from the database for display of the at least one attribute of the one or more objects of interest with a display of the communication data in response to the query.
