(54) TOILET PAPER AND DISPOSABLE TISSUES, DYED WITH NATURAL DYES THAT AVOID A VISUAL IMPACT ON THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

(57) The invention is aimed at the industrial paper sector and more specifically at toilet paper and disposable tissues, and provides, through the use of dyes, a reduction in the visual impact when these are discarded in the natural environment as they blend in with their surroundings. Versions have been planned in which these papers acquire a camouflage pattern

Description

FIELD OF THE ART

[0001] The technical field to which the invention refers is the field of tissue paper products, especially dyed or colored tissue paper products. In the manufacturing process the paper pulp is dyed of colorants that make the final product as unnoticeable as possible, after being used in the natural environment. The dyes used will be chosen according to the colorimetric analysis (scenic background) of the main European landscapes and/or ecosystems.

STATE OF THE ART

[0002] The purity associated with toilet paper is something that has been valued for some time now, but only a few decades ago, in many countries it was common to find colored toilet paper in stores and supermarkets. It was all the rage and the consumer could choose the most suitable model for purely aesthetic purposes.

[0003] Functionality soon took over aesthetics and white toilet paper became predominant once again. Currently, only the company RENO VA from Portugal markets tissue paper in different colors, whose purpose is exclusively aesthetic and decorative for the environments where it is used (homes, hotels, etc.).

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The use of tissue paper (toilet paper - handkerchiefs) in the natural environment is increasing, mainly due to a considerable increase in the "exploitation" of the rural and environmental environment for recreational, sporting and other varied activities. The immediate consequence is the visual pollution produced by this waste in the environment. A tissue paper of these characteristics, depending on the grammage and/or layers, takes an average of four or five months to disintegrate.

[0005] The perception, especially through vision, of an alteration or imbalance - natural or artificial - in the landscape produces visual stress, which affects the psychophysical reactions of living beings. This damages living conditions by disrupting the vital functions of the inhabitants and occasional visitors to this space.

[0006] The respect for our environment lies in knowing how to give in each case the most harmonious solution with the idiosyncrasy of this physical environment or habit of coexistence.

[0007] According to the proposed invention, we would solve the problem of white tissue paper in the natural environment until its complete disintegration. Although white tissue paper is definitely transformed "cellulose" (part of the natural environment), it is also a waste that cannot be abandoned after use, neither in urban nor in natural environments.

MODE OF REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION

[0008] After a colorimetric analysis of the most representative landscapes and/or ecosystems in Europe, and the selection of the appropriate dyes, these would be used to color the pulp in the manufacturing process, resulting in a tissue paper, in its different formats, that mimics as much as possible the natural environment where it is used.

Claims

1. Toilet paper and disposable handkerchiefs, dyed of natural dyes that avoid a visual impact, characterized by being made of paper pulp colored in the manufacturing process, of natural dyes or colorants that avoid the visual impact by a mimicry effect with the natural environment where they are used.

2. Toilet paper and tissues dyed of natural dyes that avoid a visual impact on the natural environment, according to claim 1, characterized in that the colored paper pulp used has suitable coloring characteristics to give it a "camouflage" effect that makes it difficult to be perceived.
