(54) VIBRATORY THERAPEUTIC MASSAGER FOR THE PERINEAL AND PELVIC REGION

(57) The present utility model refers to a vibrating device (1), made of smooth-textured ABS plastic, consisting of a rounded top (2) measuring 1 cm by 1.4 cm, with vibration (3) on the front side, and a USB cable input at its base (4), making it rechargeable through electricity. It features four interchangeable tips (5) made of ABS plastic that can be attached/detached to the vibrating device (1), and an elastomer cover (6) designed to be used over the smaller pointed tip. Each tip has a different shape and purpose, aiding in the treatment of dysfunctions in the perineal and pelvic region of women, men, and children aged 5 and above. The present utility model is also suitable for maintaining health and can enhance sexual pleasure for both men and women.

Description

[0001] The present utility model refers to a vibrating device (1), made of smooth-textured ABS plastic, with a length of up to 9 cm from the base to the top. The rounded top (2) measures 1 cm by 1.4 cm and has vibration (3) on the front side. It has a USB cable input at the 2 cm base (4) and features four interchangeable ABS plastic tips (5) that can be attached/detached to the vibrating device (1). One of the tips is a smaller pointed tip (a), with a thickness of 0.5 cm at its narrowest part on the top, measuring 3 cm by 2 cm. This tip is suitable for insertion in the vaginal and anal canal, particularly for cases involving local tension, difficulty in penetration, or small genital anatomy. Another tip is a larger oval pointed tip (b), with a thickness of 1.5 cm at its narrowest part on the top, measuring 2.2 cm by 2 cm. It is indicated for both external and internal treatment in the perineal and vulvar region, particularly for use on the clitoris, labia minora and majora, vaginal and anal canal.

It is also suitable for use on the entire penis and pelvic regions, as well as local muscles;

The hook-shaped tip (c) has a thickness of 0.5 cm at the tip of the hook, with dimensions of 2.8 cm by 2 cm. It is indicated for working on the perineal and vulvar region, as well as the penis and anus. Its hook shape is suitable for stimulating the vaginal walls, the G-spot region, and the lower wall. It is also recommended for 360-degree stimulation of the walls and prostate stimulation; The flat tip (d) has a thickness of 3 cm at the top, a 2 cm base, and a length of 2.2 cm. It is indicated for external treatment and for treating larger areas of the body; Additionally, the massager includes an elastomer cover (6) in a whitish color, with a length of 7.5 cm (3.5 cm at the base and 4 cm at the hardened and pointed part) . The base has a diameter of 2.2 cm, and the hardened tip has a diameter of 1 cm. This cover is designed to be used over the smaller pointed tip.

[0002] The massager device features vibration ranging from 20Hz to 150Hz in frequency, with an amplitude of 1.5 microseconds, according to the user's needs. It operates on electricity through the USB input at its base, making it rechargeable. It is suitable for women, men, and children with dysfunctions in the perineal region and pelvic floor muscles. It is recommended for people suffering from urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary retention (difficulty urinating), anal and vaginal fissures, musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., fractures), pain, and tension in the perineal region during pre-delivery, delivery, and post-delivery. It is also beneficial for circulatory impairment, vaginismus (difficulty or impossibility of vaginal penetration), vulvodynia (burning, pain, and difficulty in vaginal penetration), tissue injuries and scars, nerve-related changes, among others.

[0003] Its use is recommended for treating dysfunctions in the pelvic region of women, men, and children aged 5 and above. It is also indicated for maintaining overall health in that area.

[0004] The field of application for this new Vibratory Therapeutic Massager device encompasses its use and commercialization in the market for healthcare devices and accessories. Additionally, it can also be used in the field of sexuality, including in sex shops.

[0005] Among the main purposes of the new Vibratory Therapeutic Massager, we highlight its potential to treat urological conditions (when used on the penis, vagina, and perineal region), gynecological conditions (vagina and perineal region), proctological conditions (anus and perineal region), obstetrical conditions (vagina, perineal region, and sacral area), and sexual conditions (penis, vagina, anus, clitoris, and perineal region).

[0006] In the sexual realm, it has purposes related to the treatment and prevention of anal, vaginal, and penile conditions. In obstetrics, it is indicated for relaxing the perineum and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles for childbirth, as well as assisting in the treatment of postpartum scars.

[0007] In the prior art, it can be observed that there is currently a utility model patent No. BR 202012015849-9, owned and invented by the present inventor, granted on 27/06/2012. However, there is a recognized need for improvement of the previously existing device, as it was not designed to accommodate different anatomies, including those of children. Additionally, there are various other models of vibrators available in the market, but they are primarily focused on sexual purposes, aiming to stimulate erogenous zones and provide pleasure.

[0008] The newly proposed device is a therapeutic massager model with smaller dimensions than the existing one, aiming to facilitate and assist in treatments for individuals with closed or smaller genital organs. Its smaller dimensions help to avoid pain or discomfort that may arise from using larger devices.

[0009] In order to enhance this type of accessory, the new therapeutic massager model offers the following technical advantages: The device is designed to massage the perineal region and muscles in the pelvic area of women, men, and children aged 5 and above. It has dimensions of length and width that can accommodate different body types, without causing pain or discomfort. It allows the device to work effectively in various anatomical regions, including tighter or smaller vaginas, vaginal walls, gluteal muscles, and other local regions.It features four interchangeable tips that are designed to respect the dimensions and prevent any damage to the perineal and pelvic floor regions.The massager includes an elastomer cover specifically designed to be used over the smaller pointed tip. This cover aims to facilitate the insertion of the tip without causing any burning or pain. The new therapeutic massager model is rechargeable and operates on electricity. It features a USB input at its base, contributing to environmental sustainability by eliminating the need for batteries and reducing waste. Overall, these technical innovations aim to improve the effectiveness, comfort, and sustainability of the therapeutic massager for a wide range of users.

[0010] To obtain a complete and comprehensive understanding of the constitution of the new Vibratory Therapeutic Massager for the perineal and pelvic region, as described in this Utility Model Patent, please refer to the accompanying illustrative drawings, to which references are made as follows.

[0011] After all the information presented, it is evident that the new Vibratory Therapeutic Massager for the perineal and pelvic region brings essential improvements compared to existing products in the market. It offers the possibility of use for children from the age of 5, as well as addressing the needs of individuals with smaller genital anatomy, both in men and women. One great advantage is its smaller dimensions, making the device more discreet and practical, easily portable to different locations. Lastly, it is a rechargeable device that can be powered through a USB cable connected to its base, adding convenience to its usage.
