(54) ELEVATOR SYSTEM


(57) According to the present invention, in order to provide an elevator system capable of avoiding interference between a pit device and a car without significantly increasing a hoistway dimension even though the car includes an evacuation ladder and the pit device is installed in a hoistway pit of the elevator, there is provided an elevator system in which a pit device is installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a car of an elevator moves up and down and an evacuation ladder is installed on a side plate of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway on which the pit device is installed. The pit device and the evacuation ladder are installed at positions not overlapping as viewed from a plan or at positions different from each other.




Description

Technical Field



[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator system, and particularly to an elevator system suitable for a car of an elevator including an evacuation ladder and a pit device installed in a hoistway pit of the elevator.

Background Art



[0002] In general, pit devices such as an interphone, a control station switch (elevator stop switch), a bell, a brake release switch, and a buzzer are installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a car of an elevator moves up and down. On the other hand, an evacuation ladder for rescuing a passenger trapped in the car of the elevator by a firefighter is provided in the car of the elevator.

[0003] The evacuation ladder is often installed and stored in a ceiling of the car or a handrail portion of the car, but may be stored in a rear side plate or a side surface side plate of the car.

[0004]  PTL 1 discloses an emergency elevator system for avoiding water immersion of an elevator control device and a hoisting machine in a hoistway during fire fighting in case of fire in a building.

[0005] PTL 1 described above describes an emergency elevator system in which an elevator control device and a hoisting machine are installed in a hoistway without installing a machine room in order to avoid water immersion of the elevator control device and the hoisting machine in the hoistway during fire fighting in case of fire in the building. The emergency elevator system includes a fireproof divided hoistway, a device storage box body which is attached to an appropriate location of the hoistway higher than a pit of the hoistway and on which a waterproof treatment is performed, and device waterproof storage means for storing either or both of the elevator control device and the hoisting machine in the device storage box and prevents water immersion.

In addition, in a case where the evacuation ladder is stored in the ceiling of the car, a ceiling thickness of the car increases, and a distance (hereinafter, referred to as OH dimension) from an uppermost floor of the building to a ceiling of the building also increases.

[0010] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator system capable of avoiding interference between a pit device and a car without significantly increasing a hoistway dimension even though a car of an elevator includes an evacuation ladder and a pit device is installed in a hoistway pit of the elevator.

Solution to Problem



[0011] In order to achieve the above object, an elevator system in which a pit device is installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a car of an elevator moves up and down and an evacuation ladder is installed on a side plate of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway on which the pit device is installed. The pit device and the evacuation ladder are installed at positions not overlapping as viewed from a plan or at positions different from each other.

Advantageous Effects of Invention



[0012] According to the present invention, it is possible to avoid interference between the pit device and the car without significantly increasing the hoistway dimension even though the car of the elevator includes the evacuation ladder and the pit device is installed in the hoistway pit of the elevator.

Description of Embodiments



[0014] Hereinafter, an elevator system of the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiment. In the drawings, the same reference signs are used for the same components.

[First embodiment]



[0015] FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of an elevator apparatus 100 in a first embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention.

[0016] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the elevator apparatus 100 includes a hoistway 1 that communicatively connects each floor of a building 2, a plurality of landing places 2A provided on floors of the building 2, and a car 4 that moves in the hoistway 1 and stops at each landing place 2A, and each landing place 2A is communicatively connected with the car 4 through a car entrance 4A..

[0017] The car 4 is connected to one end of a main rope (not shown) and is suspended in the hoistway 1, and a counterweight 5 balanced with a weight of the car 4 is connected to the other end of the main rope. In addition, a hoisting machine 3 that winds up the main rope and a control panel (not illustrated) that controls an operation of the hoisting machine 3 are installed above the-hoistway 1.

[0024] In the present embodiment, the interphone 21 and the control station switch 22 are detachably held by a pit control station housing 28 detachably installed on the wall surface 20a of the pit 20 outside the evacuation space 27. During maintenance, the interphone 21 and/or the control station switch 22 is removed from the pit control station housing 28 and is moved to the evacuation space 27, and the interphone 21 and/or the control station switch 22 is operated in the evacuation space 27.

[0027] Accordingly, according to the present embodiment, even though the car 4 includes the evacuation ladder 30 and the pit devices such as the interphone 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, and the buzzer 25 are installed in the pit 20 of the hoistway 1, it is possible to avoid interference between the pit devices such as the interphone 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, and the buzzer 25 and the car 4 without significantly increasing the dimensions of the hoistway 1.

[0028] In addition, in the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress increases in dimensions (plane dimension and pit dimension) of the hoistway 1, it is possible to use a component with a low waterproof requirement, and it is possible to reduce the cost of the elevator system.

[0029] In addition, since an operation of the interphone 21 or the control station switch 22 from the evacuation space 27 can also satisfy a standard, and during maintenance, the interphone 21 or the control station switch 22 can be moved simply by removing the interphone or the control station switch from the pit control station housing 28, it is possible to cope with the same work time as the current work time.

Claims

1. An elevator system in which a pit device is installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a. car of an elevator moves up and down and an evacuation ladder is installed on a side plate of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway on which the pit device is installed, wherein the pit device and the evacuation ladder are installed at positions not overlapping as viewed from a plan or at positions different from each other.
 
2. The elevator system according to claim 1, wherein the evacuation ladder is stored in a ladder storage portion provided on the side plate of the car.
 
3. The elevator system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an evacuation space of a worker is provided on a pit bottom portion of the hoistway, and the pit device is installed above the evacuation space.
 
4. The elevator system according to claim 3, wherein the pit device is an interphone, a control station switch, a brake release switch, a buzzer, and a bell.
 
5. The elevator system according to claim 4, wherein the interphone and the control station switch are detachably held by a pit control station housing installed detachably on the pit wall surface outside the evacuation space, are removed from the pit control station housing and are moved to the evacuation space during maintenance, and are operated in the evacuation space.
 
6. The elevator system according to claim 5, wherein the interphone and the control station switch are installed side by side in the pit control station housing.
