[0001] The present invention relates to a construction system of a heat pump device which
is shipped from a factory in a state where a front surface grill thereof is detached
from an outdoor unit body and in which the front surface grill is attached to the
outdoor unit body in a construction field site.
[BACKGROUND TECHNIQUE]
[0002] Patent document 1 discloses an outdoor unit having a front surface grill which is
located on a front side of an air-blowing fan and which covers an air-blowing port.
[0003] Patent document 2 discloses an air conditioner which displays constructing operation
guideline on a screen and which makes a contractor check the constructing operation
guideline.

[PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION]
[0005] The construction system is transported from shipment from a factory to the construction
field site in a state where the front surface grill is not attached to the outdoor
unit body. By transporting the construction system in the state where the front surface
grill is not attached to the outdoor unit, it is possible to prevent the front surface
grill from being damaged and the number of steps of construction operation can be
reduced.
[0006] However, if the operation of the heat pump device is carried out without attaching
the front surface grill to the outdoor unit body, the air-blowing fan rotates in a
state where the air-blowing fan is exposed.
[0007] Therefore, it is necessary to check the attached state of the front surface grill
before operation is carried out.
[0008] It is an object of the present invention to provide a construction system of a heat
pump device capable of preventing the possibility that a contractor forgets to attach
a front surface grill to an outdoor unit body.
[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM]
[0009] A construction system of a heat pump device of the present invention described in
claim 1 which is shipped from a factory in a state where a front surface grill (3A)
thereof is detached from an outdoor unit body (3B) and in which the front surface
grill (3A) is attached to the outdoor unit body (3B) in a construction field site,
wherein the construction system includes a display 61 for prompting to carry out various
settings before the heat pump device is operated, an inputting section 62 through
which a contractor inputs a setting content, and a controller 63 for displaying on
the display 61 depending upon the setting content which is input through the inputting
section 62, the controller 63 displays, on the display 61, confirmation display for
confirming that the front surface grill 3A is attached to the outdoor unit body 3B
before the heat pump device is operated.
[0010] According to the invention described in claim 2, in the construction system of the
heat pump device described in claim 1, in response to the confirmation display, if
a content which is input through the inputting section 62 is that the front surface
grill 3A is not yet attached to the outdoor unit body 3B, new one of the various settings
is not displayed on the display 61 and the controller 63 prompts to attach the front
surface grill 3A to the outdoor unit body 3B.

heat pump device described in claim 1, the controller 63 includes a main menu setting,
and an initial setting step for carrying out at least a language setting, and the
confirmation display is carried out in the initial setting step.

is carried out, it is possible to prevent the possibility that a contractor forgets
to attach a front surface grill to an outdoor unit body, and operation is not carried
out in a state where an air-blowing fan is exposed.

[MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION]
[0016] A construction system of a heat pump device according to a first embodiment of the
present invention includes a display for prompting to carry out various settings before
the heat pump device is operated, an inputting section through which a contractor
inputs a setting content, and a controller for displaying on the display depending
upon the setting content which is input through the inputting section, the controller
displays, on the display, confirmation display for confirming that the front surface
grill is attached to the outdoor unit body before the heat pump device is operated.
According to this embodiment, by displaying the confirmation on the display before
operation is carried out, it is possible to prevent the possibility that a contractor
forgets to attach the front surface grill to the outdoor unit body, and operation
is not carried out in a state where an air-blowing fan is exposed.
[0017] According to a second embodiment of the invention, in the construction system of
the heat pump device of the first embodiment, in response to the confirmation display,
if a content which is input through the inputting section is that the front surface
grill is not yet attached to the outdoor unit body, new one of the various settings
is not displayed on the display and the controller prompts to attach the front surface
grill to the outdoor unit body. According to this embodiment, since new setting cannot
be carried out if the content is not attached to the confirmation display, it is possible
to further reliably prevent the possibility that the contractor forgets to attach
the front surface grill to the outdoor unit body.

heat pump device of the first or second embodiment, the controller includes a main
menu setting, and an initial setting step for carrying out at least a language setting,
and the confirmation display is carried out in the initial setting step. According
to this embodiment, by displaying the confirmation in the initial setting step, it
is possible to further reliably prevent the possibility that the contractor forgets
to attach the front surface grill to the outdoor unit body.

the heat pump device of the third embodiment, the confirmation display is carried

embodiment, by displaying confirmation as one of indispensable settings including
language setting before main menu setting, it is possible to further reliably prevent
the possibility that the contractor forgets to attach the front surface grill to the
outdoor unit body.

heat pump device of the third embodiment, a time setting is further carried out in
the initial setting step, and the confirmation display is carried out after the time
setting and before the main menu setting. According to this embodiment, by displaying

setting before main menu setting, it is possible to further reliably prevent the possibility
that the contractor forgets to attach the front surface grill to the outdoor unit
body.
[EMBODIMENT]
[0021] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to
the drawings.
[0022] Figs. 1 are diagrams showing a configuration of a heat pump device according to the
embodiment.
[0023] As shown in Fig. 1(a), the heat pump device of the embodiment includes a refrigerant
circuit 10 and a heat medium circuit 20.
[0024] The refrigerant circuit 10 is formed by connecting a compressor 11, a use-side heat
exchanger 12, an expansion device 13 and a heat source-side heat exchanger 14 through
a refrigerant pipe, and refrigerant circulates through the refrigerant circuit 10.
[0025] In the heat medium circuit 20, heat medium which is heated by the use-side heat exchanger
12 is circulated through a use-side terminal 1 by refrigerant discharged from the
compressor 11.
[0026] The heat medium circuit 20 includes a vapor-liquid separator 30 which separates gas
in the heat medium circuit 20 from heat medium, a transportation pump 21 through which
heat medium circulates, and a heater 22 for heating heat medium.
[0027] The heat medium circuit 20 further includes a pressure relief valve 40. A discharge
device 50 is connected to the vapor-liquid separator 30. The discharge device 50 discharges
gas which is separated by the vapor-liquid separator 30.
[0028] The transportation pump 21 is placed in an indoor unit 2.
[0029] The indoor unit 2 includes a display 61 for prompting to set various things before
the heat pump device is operated, an inputting section 62 through which a contractor
inputs setting content, and a controller 63 for displaying on the display 61 depending

remote control devices and may be provided separately from the indoor unit 2.

11 flows through the use-side heat exchanger 12, the expansion device 13 and the heat

expansion device 13, and the refrigerant which absorbs heat in the heat source-side
heat exchanger 14 is sucked into the compressor 11. By flowing the refrigerant which
is compressed by the compressor 11 to the use-side heat exchanger 12 in this manner,
heat medium can be heated.
[0038] When heat medium is cooled, refrigerant which is compressed by the compressor 11
flows through the heat source-side heat exchanger 14, the expansion device 13 and
the use-side heat exchanger 12 in this order, the refrigerant which is compressed
by the compressor 11 radiates heat in the heat source-side heat exchanger 14, the
refrigerant is decompressed by the expansion device 13, and the refrigerant which
absorbs heat in the use-side heat exchanger 12 is sucked into the compressor 11. The
refrigerant is decompressed in the expansion device 13 and heat of the refrigerant
is absorbed in the use-side heat exchanger 12 in this manner. According to this, the
heat medium can be cooled.
[0039] The heat medium which is cooled or heated by the use-side heat exchanger 12 is transported
to the use-side terminal 1 by the transportation pump 21, and the heat medium which
is heat-absorbed or heat-radiated in the use-side terminal 1 is returned to the use-side
heat exchanger 12.
[0040] Especially when a plat-type heat exchanger is used as the use-side heat exchanger
12, there is a possibility that refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit
10 is mixed into the heat medium circuit 20 due to damage of the use-side heat exchanger
12.

from the discharge device 50 by separating the refrigerant from liquid phase heat
medium by the vapor-liquid separator 30.

of the use-side heat exchanger 12 in an outdoor unit 3. Therefore, refrigerant which
leaks into the heat medium circuit 20 is suppressed from flowing into the use-side
terminal 1.

upstream of the use-side terminal 1, the vapor-liquid separator 30 may be placed upstream
of the indoor unit 2, but it is preferable that e vapor-liquid separator 30 is placed

the vapor-liquid separator 30 can separate air existing in the heat medium circuit

when the construction system of the heat pump device is installed, the vapor-liquid
separator 30 is utilized for venting air from the heat medium circuit 20.

the transportation pump 21 may be placed in the outdoor unit 3.
