The terms "inner" and "outer" respectively refer to the directions towards or away from the geometric center of specific components. They are relative concepts and may vary accordingly depending on their different positions and usage states. Therefore, these or other directional terms should not be interpreted as restrictive terms.

Embodiment 1

[0022] Referring to FIGs. 1 to 3, a sofa module is shown, including a sofa seat 1. The sofa seat 1 is of a generally rectangular structure, with support legs 11 disposed at four corners on the bottom surface for providing support on the ground. A top surface of the sofa seat 1 is provided with at least two splice slots 2 in a region close to each side edge, and a first splice member 3A and a second splice member 3B corresponding to the splice slots 2. The first splice member 3A and the second splice member 3B are configured to connect different items, and therefore the splice slots 2 on sides of the top surface of the sofa seat 1 correspond to the same type of splice member (the first splice member 3A or the second splice member 3B). The splice slots 2 basically vertically extend downwards from the top surface of the sofa seat 1, and may further be slightly inclined.

[0023] The first splice member 3A is configured to connect the back plate 5. Specifically, the first splice member 3A includes a first insertion rod 31 and a first connection rod 32. The first insertion rod is inserted into the splice slot 2, and the first connection rod 32 has one end connected to the first insertion rod 31, and the other end connected to the back plate 5. The back plate 5 may be of a flat panel structure or a curved panel structure. The back plate 5 is connected outside a side of the sofa seat 1 using a first splice member 3A, and the back plate 5 may be used as a sofa backrest or a sofa armrest. This is determined according to the specific position of the sofa module provided according to this embodiment in the entire sofa.

[0024] The second splice member 3B is configured to connect adjacent sofa seats 1, that is, multiple sofa modules provided in this embodiment can be connected via the second splice member 3B. Specifically, the second splice member 3B includes a second insertion rod 33 inserted in the splice slot 2, a second insertion rod configured to be inserted in an adjacent splice slot 2 of the sofa seat 1, and a second connection rod 35 connecting the second insertion rod 33 to a third insertion rod 34.

[0025] In this embodiment, two splice slots 2 are provided on each side of the sofa seat 1, and are both close to one of the four corners of the top surface of the sofa seat 1. Two splice slots 2 are the minimum quantity for effectively connecting the back plate 5 or adjacent sofa seats 1. In addition, the splice slots 2 being close to the four corners allows for better overall stability and fastness of connection between the sofa seat 1 and the back plate 5 or adjacent sofa seat 1.

[0026] In the sofa module of this embodiment, same splice slots 2 are correspondingly disposed on each side of the top surface of the sofa seat 1. Depending on the object to be connected to each side of the sofa seat 1, the first connection member configured to connect the back plate 5 and a second connection member configured to connect the sofa seat 1 is inserted in the splice slot 2, allowing the sofa seat 1 to have modular properties, such that the assembled sofa can be customized. The sofa modules in this embodiment can be assembled into a multi-seater sofa, and each individual sofa module may further be used as a single-seater sofa.

[0027] Further, a seat cushion 4 is provided on the top surface of the sofa seat 1, and covers the first splice member 3A or the second splice member 3B, thus preventing the user when sitting in the sofa seat 1 from directly contacting the first splice member 3A or the second splice member 3B.

[0028] After the sofa modules are spliced into the assembled sofa in this embodiment, the back plate 5 is used as the sofa backrest or sofa armrest of the assembled sofa. Therefore, when sitting in the region on the seat cushion 4, the user does not cover a part blocking the first splice member 3A. However, when sofa modules in this embodiment are assembled into a multi-seater sofa, a part of the seat cushion 4 covering the second splice member 3B usually includes the region in which the user sits. Despite the cover of the seat cushion 4, the second splice member 3B may still have some impact on the comfort of the user. Based on this, two ends of the second connection rod 35 are respectively connected to top ends of the second insertion rod 33 and the third insertion rod 34, thus reducing the sharpness caused by the top ends of the second insertion rod 33 and the third insertion rod 34. For the first splice member 3A, when leaning against the backrest, the user generates a large load on the first connection rod 32. The first connection rod 32 may be connected to the body of the first insertion rod 31, making the first insertion rod 31 longer than the second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, thereby providing higher rigidity and strength.

[0029] Further, arc-shaped bent connecting transition sections 36 are respectively provided between the two ends of the second connection rod 35 and the top ends of the second insertion rod 33 and the third insertion rod 34, to further reduce the sharpness at the joints between the second connection rod 35 and the second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, thus enhancing comfort of the user.

[0030] In order to facilitate the connection between the first splice member 3A and the back plate 5, one end, of the first connection rod 32, configured to connect the back plate 5 is provided with a thread, and a threaded hole is provided at a part of the back plate 5 correspondingly connected to the first connection rod 32, the thread at the end of the first connection rod 32 being fixedly connected to the threaded hole through matching.

[0031] The sofa seat 1 in this embodiment is made of wood material. To make the sofa seat 1 suffer less damage after the first splice member 3A or the second splice member 3B is inserted, an insertion tube 6 is inserted in a position corresponding to the splice slot 2 in the top surface of the sofa seat 1, the splice slot 2 being formed in the internal space of the insertion tube 6. In this embodiment, the insertion tube 6, the first splice member 3A, and the second splice member 3B are all made of metal material, providing good structural strength.

[0032] A top end of the insertion tube 6 includes a flange 61 protruding along a radial direction and attached to the top surface of the sofa seat 1. The flange 61 is of a flat annular structure for precisely positioning the insertion tube 6, preventing exposure of the top surface of the sofa seat 1 by the insertion tube 6 or complete recess.

[0033] The lengths of the first insertion rod 31, second insertion rod 33, and third insertion rod 34 are positively proportional to the stability of connecting the first splice member 3A and the second splice member 3B to the back plate 5 and adjacent sofa seats 1. Therefore, the first insertion rod 31, second insertion rod 33, third insertion rod 34, and the splice slot 2 cannot be too short, and a larger length leads to more difficulty in insertion. Calibers of the flange 61 and a lower part 6b of the insertion tube match an outer diameter of the first insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, and a caliber of an upper part 6a of the insertion tube is greater than the outer diameter of the first insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, that is, the lower part 6b of the insertion tube and the flange 61 limit he first insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, avoiding loosing. In addition, a gap is present between the upper part 6a of the insertion tube and the first insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, reducing the insertion difficulty.

[0034] Referring to FIGs. 4 and 5, the sofa seat 1 is of a hollow structure, the top surface of the sofa seat 1 is of a frame structure 1-1, a cover plate 1-2 is disposed in the frame structure 1-1, and the cover plate 1-2 is able to be moved out to form an opening in the top surface of the sofa seat 1. The internal space of the sofa seat 1 can be used for storage. Specifically, the user can move out the cover plate 1-2, store objects in the sofa seat 1, and move back the cover plate 1-2 for normal use of the sofa seat 1.

[0035] In addition, a fastening structure may be disposed between the side plate of the sofa seat 1 and the back plate 5. A threaded fastener s1 penetrating through the side panel of the sofa seat 1 and diving into the back plate 5 may be selected as the fastening structure. A nut s2 is provided on the threaded fastener s1 and located in the sofa seat 1. Screwing the nut s2 can tightly clamp the side plate and the back plate 5 of the sofa seat 1. The first splice member 3A and the threaded fastener s1, that is, two connection structures above and below, makes the back plate 5 less likely to shake. Due to the disposal of the hollow structure of the sofa seat 1, in a case of moving out the cover plate 1-2, the user can screw the nut s2 tightly and then move back the cover plate 1-2.

Embodiment 2

[0036] Referring to FIG. 6, an assembled sofa includes multiple sofa seats 1 provided according to Embodiment 1. Any adjacent two of the sofa seats 1 are connected by the second splice member; and a sofa backrest or a sofa armrest is formed on the sofa seat 1 by the back plate 5 connected to the first splice member.

[0037] The user can customize the assembled sofa based on their needs. The sofa modules in Embodiment 1 can not only serve as a component unit of the sofa, but also be used as a resting foot of the sofa. The sofa can be assembled by linearly splicing multiple sofa modules, or by splicing multiple sofa modules through bending based on the indoor space.

[0038] Additionally, a back cushion 7 leaning against the back plate 5 is disposed on the seat cushion 4. The back cushion 7 can serve as either the backrest cushion or the armrest cushion of the assembled sofa.

[0039] Finally, it should be noted that the foregoing embodiments are used only to explain the technical solutions of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the present invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions on some technical features therein. The modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions deviate from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
