(54) ATOMIZATION ROD


(57) The present invention provides an atomizing stick. The atomizing stick includes: roll paper wrapping a cardboard tube and at least part of a soft mouthpiece, where the soft mouthpiece includes a filter and is placed near a first end of the cardboard tube; a vapor agent, where the vapor agent is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of a second end of the cardboard tube at a far end of the soft mouthpiece; and a cooling and fixing part, where the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of the cardboard tube between the soft mouthpiece and the vapor agent. The present invention further provides a method for manufacturing an atomizing stick having a composite tube including a soft mouthpiece. The present disclosure provides various advantages. For instance, an existing electronic cigarette has a hard mouthpiece that is difficultly chewed by users, and the hard mouthpiece is likely to bring discomfort to the users, especially those having a habit of chewing a mouthpiece of an electronic cigarette. Many electronic cigarettes also contain tobacco as payload, which are harmful to people desiring to use electronic cigarettes. The patent avoids potential harmful influences of tobacco.




Description

TECHNICAL FIELD



[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to an atomizing stick having a composite tube including a soft mouthpiece.

BACKGROUND



[0002] As an electronic product simulating a cigarette, an electronic cigarette generally has the same appearance, vapor and smell as the cigarette. A typical electronic cigarette mainly consists of four parts: electronic cigarette liquid (including nicotine, essence, propylene glycol solvent, etc.), a heating system, a power supply, and a filter tip.

[0003] A filter tip of an existing electronic cigarette has a hard structure. Some users habitually bite a mouthpiece of a filter when using electronic cigarettes, which will offer the users unsatisfactory experiences (including discomfort).

[0004] Therefore, there is a need to provide an atomizing stick that is more conducive to user experiences.

SUMMARY OF THE APPLICATION



[0005] An objective of the present invention is to provide an atomizing stick, so as to solve defects of an existing atomizing stick mentioned in the background art. The atomizing stick of the present invention includes:

roll paper, where the roll paper wraps a cardboard tube and at least part of a soft mouthpiece, and the soft mouthpiece includes a filter and is positioned near a first end of the cardboard tube;

a vapor agent, where the vapor agent is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall at a second end of the cardboard tube away from the soft mouthpiece; and

a cooling and fixing part, where the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of the cardboard tube between the soft mouthpiece and the vapor agent.



[0006] Preferably, the atomizing stick further includes sealing paper, where the sealing paper is fixedly connected to the second end of the cardboard tube.

[0007] Preferably, the sealing paper includes one or more air inlet holes configured to allow air to enter the atomizing stick, the number of layers of the sealing paper is greater than one, and the one or more air inlet holes are provided on an outer layer of the sealing paper.

[0008] Preferably, the atomizing stick further includes an impermeable membrane covering the outer layer of the sealing paper.

[0009] Preferably, the impermeable membrane is adhesively connected to the outer layer of the sealing paper and the inner wall of the cardboard tube.

[0018] Preferably, the atomizing stick is configured to generate aerosol through actuation of an external heating element, the actuation of the external heating element includes heating air around a second end of the atomizing stick, and the actuation of the external heating element includes heating at a temperature of about 200 °C -about 400 °C.

[0019] Further, a method for manufacturing an atomizing stick includes:

connecting sealing paper to a first end of a cardboard tube;

inserting a vapor agent into the cardboard tube, such that the vapor agent is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall at the first end or around the first end;

inserting a cooling and fixing part into the cardboard tube, such that the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall of the cardboard tube at a position of the vapor agent away from the first end;

positioning a soft mouthpiece at a second end of the cardboard tube, where the second end is opposite the first end; and

winding roll paper around the soft mouthpiece, the cardboard tube accommodating the vapor agent and the cooling and fixing part, so as to manufacture the atomizing stick.



[0020] The present invention has the beneficial effects: an existing electronic cigarette has a hard mouthpiece that is difficultly chewed by users, the hard mouthpiece is likely to bring discomfort to the users, especially those having a habit of chewing a mouthpiece of an electronic cigarette, many electronic cigarettes also contain tobacco as their payload, which are harmful to people desiring to use electronic cigarettes, and the patent avoids potential harmful influences of tobacco.

Obviously, the described examples are merely some examples rather than all examples of the present invention. All other examples obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the examples of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Although any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the practice or tests of the present disclosure, suitable methods and materials will be described below.

[0025] The examples of the present disclosure relate to an atomizing stick having a composite tube including a soft mouthpiece. In some implementation solutions, a unique vapor agent and a unique heating element are involved. Further, a method for manufacturing the atomizing stick is provided.

[0029] In some implementation solutions, the present invention discloses an atomizing stick. The atomizing stick includes: roll paper wrapping a cardboard tube and at least part of a soft mouthpiece, where the soft mouthpiece includes a filter and is positioned near a first end of the cardboard tube; a vapor agent, where the vapor agent is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of the cardboard tube of a second end of the cardboard tube at a far end of the soft mouthpiece; and a cooling and fixing part, where the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of the cardboard tube between the soft mouthpiece and the vapor agent.

[0030] FIG. 1 shows an example of external parts of an atomizing stick. The example includes roll paper 1 having a plurality of air inlets and sealing paper 6. In the example, the sealing paper 6 may be covered with an impermeable membrane.

[0031] FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an illustrative example of an atomizing stick. The roll paper 1 wraps a cardboard tube 2 and a soft mouthpiece 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the soft mouthpiece 3 is provided with an air outlet 7 in a shape of a pentagram prism. As shown in FIG. 2, the cardboard tube 2 is shorter than the entire atomizing stick, and the roll paper 1 covers the cardboard tube 2 and the adjacent soft mouthpiece 3, so as to form the atomizing stick. In some examples, the roll paper 1 wraps the entire cardboard tube 2 and the entire soft mouthpiece 3.

[0032] The "cardboard tube" refers to any cylindrical structure that forms a tube having an inner cavity extending from one end (that is, a first end) to the other end (that is, a second end). As used herein, the "first end" or "second end" referred to is only described in an order of operations, and either of the ends of the cardboard tube 2 may be the first end or the second end, which depends on contents and usage or terms of a first end and a second end. The "cardboard tube" may be made of any paper material. The term "cardboard tube" indicates that a thickness of a tube is great enough such that the tube cannot be easily deformed or bent if no sufficient force is applied to the tube.

[0033] The "roll paper" refers to any paper that may cover outside of the cardboard tube 2 or the soft mouthpiece 3. In the context of the present disclosure, the term "roll paper" refers to small waste paper or all other similar paper. The roll paper 1 may be made of any suitable material, which includes any natural fiber extracted from plants and/or any synthetic fiber or similar materials, for instance. For instance, the roll paper 1 may include, but is not limited to, wood fiber, flax fiber, straw fiber, hemp fiber, esparto fiber, sisal fiber, vinyl acetate, or a combination thereof. In the example, the roll paper 1 contains wood fiber.

[0034] The roll paper 1 may be attached to the outside of the cardboard tube 2 and/or the soft mouthpiece 3 in any suitable ways, for instance, by means of an adhesion agent. In the example, although the cardboard tube 2 does not span the full length of the atomizing stick, the roll paper 1 does span the full length of the atomizing stick. Therefore, the cardboard tube 2 is shorter than the roll paper 1.

Claims

1. An atomizing stick, comprising:

roll paper, wherein the roll paper wraps a cardboard tube and at least part of a soft mouthpiece, and the soft mouthpiece comprises a filter and is positioned near a first end of the cardboard tube;

a vapor agent, wherein the vapor agent is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall at a second end of the cardboard tube away from the soft mouthpiece; and

a cooling and fixing part, wherein the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to or accommodated in an inner wall of the cardboard tube between the soft mouthpiece and the vapor agent.


 
2. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, further comprising sealing paper, wherein the sealing paper is fixedly connected to the second end of the cardboard tube.
 
3. The atomizing stick according to claim 2, wherein the sealing paper comprises one or more air inlet holes configured to allow air to enter the atomizing stick, the number of layers of the sealing paper is greater than one, and the one or more air inlet holes are provided on an outer layer of the sealing paper.
 
4. The atomizing stick according to claim 3, further comprising an impermeable membrane covering the outer layer of the sealing paper.
 
5. The atomizing stick according to claim 4, wherein the impermeable membrane is adhesively connected to the outer layer of the sealing paper and the inner wall of the cardboard tube.
 
6. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, wherein the cooling and fixing part comprises a ceramic material, a plastic material, a fiber material, a silicon dioxide material, a cardboard material, or a combination thereof.
 
7. The atomizing stick according to claim 6, wherein an outer wall of the cooling and fixing part is attached to the inner wall of the cardboard tube.
 
8. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, wherein the soft mouthpiece comprises cotton, wool, flax, polyester, cellulose acetate, rayon, cellulose, or a combination thereof.
 
9. The atomizing stick according to claim 8, wherein the soft mouthpiece is wrapped by the roll paper.
 
10. The atomizing stick according to either of claims 8-9, wherein the soft mouthpiece comprises one or more vent holes configured to allow aerosol to be inhaled by a user, the one or more vent holes provide a channel penetrating the soft mouthpiece, and a shape of the one or more vent holes is defined as a pentagram prism, a cylinder, a cuboid, a cone, a pyramid, a triangular prism, a pentagonal prism, a hexagonal prism, or a combination thereof.
 
11. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, wherein the vapor agent is composed of particles, pellets, tubes, pulp, tablets, porous materials or any combination thereof, the vapor agent is composed of one or more non-tobacco herb materials, and the vapor agent further comprises cannabidiol (CBD).
 
12. The atomizing stick according to claim 11, wherein the one or more non-tobacco herb materials comprise herba menthae, radix astragali, liquorice, litchi, ginseng, ginger, radix puerariae, wax gourds, schisandra chinensis, sambucus williamsii hance, rooibos, coconuts, cortex cinnamomi, apples, fructus amomi rotundus, oranges, grapefruit, rose, barley, rice, tea, cannabis sativa, dandelions, chrysanthemum, a tea mixture, a herbal mixture, cannabinoid, caffeine, nicotine, ephedrine, or a combination thereof, wherein a concentration of the nicotine is about 1% (w/v)-about 5% (w/v).
 
13. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, wherein the vapor agent further comprises one or more pharmaceutically active agents, one or more additives, or a combination thereof, the one or more additives comprise propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, edible essence or a combination thereof, and the edible essence provides flavor.
 
14. The atomizing stick according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing stick is configured to generate aerosol through actuation of an external heating element, the actuation of the external heating element comprises heating air around a second end of the atomizing stick, and the actuation of the external heating element comprises heating at a temperature of about 200 °C -about 400 °C.
 
15. A method for manufacturing an atomizing stick, comprising:

connecting sealing paper to a first end of a cardboard tube;

inserting a vapor agent into the cardboard tube, such that the vapor agent is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall at the first end or around the first end;

inserting a cooling and fixing part into the cardboard tube, such that the cooling and fixing part is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cardboard tube or accommodated in the inner wall of the cardboard tube at a position of the vapor agent away from the first end;

positioning a soft mouthpiece at a second end of the cardboard tube, wherein the second end is opposite the first end; and

winding roll paper around the soft mouthpiece, the cardboard tube accommodating the vapor agent and the cooling and fixing part, so as to manufacture the atomizing stick.
