true for the second fastener, third fastener, fourth fastener and fifth fastener.
[0023] With reference to Figures 1 and 4 together, a panel lamp according to the disclosure
will now be described. The panel lamp comprises a lamp body 1, a mounting bracket
2, a rotating connection unit 4 and a clamping unit 5. A top surface of the lamp body
1 is provided with a mounting plane. The mounting bracket 2 is located on the lamp
body 1 and used for fixing the lamp body 1. The rotating connection unit 4 is arranged
between a bottom surface of the mounting bracket 2 and the top surface of the lamp
body 1, and used for connecting rotatably the mounting bracket 2 and the top surface
of the lamp body 1. The clamping unit 5 is arranged between the bottom surface of
the mounting bracket 2 and the top surface of the lamp body 1 and spaced apart from
the rotating connection unit 4, and used for clamping and fixing the mounting bracket
2 with the top surface of the lamp body 1.
[0024] Compared with the related art, the panel lamp of the present embodiment has the advantages
that a mounting bracket 2 is provided above the lamp body 1, a rotating connection
unit 4 is provided between a bottom surface of the mounting bracket 2 and the lamp
body 1, a clamping unit 5 is further provided between the bottom surface of the mounting
bracket 2 and the lamp body 1, and the clamping unit 5 and the rotating connection
unit 4 are spaced apart from each other. When the panel lamp disclosed in the present
application is installed, the mounting bracket 2 is firstly fixed to a ceiling or
a wall, then one end of the lamp body 1 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket
2 by the rotating connection unit 4, then the other end of the lamp body 1 is clamped
and fixed with the mounting bracket 2 through the clamping unit 5 by rotating the
lamp body 1, thereby the installation of the entire panel lamp is completed. The lifting
rope for installation is avoided in the present application, which makes the installation
of the lamp quicker and more convenient, and greatly improves the installation efficiency.
[0025] It should be noted that the mounting bracket 2 is generally a strip-shaped plate
made by stamping a metal plate. In order to keep the installation of the panel lamp
balanced, the mounting bracket 2 is generally arranged at the middle part of the lamp
body 1.
[0026] In some possible implementations, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the rotating connection
unit 4 comprises a first base 41 arranged on the lamp body 1, a rotating hook body
42 arranged on the first base 41, and a first connecting strip 43 arranged at a first
end of the mounting bracket 2. The first connecting strip 43 is provided with a first
notch used for being hooked for connection with the rotating hook body 42. The rotating
hook body 42 extends in a direction away from the first base 41 as a whole, and may
be perpendicular to the first base 41. When the lamp body 1 is connected to the mounting
bracket 2 via the rotating connection unit 4, the rotating hook body 42 can be hooked
to the first notch located at the first connecting strip 43, so that the lamp body
1 can be fixed to the mounting bracket 2, and the lamp body 1 can be ensured to rotate
within a certain angle range. The installation of the lamp body 1 with the mounting
bracket 2 is easier and more convenient.
[0027] In one embodiment, the rotating hook body 42 and the first base 41 are an integrally
formed structure that is made by bending a metal plate. The rotating hook body 42
mainly includes a plate body and a bending hook arranged at a top end of the plate
body, and the bending hook is hooked for connection to the first notch. Where, the
first base 41 may be pre-mounted on the top surface of the lamp body 1 through a third
fastener or by welding.
[0028] In order to make the installation of the lamp body 1 more stable and secure, as shown
in Figures 1 and 3, the top surface of the lamp body 1 is provided with a baffle plate
7 arranged around a periphery of the lamp body 1, and a top of the baffle plate 7
is higher than the top surface of the lamp body 1. The baffle plate 7 may cover the
gap between the lamp body 1 and the wall surface after the lamp body 1 is installed.
In addition, after the first base 41 and the rotating hook body 42 are installed,
the main body of the rotating hook body 42 can be closely attached to the baffle plate
7. The bottom end of the first connecting strip 43 is further provided with a bending
portion that bends in the direction toward the outside of the lamp body 1. After the
rotating hook body 42 is hooked to the first notch of the first connecting strip 43,
the angle between the first connecting strip 43 and the baffle plate 7 may be changed
by rotating the lamp body 1, and finally the end of the bending portion can abut against
the inner side wall of the baffle plate 7. This can prevent the panel lamp as a whole
from shaking after the other end of the mounting bracket 2 is fixed by the clamping
unit 5.
[0029] In an embodiment of the panel lamp provided by the disclosure, the first connecting
strip 43 and the mounting bracket 2 are an integrally formed structure made by punching
and bending a metal plate, so that the installation of a whole lamp is more solid
and reliable.
[0030] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, on the basis of above-mentioned features of the rotating
connection unit 4, the clamping unit 5 comprises a second base 51 arranged on the
top surface of the lamp body 1, a clamping boss 52 arranged on the second base 51,
and two elastic clamping sheets 53 arranged at a second end of the mounting bracket
2. The two elastic clamping sheets 53 are spaced apart from each other, and a clamping
space is formed between the two elastic clamping sheets 53 for accommodating and clamping
the clamping boss 52. After the rotating hook body 42 is hooked to the first connecting
strip 43, the clamping boss 52 can be inserted into the clamping space between the
two elastic clamping sheets 53 by rotating the lamp body 1. The clamping boss 52 is
clamped by the elasticity of the two elastic clamping sheets 53, so as to achieve
the connection and fixation between the lamp body 1 and the other end of the mounting
bracket 2, thereby enabling the lamp body 1 to be clamped more conveniently and securely.
[0031] As shown in Figure 2, in order to make the use of the clamping unit 5 more convenient,
one end of each elastic clamping sheet 53 is provided with a guide inclined plate
58 that is formed by bending one end of each elastic clamping sheet 53 outward. An
area having a large entrance portion and a small inside portion is formed between
two guide inclined plates 58, facilitating the insertion of the clamping boss 52 between
the two elastic clamping sheets 53. Inner walls of the two elastic clamping sheets
53 and an outer side wall of the clamping boss 52 are respectively provided with anti-slip
textures that match each other or the corresponding clamping protrusion and clamping
groove, so that the clamping between the clamping boss 52 and the two elastic clamping
sheets 53 is more firm.
[0032] Each elastic clamping sheet 53 and the mounting bracket 2 are an integrally formed
structure. In the manufacturing process of the mounting bracket 2, two fin plates
are reserved at the second end of the mounting bracket 2, then the fin plates are
stamped and bent to prepare the integrally formed structure, so that the strength
of the integrally formed structure is higher.
[0033] As shown in Figure 2, in one embodiment, a shape of a cross-section of the clamping
boss 52 is circular, and an arc-shaped groove 54 matching a shape of the clamping
boss 52 is formed between the two elastic clamping sheets 53. Specifically, the shape
of the clamping boss 52 is cylindrical, so that the elastic clamping sheets 53 can
slide along the circumference direction of the clamping boss 52 more conveniently.
Meanwhile, an arc-shaped groove 54 matching the shape of the clamping boss 52 is formed
between the two elastic clamping sheets 53, so that after the clamping boss 52 enters
between the two elastic clamping sheets 53, a side of the clamping boss 52 can slide
into the arc-shaped groove 54, making the fixing of the clamping boss 52 more firm.
[0034] As shown in Figure 1, the first end of the mounting bracket 2 is further provided
with a transverse bracket 3, and a length direction of the transverse bracket 3 is
perpendicular to the mounting bracket 2; a number of the rotating connection units
4 is plurality, and the plurality of the rotating connection units 4 are all located
between the transverse bracket 3 and the top surface of the lamp body 1, and the plurality
of the rotating connection units 4 are arranged at intervals along the length direction
of the transverse bracket 3. The first end of the mounting bracket 2 is perpendicular
and connected to the middle part in the length direction of the transverse bracket
3. The arrangement of the transverse bracket 3 increases the width size of the first
end of the mounting bracket 2, ensures the lightness of the mounting bracket 2, provides
more mounting spaces and positions for the mounting of a plurality of rotating connection
units 4, and enhances the stability of the mounting bracket 2, so that the connection
between the first end of the mounting bracket 2 and the lamp body 1 is more firm.
[0035] In another embodiment of rotating connection unit 4, as shown in Figures 4 and 6,
the rotating connection unit 4 comprises two hinged bars 44 arranged parallel to each
other, wherein a first end of each hinged bar 44 is hinged to the mounting bracket
2, and a second end of each hinged bar 44 is hinged to the lamp body 1. The two hinged
bars 44 are respectively located at two ends of the mounting bracket 2, that is, one
hinged bar 44 is located at a first end of the mounting bracket 2, and the other hinged
bar 44 is located at a second end of the mounting bracket 2. When the lamp body 1
is mounted, the second ends of the two hinged bars 44 may first be hinged to the top
surface of the lamp body 1, then the first ends of the two hinged bars 44 are hinged
to the mounting bracket 2, so that a pre-connection is formed between the mounting
bracket 2 and the lamp body 1. Then the lamp body 1 is lifted upwards, and the lamp
body 1 and the mounting bracket 2 are fixed by the clamping unit 5. In order to ensure
the balance of the lamp body 1 after installation, the clamping unit 5 should be located
at the centerline of the lamp body 1. After the lamp body 1 is mounted, the two hinged
bars 44 are folded and accommodated in the gap between the mounting bracket 2 and
the top surface of the lamp body 1. The use of the hinged bars 44 makes the assembly
of the lamp more convenient and more efficient.
[0036] In one embodiment, the two hinged bars 44 have the same connection relationship and
are symmetrical in position. Now, one of the two hinged bars 44 is taken as an example
for description below. The first end of the hinged bar 44 is hinged with the mounting
bracket 2 through a first fastener, and the second end is hinged with the top surface
of the lamp body 1 through a second fastener. The mounting bracket 2 is provided with
a first hinged support plate, and the top surface of the lamp body 1 is provided with
a second hinged support plate. The first fastener penetrates the first end of the
hinged bar 44 and the first hinged support plate to realize the hinging of the first
end of the hinged bar 44 to the mounting bracket 2, and the second fastener penetrates
the second end of the hinged bar 44 and the second hinged support plate to realize
the hinging of the second end of the hinged bar 44 to the top surface of the lamp
body 1. The hinged shafts at the two ends of the hinged bar 44 are parallel to the
length direction of the mounting bracket 2.
[0037] As shown in Figure 4, a number of the clamping units 5 is two. The two clamping units
5 are respectively positioned at the two ends of the mounting bracket 2, that is,
one clamping unit 5 is located at the first end of the mounting bracket 2, and the
other clamping unit 5 is located at the second end of the mounting bracket 2. The
position of one clamping unit 5 corresponds to and the position of one hinged bar
44. One clamping unit 5 matches with one hinged bar 44, and the other clamping unit
5 matches with the other hinged bar 44. The two clamping units 5 are both located
on a central line of the lamp body 1, so that the lamp body 1 can be more stable during
mounting. The number of the clamping units 5 is two, so that the lamp body 1 is fixed
more securely.
[0038] On the basis of the above-mentioned features of rotating connection unit 4, as shown
in Figures 4 to 6, each clamping unit 5 comprises a third base 55 arranged on the
top surface of the lamp body 1, a second connecting strip 56 arranged on the third
base 55, and a clamping hook body 57 arranged at one end of the mounting bracket 2.
The second connecting strip 56 is provided with a second notch used for being hooked
for connection with the clamping hook body 57. Specifically, the second connecting
strip 56 and the clamping hook body 57 are arranged parallel to each other, and an
end portion of the clamping hook body 57 is bent in a direction close to the second
connecting strip 56. When the second connecting strip 56 and the clamping hook body
57 are close to each other, the end portion of the clamping hook body 57 extends into
the second notch, thereby realizing the clamping fixation of the clamping hook body
57 and the second connecting strip 56. The use of the clamping unit 5 is more convenient.
[0039] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, two clamping hook bodies 57 are respectively
located at the two ends of the mounting bracket 2; two second connecting strips 56
are arranged parallel to each other and are both located between the two clamping
hook bodies 57, and each second connecting strip 56 abuts against an inner side surface
of a corresponding clamping hook body 57. The second connecting strip 56 and the third
base 55 are integrally formed by bending. The third base 55 is fixed on the top surface
of the lamp body 1 by a fourth fastener, so that the fixing strength of the second
connecting strip 56 is better. Furthermore, a top end of the second connecting strip
56 is provided with a bent guiding portion that extends towards the clamping hook
body 57 (extending towards the mounting bracket 2, which can facilitate the interleaving
of the clamping hook body 57 and the second connecting strip 56, making it more convenient
for the end portion of the clamping hook body 57 to slide into the second notch along
the second connecting strip 56.
[0040] As shown in Figure 5, to facilitate the installation of the hinged bars 44, the second
end of each hinged bar 44 is hinged on a corresponding third base 55. The hinged part
of the second end of t each hinged bar 44 and the third base 55 is a hinged point,
and the hinged point of each hinged bar 44 is spaced apart from a corresponding second
connecting strip 56. Specifically, the third base 55 is provided with a second hinged
support plate, and a second fastener passes through the second hinged support plate
and the second end of the hinged bar 44. The connection of the hinged bar 44 can be
achieved after the third base 55 is mounted and fixed, thereby improving the mounting
efficiency.
[0041] As shown in Figures 4 and 6, in order to make the installation of the lamp body 1
more stable and firm, the top surface of the lamp body 1 is provided with a baffle
plate 7 arranged around a periphery of the lamp body 1, and a top of the baffle plate
7 is higher than the top surface of the lamp body 1. The baffle plate 7 may cover
the gap between the lamp body 1 and the wall surface after the lamp body 1 is installed.
Furthermore, a top end of the second connecting strip 56 is provided with a bent guiding
portion that extends towards the clamping hook body 57, and the bottom end of the
clamping hook body 57 is bent in a direction towards the second connecting strip 56.
After the bottom end of the clamping hook body 57 slides into the second notch along
the second connecting strip 56, the outer side surface of the clamping hook body 57
can finally abut against the inner side wall of the baffle plate 7, so that shaking
is avoided, and the stability of overall lamp is enhanced.
[0042] In some possible implementations, as shown in Figures 1 and 4, the mounting bracket
2 is provided with at least one mounting through holes 6 used for at least one fifth
fasteners to pass through, and the at least one mounting through holes 6 are arranged
along a length direction of the mounting bracket 2. Specifically, when the mounting
bracket 2 is mounted on a ceiling or a wall, a fifth fastener may be used to penetrate
the mounting through hole 6, so that the mounting bracket 2 is fixed more firmly.
The number of the fifth fasteners coincides with the mounting through holes 6.
