[0001] The present specification relates to the technical field of locks, in particular
to a lock cylinder mechanism with anti-theft function.
[0002] The opening and closing mechanism of the lock cylinder in the lock, which comprises
a lock cylinder module and a matched key; coded slots are designed on the two sides
of the key. When the key is inserted into the lock cylinder, the lock cylinder can
be opened after the coded slot is matched with the pin tumbler in the lock cylinder.
The matching mode of opening and closing of the lock cylinder enjoys the disadvantages
that the coded slot on the key is easy to be copied and the anti-theft performance
is low, which tremendously reduces the safety performance of the lock and influences
the use quality of the lock. In view of this problem, the invention applied provides
a lock cylinder mechanism with higher anti-theft performance which increases the difficulty
of key copying.
[0003] In view of the shortcomings in the prior art, the object of the present invention
is to provide a lock cylinder mechanism characterized by high safety performance and
strong anti-theft performance.
[0004] According to the present invention, there is provided a lock cylinder mechanism according
to claim 1.
[0005] By employing the above technical scheme, the structure of the positioning pin and
the auxiliary pin tumbler is added in the lock cylinder assembly; the key for unlocking
must meet the adaptability not only with the coded pin tumbler, but also with the
positioning pin and the auxiliary pin tumblers, which increases the difficulty of
unlocking the lock and copying the key, thereby enhancing the anti-theft performance
of the whole lock.
[0006] In this specification an apparatus/method/product "comprising" certain features is
intended to be interpreted as meaning that it includes those features, but that it
does not exclude the presence of other features.
[0007] The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the drawings,
of which
Figure 1 is a schematic view of the partial structure of the present invention;
Figure 2 is a transverse partial sectional view of the present invention;
Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the lock cylinder block;
Figure 4 is a longitudinal partial sectional view of the present invention;
Figure 5 is a partial enlarged view of the key;
Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the present invention.
[0008] The structure, proportion and size, etc. demonstrated in the attached drawings to
this Specification are only used to match the contents disclosed in this Specification
for people familiar with this technology to understand and read, and are not intended
to limit the conditions for the implementation of the present invention, so it is
not endowed with substantive significance technically. Without influencing the efficacy
and purpose of the present invention, any modification of the structure, change of
proportion or adjustment of size shall still fall within the scope of the technical
contents disclosed by the present invention. Meanwhile, the terms such as "up", "down",
"left", "right", "middle" and "one" quoted in this Specification are only for the
convenience of description and are not intended to limit the implementable scope of
the present invention. The change or adjustment of the relative relationship thereof,
without substantial change in technical content, shall also be deemed as the implementable
scope of the present invention.
[0009] The embodiment of the present invention will be further explained with reference
to Figure 1 to Figure 6.
[0010] Referring to figure 6, a lock cylinder mechanism with anti-theft function comprises
a lock cylinder assembly 1 and a key 2 to the lock cylinder assembly. The said lock
cylinder assembly 1 comprises a lock cylinder shaft sleeve 10 and a lock cylinder
block 11 inserted in the lock cylinder shaft sleeve 10 in a rotating fit. Referring
to figures 1 and 2, a key slot 110 is provided in the said lock cylinder block 11,
and a row of retractable coded pin tumblers 35 are arranged on the upper and lower
inner walls of the said slot. Referring to figure 5, the upper and lower end faces
of the key 2 are provided with coded slots 36 matched with the coded pin tumbler rows.
Referring to figures 1 and 2, the inner side wall of the said key slot 110 is provided
with a through slot 111 which extends through the lock cylinder block 11, the said
through slot 111 being internally provided with an auxiliary pin tumbler 3 which is
a sliding fit. Referring to figures 1 and 4, the key slot 110 is provided with a positioning
slot 112 which intersects with the key slot 110 and ideally extends through the upper
and lower wall of the key slot 110, and this positioning slot 112 is internally provided
with a positioning pin 4. Referring to figure 5, the top end surface of the insertion
end of the key 2 is provided with open slots 20 adapted to correspond to the positioning
pin 4. The upper and lower end surfaces of the key 2 are provided with clamping slots
21 (only one being visible) which interact with the auxiliary pin tumbler 3. The said
open slots 20 are symmetrically arranged at the insertion end of the key 2; the said
clamping slots 21 are located at the central axis of the upper and lower end faces
of the key 2 and are close to the open slot 20; this allows for the possible that
the key can be used either way up. The cross section of the said clamping slots 21
is set in a decreasing or tapering manner from the open end to the bottom, and an
inclined guide slope is formed on the side walls of the clamping slot 21. The lower
end of the said auxiliary pin tumbler 3 is provided with a conical plug block 30,
though the upper end may also be provided with a conical plug block 30.
[0011] The lock cylinder mechanism can be used in both split locks and integrated locks.
When unlocking; a matched key 2 is inserted into the key clamping slot 110; the coded
pin tumblers 35 fall into the coded clamping slots 36 on the end face of the key 2;
the auxiliary pin tumbler 3 falls into the clamping slot 21, the guide slope on the
inner wall of the clamping slot 21 increases the accuracy of the falling of the auxiliary
pin tumbler 3. The open clamping slot 20 abuts the positioning pin 4. At this point,
by rotating the key 2, the lock cylinder block 11 can be driven to rotate, so that
the lock cylinder can be opened normally. The lock cylinder block 11 cannot be driven
to rotate if the inserted key 2 is not provided with the structure of the open clamping
slot 20 and the clamping slot 21, or the positions of the open clamping slot 20 and
the clamping slot 21 are not accurate, thereby increasing the difficulty of copying
the key 2. Increasing the matching degree requirement between the key 2 and the lock
cylinder block 11 in this manner enhances the safety performance of the lock.
[0012] The above is merely the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The protection
scope of the present invention is not only confined to the above embodiment, and all
technical schemes in line with the idea of the present invention falls within the
protection scope of the present invention. It should be stated that for ordinary technicians
in this technical field, several improvements and embellishments without departing
from the principles of the present invention should be considered as falling into
the protection scope of the present invention as well. More than one auxiliary pin
tumbler (and associated through slot) could be provided in the lock cylinder.
