(54) METHOD FOR COUPLING A DIGITAL ARTWORK TO A FRAME AND CORRESPONDING FRAME


(57) It is disclosed a method for coupling an artwork to a frame (1) supporting the artwork and intended to be hung, to be shown. The frame (1) includes an electronic paper (4), a read only memory (7) storing an identifier (100) of the frame (1), a circuit board connected to the electronic paper (4), and a support structure (3). The artwork is in digital format (5) and is initially stored in a memory accessible to a user of an electronic device (20); the artwork is associated to a non-fungible token, and the user is registered as owner of the artwork in a smart contract; the user electronic device (20) is interconnected via radio to the circuit board, receives the identifier (100) of the frame (1) from the circuit board, and requests an update of the smart contract to register a change of ownership of in favor of the frame (1). As a result of the change of ownership, a display portion (50) of the electronic paper (4) is display the artwork.
