(57) Provided is a method of producing a bioproduct, comprising culturing at least one target microorganism in a target growth medium comprising cells of a strictly anaerobic bacterium, the cells comprising protein at a crude protein concentration of at least 60wt% of a total dry weight of the cells, wherein at least 50% of a total number of the cells are dead cells.
