TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to cannabidiol (CBD) composition for a heat-not-burn
atomization product, and belongs to the technical field of electronic cigarettes.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Electronic cigarettes are increasingly favored by consumers as an alternative to
traditional tobacco for reasons of personal health, environmental protection, and
convenience of use. Electronic cigarettes or electronic atomizers replace the smoke
produced by burning traditional tobacco at high temperatures by an aerosol, that is
inhaled by a user, formed by atomizing a smoking material at low temperatures. Cartridges
in electronic cigarettes are used for producing smoke and providing a tobacco flavor.
When an electronic cigarette heats an atomization material in a cartridge, resulting
an aerosol is inhaled to simulate the taste and texture of tobacco.
[0003] Cannabidiol (CBD), an all-natural ingredient extracted from hemp plants, has a molecular
formula of C

30O
2. Traits are white to light yellow resin or crystal with a melting point of 66°C -67°C,
almost insoluble in water, and soluble in ethanol, methanol, ether, benzene, chloroform
and other organic solvents. Currently, CBD is widely used in electronic cigarettes.
[0004] Disclosed in the invention patent with the application number of
CN202010379644.1 is electronic cigarette oil for an aerosol device. The electronic cigarette oil includes
cannabidiol, linolenic acid, nicotine salt, flavoring agent, auxiliary solvent, etc.
The linolenic acid is one or two of α-heavy linolenic acid and γ-linolenic acid, and
has a desirable atomization effect, is easy to carry, has low toxicity, can reduce
smoking addiction and has little damage to the human body.
[0005] Disclosed in the invention patent with the application number of
CN201810327014.2 is composition for an atomization rod. The composition includes a cannabinol component
extracted from industrial hemp and an auxiliary material, a mass percentage of the
cannabinol component extracted from industrial hemp in the composition is 0.01%-10%,
the cannabinol component extracted from industrial hemp contains CBD and CBDV, a mass
percentage of the CBD in the cannabinol component extracted from industrial hemp is
30%-90%, and a mass percentage of the CBDV is 1%-25%. The composition may be electronic
cigarette liquid, popping beads or flavoring liquid, which can relax the muscles of
a smoker, raise the mood and do not contain harmful ingredients in atomized smoke,
and can also improve and enrich the aroma of cigarettes, and improve the aroma richness
of cigarettes, the sensory quality, and the interestingness of vaping.
[0006] It can be seen that the traditional electronic cigarettes containing CBD use electronic
cigarette liquid or oil, which is cigarette liquid, and has the following disadvantages:
- 1) the cigarette liquid often has the disadvantage that the taste is not pure enough,
which cannot match the cut tobacco of cigarettes.
- 2) the cigarette liquid needs to be loaded in a specific plastic or metal container,
which is costly and cannot be loaded by ordinary paper. It is far from cigarette,
and many environmental problems will occur after the plastic or metal container is
used up.
SUMMARY OF THE APPLICATION
[0007] In view of the above defects, the technical problem solved in the present invention
is to provide application of cannabidiol (CBD) to a heat-not-burn solid carrier.
[0008] The present invention is used for cannabidiol (CBD) composition for a heat-not-burn
atomization product, including cannabidiol and a solid carrier, where a cannabidiol
content is 0.5%-30%, and the solid carrier is a heat-not-burn solid carrier.
[0009] Preferably, the solid carrier includes one or more of tobacco, tea leaf, hemp, mint,
honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, rose, orchid, herba Epimedii, wheat, rice, sesame, Sichuan
pepper, pepper, astragalus, litchi, ginseng, fresh ginger, kudzu vine root, wax gourd,
elderberry, grapefruit, Schisandra chinensis, dandelion, grape, banana, coconut, caffeine,
ephedrine, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, cypress wood, apple, orange, cucumber,
pumpkin, watermelon, almond, cinnamon, bay leaf, Cinnamomum camphora, soybean, coffee,
cocoa, liquorice, mulberry leaf and lotus leaf.

form of filaments, granules or fragments.

includes hemp, where the hemp includes flowers, leaves, roots or stems of the hemp.

includes at least one of propylene glycol, glycerol and edible essence and flavor.

atomization product includes, in parts by weight, 0.5 part-30 parts of the cannabidiol,
3 parts-60 parts of hemp, 1 part-20 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part-20 parts of
glycerol, 20 parts-60 parts of the solid carriers, and 1 part-30 parts of edible essence
and flavor.
[0015] Preferably, the CBD composition includes, in parts by weight, 5 parts-15 parts of
the cannabidiol, 5 parts-50 parts of hemp, 1 part-20 parts of propylene glycol, 1
part-20 parts of glycerol, 1 part-30 parts of edible essence and flavor, and 5 parts-30
parts of the solid carriers.

the cannabidiol with the solid carrier or adsorbing the cannabidiol on the solid carrier.

In the present invention, the CBD is apply to the solid carrier to obtain a solid
cartridge, and compare with traditional mixing of the CBD and a liquid carrier, the
present invention is safer, has strong experience feeling and is closer to the experience
of a traditional cigarette.
[0020] In the present invention, a solid cartridge obtained by using the solid composition
can be wrapped in paper, such that the cost is reduced, and the solid cartridge is
easy to degrade and is more natural and environment-friendly.

propylene glycol, glycerol, etc. is low, such that the CBD composition is safer, the
entire cartridge can be infinitely close to a traditional cigarette, to achieve an
experience feeling of a cigarette.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] The present invention is used for cannabidiol (CBD) composition for a heat-not-burn
atomization product, including cannabidiol and a solid carrier, where a cannabidiol
content is 0.5%-30%, and the solid carrier is a heat-not-burn solid carrier.
[0023] In the present invention, the cannabidiol and the solid carrier are mixed to prepare
the solid composition, which can be apply to an electronic cigarette cartridge and
generates an atomization effect in a heat-not-burn manner. The cartridge can be wrapped
in paper, such that the cost is reduced, and the solid cartridge is easy to degrade
and is more natural and environment-friendly. Such CBD apply to the solid carrier
is safer and has stronger experience feeling than traditional CBD applied to a liquid
carrier, and is closer to the experience of a traditional cigarette.

randomly selected for a test through a blind evaluation scoring method. The electronic
cigarette cartridges of Examples 1-6 were prepared into electronic cigarettes, and
traditional cigarettes were used as a control for the vaping evaluators to try. Each
vaping evaluator evaluated and scored the above samples in sequence (under the condition
that the vaping evaluator fails to have results at one time of vaping and evaluation,

results are shown in Table 2.

scored as 5 points. Table 2 shows average values of the scores of the 10 vaping evaluator.
It can be seen that the CBD composition in the present invention applied to a heat-not-burn
atomization rod can have a desirable experience feeling, even better than that of
a traditional cigarette.
1. Cannabidiol (CBD) composition for a heat-not-burn atomization product, comprising
cannabidiol and a solid carrier, wherein a cannabidiol content is 0.5%-30%, and the
solid carrier is a heat-not-burn solid carrier.

wherein the solid carrier comprises one or more of tobacco, tea leaf, hemp, mint,
honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, rose, orchid, herba Epimedii, wheat, rice, sesame, Sichuan
pepper, pepper, astragalus, litchi, ginseng, fresh ginger, kudzu vine root, wax gourd,
elderberry, grapefruit, Schisandra chinensis, dandelion, grape, banana, coconut, caffeine,

wherein the hemp is dried hemp having a moisture content less than 15%.

further comprising at least one of propylene glycol, glycerol and edible essence and
flavor.
7. The CBD composition for a heat-not-burn atomization product according to claim 1,
comprising, in parts by weight, 0.5 part-30 parts of the cannabidiol, 3 parts-60 parts
of hemp, 1 part-20 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part-20 parts of glycerol, 20 parts-60
parts of the solid carriers, and 1 part-30 parts of edible essence and flavor.
8. The CBD composition for a heat-not-burn atomization product according to claim 7,
comprising, in parts by weight, 5 parts-15 parts of the cannabidiol, 5 parts-50 parts
of hemp, 1 part-20 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part-20 parts of glycerol, 1 part-30
parts of edible essence and flavor, and 5 parts-30 parts of the solid carriers.
9. The CBD composition for a heat-not-burn atomization product according to claim 1,
wherein the CBD composition is prepare by mixing the cannabidiol with the solid carrier
or adsorbing the cannabidiol on the solid carrier.

wherein the heat-not-burn atomization product is an electronic cigarette cartridge
or a heat-not-burn atomization rod.
