(57) The present invention relates to a pacifier including: a main body member including a flange, a handle formed to protrude from one surface of the flange, and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from the other surface of the flange; and a length adjustment member folded based on a folding line extending in a first direction and having an insertion hole, into which the nipple part is inserted in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, formed in a central portion.

[Technical Field]



[0001] The present invention relates to a pacifier, and more particularly, to a pacifier in which a length of a nipple part, which is placed in the mouth of a baby, is freely adjustable according to the growth of the baby.

[Background Art]



[0002] Babies who have not yet developed teeth can relieve their psychological anxiety and gain satisfaction just by sucking on a nipple even if milk does not come out, and pacifiers were inspired by this.

[0003] Pacifiers usually have a flange formed with a larger area than the mouth of a baby to not be sucked into the mouth of the baby, a handle formed on a rear surface of the flange, and a nipple part formed on a front surface of the flange and made of a soft material such as silicone, so that babies can naturally relieve anxiety and gain psychological satisfaction by putting the nipple part in their mouth.

[0004] However, due to the fast growth rate of babies, the length of the nipple part of the existing pacifiers becomes very short compared to the grown oral structure, and caregivers end up buying new pacifiers with a longer nipple part for the babies.

[0005] In consideration of such an aspect, a pacifier in which a length of a nipple part is freely adjustable will be described in the present specification.

[0006] The present invention relates to a pacifier in which a length of a nipple part, which is placed in the mouth of a baby, is freely adjustable according to the growth of the baby.

[Technical Solution]



[0007] One embodiment of the present invention provides a pacifier including: a main body member including a flange, a handle formed to protrude from one surface of the flange, and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from the other surface of the flange; and a length adjustment member folded based on a folding line extending in a first direction and having an insertion hole, into which the nipple part is inserted in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, formed in a central portion, wherein the folding line is divided into one side line and the other side line due to the insertion hole being formed in the central portion, and in a state in which the length adjustment member is folded, a user adjusts a length at which the nipple part protrudes from the length adjustment member in the second direction by adjusting a degree of insertion of the nipple part and fixes the main body member by the length adjustment member by unfolding the length adjustment member.

[0008] The length adjustment member may be divided into a first portion and a second portion with the folding line as a division line, a first protruding portion protruding from one surface of the first portion in an opposite direction of the second direction and a second protruding portion protruding from one surface of the second portion in the opposite direction of the second direction may be formed along a circumference of the insertion hole, and a fixing member configured to, when the length adjustment member is unfolded, fix the nipple part inserted into the insertion hole may be formed to protrude from an inner surface of each of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion.

[0011] Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a pacifier including: a main body member including a flange and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from one surface of the flange and having screw threads formed on a predetermined range of a side surface of a column; and a length adjustment member having an insertion hole, into which the nipple part is inserted, formed in a central portion and screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole, wherein a user adjusts a length at which the nipple part protrudes from the length adjustment member by, in a state in which the nipple part is inserted into the length adjustment member, rotating the main body member and letting the screw threads of the nipple part and the screw threads of the length adjustment member rotate while engaged with each other.

[0012] A pacifier of the present invention allows a protruding length of a nipple part, which is placed in the mouth of a baby, to be freely adjustable using a length adjustment member according to the growth of the baby, thereby making it unnecessary for a caregiver to buy an additional pacifier suitable for a state of the growth of the baby.

Claims

1. A pacifier comprising:

a main body member including a flange, a handle formed to protrude from one surface of the flange, and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from the other surface of the flange; and

a length adjustment member folded based on a folding line extending in a first direction and having an insertion hole, into which the nipple part is inserted in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, formed in a central portion,

wherein the folding line is divided into one side line and the other side line due to the insertion hole being formed in the central portion, and

in a state in which the length adjustment member is folded, a user adjusts a length at which the nipple part protrudes from the length adjustment member in the second direction by adjusting a degree of insertion of the nipple part and fixes the main body member by the length adjustment member by unfolding the length adjustment member.


 
2. The pacifier of claim 1, wherein:

The length adjustment member is divided into a first portion and a second portion with the folding line as a division line;

a first protruding portion protruding from one surface of the first portion in an opposite direction of the second direction and a second protruding portion protruding from one surface of the second portion in the opposite direction of the second direction are formed along a circumference of the insertion hole; and

a fixing member configured to, when the length adjustment member is unfolded, fix the nipple part inserted into the insertion hole is formed to protrude from an inner surface of each of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion.


 
3. The pacifier of claim 2, wherein:

a third protruding portion protruding from one surface of the first portion and forming a groove with the one surface is formed on the first portion;

a fastening member protruding from one surface of the second portion, formed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the folding line, and configured to, in a state in which the length adjustment member is unfolded, be fastened to the groove formed by the third protruding portion and allow the length adjustment member to be fixed in the unfolded state is formed on the second portion; and

a state in which the length adjustment member is folded is a state in which the first portion is folded due to the folding line in the second direction, and the state in which the length adjustment member is unfolded is a state in which the first portion is disposed parallel to the second portion due to the folding line and the fastening member is fastened to the groove formed by the third protruding portion.


 
4. A pacifier comprising:

a main body member including a flange and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from one surface of the flange and having a plurality of grooves or holes formed at predetermined intervals in a side surface of a column; and

a length adjustment member including a first portion and a second portion detachably coupled to the first portion and forming a single surface with the first portion when coupled to the first portion,

wherein an insertion hole into which the nipple part is inserted is formed in a central portion of the length adjustment member, and a fastening member protruding from an inner surface of the insertion hole is formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole, and

a user adjusts a length at which the nipple part protrudes from the length adjustment member by, in a state in which the length adjustment member is detached, selecting any one of the plurality of grooves or holes formed in the nipple part and fastening the fastening member to the selected groove or hole, a coupling member is formed on an end of the first portion, and when the first portion and the second portion are coupled, an end of the second portion is accommodated in and fastened to the coupling member.


 
5. A pacifier comprising:

a main body member including a flange and a nipple part formed to protrude and extend from one surface of the flange and having screw threads formed on a predetermined range of a side surface of a column; and

a length adjustment member having an insertion hole, into which the nipple part is inserted, formed in a central portion and screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole,

wherein a user adjusts a length at which the nipple part protrudes from the length adjustment member by, in a state in which the nipple part is inserted into the length adjustment member, rotating the main body member and letting the screw threads of the nipple part and the screw threads of the length adjustment member rotate while engaged with each other.
