A container includes a first molded fiber container half having a first seam edge; a second molded fiber container half having a second seam edge; and an interconnection mechanism disposed along the first seam edge and the second seam edge and configured to bond the first molded fiber container half and the second molded fiber container half together to form a molded fiber container body.
