| (57) Provided is a beauty tool being capable of further enhancing beauty effects by increasing
a tensile force applied to a beauty sheet. The beauty tool includes: a beauty sheet
110 that is affixed to the face; a stretchable cord 130 that is stretchable and contractible
to apply a tensile force to the beauty sheet 110; and a plurality of tensioning threads
120 extending from an edge of the beauty sheet 110. The stretchable cord 130 is formed
by bundling and connecting the tip ends of the plurality of tensioning threads 120.

BACKGROUND ART
[0002] The use of a beauty sheet that is affixed to the skin of the face to enhance beauty effects has conventionally been known.
[0003] Such a beauty sheet is affixed to an appropriate position on the skin in a state where a portion to be subjected to a beauty treatment is stretched. Then, the state in which a tensile force is applied to the skin is maintained, resulting in achieving improved beauty effects (see, for example, Patent Literature 1).

[0005] However, the beauty sheet disclosed in Patent Literature 1 is configured to merely affix the beauty sheet in a tape form to the skin, causing insufficient tensile force applied to the beauty sheet, and thus a problem arises in which insufficient beauty effects are achieved.
[0006] The present invention has been completed in view of the above problem and an object thereof is to provide a beauty tool that is capable of further enhancing beauty effects by increasing a tensile force applied to a beauty sheet.
Solution to Problem
[0007] To solve the above problem, the invention according to claim 1 is a beauty tool including:
a beauty sheet that is affixed to the face;
a stretchable cord that is stretchable and contractible and applies a tensile force to the beauty sheet; and
a plurality of tensioning threads extending from an edge of the beauty sheet,
in which the stretchable cord is formed by bundling and connecting the tip ends of the plurality of tensioning threads, and
in which the stretchable cord is stretched to apply a tensile force to the beauty sheet.

in which the beauty sheet is formed of a nanofiber sheet spun by an electrospinning method.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0021] In the following section, a beauty tool according to an embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to examples illustrated in the drawings. In the following description, components having the same functions and configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals and the descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0022] First, referring to Figs. 1 to 3, a beauty tool according to the present embodiment is described.
[0023] Fig. 1 illustrates a sheet section 100 forming the beauty tool. The sheet section 100 is composed of a beauty sheet 110 in a sheet form, tensioning threads 120 and a stretchable cord 130.
[0024] The beauty sheet 110 is formed of a nanofiber sheet spun by a known electrospinning method. Thus, the beauty sheet 110 has a porous thin-film form. The beauty sheet 110 according to the present embodiment uses a resin such as polypropylene (PP), polyurethane (PU) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as nanofiber, but other materials such as bio-nanofiber, carbon nanofiber, metal fiber and natural fiber, or a mixture of two or more materials thereof may also be used. In addition, those produced from synthetic resin-, natural resin-, or rubber-based materials may also be used. The beauty sheet 110 is formed into a quadrangular form. Here, the form of the beauty sheet 110 is not limited to a quadrangular form, but other forms such as an oval form and a teardrop form may also be applicable. The beauty sheet 110 preferably has predetermined stretchability. The beauty sheet 110 has an affixing surface to which an adhesive is applied and can be affixed to the skin. Thus, when affixed to the face, the beauty sheet 110 tends to be visually recognized as being transparent and becomes less conspicuous. In addition, since the beauty sheet 110 is formed as described above, a cosmetic material tends to enter through gaps in the sheet and thereby beauty effects can be enhanced. In the present embodiment, the property of the beauty sheet 110 is a nanofiber sheet, but other sheets may also be adopted as long as they have a thin sheet form: for example, a thin mesh sheet or a sheet in a film form may also be adopted. To the beauty sheet 110 in a state before use, a peel-off paper is adhered to protect the property of the beauty sheet 110. In addition, the adhesive may be applied to the beauty sheet 110 in advance, or a user may spray the adhesive on the beauty sheet 110 before use. In addition, the beauty sheet 110 may be, for example, a laminate composed of a plurality of thin-film sheets, and an affix layer sheet (for example a sheet formed of a material such as PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol)) of the beauty sheet 110 is a water-soluble sheet that exhibits an adhesive property when being wetted with water. In addition, it is desirable that the beauty sheet 110 is designed to have a strength enough to prevent it from tearing easily, even when being pulled by the tensioning threads 120 in a state where it is affixed to the face. For the beauty sheet 110 in the present embodiment, spinning by an electrospinning method is adopted as a method for forming a nanofiber sheet, but other methods such as a melt blowing method (or a melt blown method) and an island-in-sea melt spinning method, for example, may also be adopted.
[0025] To the beauty sheet 110, a plurality of tensioning threads 120 is attached. More specifically, at a base end portion of the plurality of tensioning threads 120, an attachment base 122 in an approximately triangular form is provided. In other words, for example, the attachment base 122 is formed of a plurality of threads in the form of a mesh-like cloth, where a part of the plurality of threads forming the attachment base 122 extends from the bottom side of the approximately triangular form of the attachment base 122, and these threads form the tensioning threads 120. Here, in the present embodiment, among the plurality of threads forming the attachment base 122, the threads forming the tensioning threads 120 have a higher strength than that of the other threads, but threads having the same strength may also be usable. An aspect in which tensioning threads 120 are fixed to the attachment base 122 so as to be arranged at equal intervals may also be acceptable. In addition, an aspect in which the base end portions of the tensioning threads 120 are woven into the attachment base 122 may also be acceptable. When the attachment base 122 is adhered to a surface or a back surface of the beauty sheet 110, the plurality of tensioning threads 120 is attached to the beauty sheet 110. Since the present embodiment describes an aspect in which the attachment base 122 integrated with the plurality of tensioning threads 120 is attached to the beauty sheet 110, the production process can be simplified. Moreover, such an aspect in which the attachment base 122 integrated with the plurality of tensioning threads 120 is attached to the beauty sheet 110 can prevent the tensioning threads 120 from detaching. The tensioning threads 120 may also be attached by directly weaving the tensioning threads 120 into a surface of the beauty sheet 110. Alternatively, the tensioning threads 120 may also be attached by directly weaving the tensioning threads 120 into a surface of the attachment base 122. In addition, an aspect in which fibers forming the beauty sheet 110 are extended to form the tensioning threads 120 may also be acceptable. In addition, the tensioning threads 120 may also be arranged in the beauty sheet 110 at equal intervals. In addition, the tensioning threads 120 may be directly woven into the beauty sheet 110, or the tensioning threads 120 may be directly tied to the beauty sheet 110 one thread at a time. As an aspect of the attachment of the tensioning threads 120 to the beauty sheet 110 or to the attachment base 122, other aspects such as ultrasonic fusion, fusion and adhesion may also be employed. In addition, the form of the attachment base 122 is not limited to the above, and for example, a semicircular form or a semielliptic form may also be applicable. In addition, an aspect in which the tensioning threads 120 and the attachment base 122 are formed as separate components, and the tensioning threads 120 are attached to the attachment base 122, may also be acceptable. In addition, the aspect of the attachment base 122 is not limited to those in the form of a mesh-like cloth, but the aspect of the attachment base 122 may be in a film form or have porosity as with a nanofiber sheet. In addition, the attachment base 122 according to the present embodiment uses resin fibers such as polypropylene (PP), polyurethane (PU) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), but other materials such as bio-fiber, e.g., cellulose, carbon fiber, metal fiber, e.g., tungsten or natural fiber e.g., cellulose, or a mixture of two or more materials thereof may also be used. An aspect in which the beauty sheet 110 is omitted and the attachment base 122 is attached to the skin may also be adopted. In this case, the attachment base 122 can also serve as the beauty sheet 110. In addition, for example, the attachment base 122 is made of threads formed into a mesh-like cloth form. Otherwise, when the attachment base 122 is made of resin, it may have a film or mesh form. The aspects of the attachment or extension of the tensioning threads 120 to or from the attachment base 122 are applicable to any of the above aspects.
[0026] The tensioning threads 120 attached to the beauty sheet 110 are extended from one edge side of the beauty sheet 110. The plurality of tensioning threads 120 extended from the beauty sheet 110 is bundled at the tip end into a bundle portion 121. The bundle portion 121 is connected to one end of the stretchable cord 130. In the present embodiment, several tens of threads 120 are attached to the beauty sheet 110, but the number of the tensioning threads 120 attached may be freely determined. In this case, the number of the tensioning threads 120 is preferably determined such that a uniform tensile force is applied to the beauty sheet 110. The fiber diameter of the tensioning thread 120 is determined to be 2.5 µm to 20 µm, for example. While the fiber diameter of the tensioning thread 120 can be determined freely, it is preferable to select a size that is difficult to visually recognize under the conditions of use. The tensioning thread 120 is formed of threads made of resins such as polypropylene (PP) and polycarbonate (PC), but the tensioning thread 120 may be formed of other materials. For example, as a material applied to the tensioning thread 120, a synthetic thread, a natural thread or a metal thread may be adopted. In addition, it is desirable that the tensioning thread 120 has a certain strength such that it does not break when the beauty sheet 110 is pulled.
[0027] In addition, in the present embodiment, the aspect of the attachment of the tensioning threads 120 to the beauty sheet 110 is not limited to those described above, and other aspects may be applicable. For example, an aspect in which the attachment base 122 to which the tensioning threads 120 are fixed is attached to the beauty sheet 110 by means of fusion may also be accepted. In addition, an aspect in which the attachment base 122 to which the tensioning threads 120 are fixed, is attached to the beauty sheet 110 by being woven into the beauty sheet 110 may also be accepted. In addition, an aspect in which the attachment base 122 to which the tensioning threads 120 are fixed, is subjected to a chemical treatment to be attached to the beauty sheet 110, may also be accepted. In addition, an aspect in which the tensioning threads 120 are attached to the beauty sheet 110 by directly fusing the tensioning threads 120 to the beauty sheet 110 may also be accepted. In addition, an aspect in which the tensioning threads 120 are directly adhered to the beauty sheet 110 with an adhesive may also be accepted.
[0028] The stretchable cord 130 is formed such that an outer periphery of a rubber thread as a core material is covered with a plurality of synthetic fibers having been subjected to woolly processing. The stretchable cord 130 having such a structure is also referred to so-called woolly rubber. A material used as the core material may be any material in addition to natural rubber, as long as it is stretchable. In addition, the stretchable cord 130 is not limited to a woolly rubber, and other materials may also be adopted as long as they are stretchable; for example, a stretchable cord formed exclusively of a rubber thread may also be applicable. The stretchable cord 130 is connected at its one end to the bundle portion 121 where the plurality of tensioning threads 120 are bundled by means of adhesion, for example. In addition, an aspect in which the tensioning threads 120 and the stretchable cord 130 may be fixed by a method other than adhesion, for example, fusion or weaving, may be accepted.

In other words, when the stretchable cord 130 in a pulled and stretched state is held between a pair of the hook and loop fasteners 200, 250, the contraction of the stretchable cord 130 is suppressed by sliding friction between the stretchable cord 130 and the engaging elements 220, and thereby a tensile force of the stretchable cord 130 can be maintained by the pair of hook and loop fasteners 200, 250.
[0036] The auxiliary cord 300 includes a cord portion 310 and an annular insertion portion 320 formed at a tip end of the cord portion 310. The cord portion 310 is formed such that an outer periphery of a rubber thread as a core material is covered with a plurality of synthetic fibers having been subjected to woolly processing. That is, the cord portion 310 is formed of a stretchable woolly rubber. The insertion portion 320 can fit the auxiliary cord 300 to the head of a human body, for example by inserting bundled scalp hair into the insertion portion 320. As described later, the other end of the cord portion 310 is held between the hook and loop fasteners 200, 250, and thereby fixed to the hook and loop fasteners 200, 250 fitted to the head of the human body.
[0037] An outline of a procedure of a beauty treatment using the beauty tool formed as described above is described with reference to Figs. 4 to 7. In the following description, an illustration of a part of a human body such as scalp hair is sometimes omitted when an outline of fitting the beauty tool to the head of a human body is described.
[0038] First, as illustrated in Fig. 4(A), the beauty sheet 110 forming the sheet section 100 is affixed in the vicinity of a part to which a beauty improvement is applied. In Fig. 4(A), the beauty sheet 110 is affixed to the cheek CH.
[0039] Next, as illustrated in Fig. 4(B), a position where the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 is fixed is determined and a predetermined amount of scalp hair HR in the vicinity of the position is gathered separately and bundled. At this time, in order to prevent scalp hair HR other than the scalp hair HR to be gathered separately from interfering, a hairpin HP, for example, may be used. The scalp hair HR gathered separately and bundled as described above is fitted to the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200. Then, as illustrated in Fig. 4(C), due to sliding friction between the engaging elements 220 of the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 and the bundle of the scalp hair HR, the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 is brought into a state in which it engages and holds the bundle of the scalp hair HR. In other words, the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 can be regarded as detachably fixed to the head HD of a human body HM via the bundle of the scalp hair HR.
[0040] Subsequently, as illustrated in Fig. 5(A), the back surface 252 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 is attached to a surface of the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 that has already been attached. [0041] Subsequently, as illustrated in Fig. 5(B), the stretchable cord 130 is stretched to apply a predetermined tensile force to the beauty sheet 110, and as illustrated in Fig. 5(C), the stretched stretchable cord 130 is attached to the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 attached to the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200. Then, as illustrated in Fig. 6(A), the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 is brought into a state in which it engages and holds the stretchable cord 130. In other words, it can be understood that the stretchable cord 130 is fixed to the head HD of the human body HM via the hook and loop fasteners 200, 250. Here, in the present embodiment, the bundle of the scalp hair HR and the stretchable cord 130 are individually sandwiched between different fastener surfaces, but they may be sandwiched between the same fastener surfaces. In other words, the bundle of the scalp hair HR and the stretchable cord 130 may also be sandwiched between the first fastener surface portion and the second fastener surface portion.
[0042] Subsequently, in accordance with the outline of procedures illustrated in Figs. 6(a) to 6(c), the auxiliary cord 300 is fitted to sideburns SB. That is, as illustrated in Fig. 6(a), a predetermined amount from the sideburns SB included in the scalp hair HR is gathered separately and bundled, and is held between a pair of the single-sided hook and loop fasteners 200. Thereafter, as illustrated in Fig. 6(b), the bundle of the separately-gathered sideburns SB is inserted into the insertion portion 320 of the auxiliary cord 300, and the insertion portion 320 is moved toward the hair-root side beyond the pair of the single-sided hook and loop fasteners 200 attached to the sideburns SB. Thereafter, as illustrated in Fig. 6(c), when the cord portion 310 of the auxiliary cord 300 is pulled to reduce the hole diameter of the insertion portion 320, the auxiliary cord 300 becomes less likely to be detached from the sideburns SB. Thereby, the auxiliary cord 300 can be fitted to the sideburns SB.
[0043] After the auxiliary cord 300 is fitted to the sideburns SB as described above, a tensile force can be applied to the skin in the vicinity of the sideburns SB by pulling the cord portion 310. When the beauty sheet 110 is affixed and a tensile force is applied to the beauty sheet 110 by the stretchable cord 130, the skin in the vicinity of the beauty sheet 110 is stretched, and thereby wrinkles and sagging can be smoothed out; however, wrinkles or sagging may sometimes occur in other positions. In such a case, by pulling the auxiliary cord 300 attached to the sideburns SB, the wrinkle and sagging portions caused by a tensile force applied to the beauty sheet 110 can be smoothed out, and thereby beauty effects can further be improved.
[0044] Thereafter, as illustrated in Fig. 6(B), the cord portion 310 of the auxiliary cord 300 fitted to the sideburns SB is stretched, and as illustrated in Fig. 7(A), the cord portion 310 is engaged with the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250, to which the stretchable cord 130 of the sheet section 100 has been attached. Thereafter, as illustrated in Fig. 7(B), the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 is attached to the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250. At this time, the stretchable cord 130 and the auxiliary cord 300 engaged and held by the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 are held between the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 and the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200. In other words, it can be understood that the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 has the surface 251 as the second fastener surface portion and the back surface 252 as the third fastener surface portion, integrated with each other as a surface and a back surface. In addition, it can be understood that a surface of the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200 as the first fastener surface portion and the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 as the second fastener surface portion are detachably adhered to each other, and thereby the stretchable cord 130 and the auxiliary cord 300 are sandwiched. When the auxiliary cord 300 is not used, the stretchable cord 130 is sandwiched between the surface 251 of the dual-sided hook and loop fastener 250 and the single-sided hook and loop fastener 200.
