DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0043] As described in the background, existing cleaning bases can only clean conventional stains. For some stains with severe odors or foul smells (for example, animal urine, feces, etc.), cleaning devices still have difficulty in effectively treating them, which reduces the cleaning effect of the cleaning device on foul-smelling stains.

[0044] To solve the above problem, the present application provides a cleaning base. By providing a first liquid storage chamber and a second liquid storage chamber in the liquid storage tank of the cleaning base, and enabling the first liquid storage chamber and the second liquid storage chamber to store cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid respectively. In this way, after cleaning an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains, the wiping and mopping member can first undergo conventional cleaning with the cleaning liquid, followed by deodorizing cleaning with the deodorizing liquid. Afterwards, the wiping and mopping member attached with the deodorizing liquid can also be used to perform deodorizing cleaning on the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area. This can effectively remove the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area, effectively improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning device on foul-smelling stains, and enhance the comprehensive cleaning capability of the cleaning device.

[0045] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present application, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

[0046] FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning system provided by an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning device provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0047] An embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning base. Referring to FIG. 1, the cleaning base 10 can be configured for a cleaning device 20 to dock, where the cleaning device 20 can be a floor sweeping robot, a household handheld floor washer, etc. The cleaning device 20 is mainly configured for cleaning stains and dust on a surface to be cleaned. The surface to be cleaned can be a ground, a wall surface, or a surface of an object to be cleaned with different degrees of roughness. The type of the surface to be cleaned is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application. The odorous stain area can be an area on the surface to be cleaned where stains with severe odors or foul smells are located.

[0048] In the embodiments of the present application, the cleaning device 20 will be described as a floor sweeping robot by way of example.

[0049] Referring to FIG. 2, the cleaning device 20 can include a device body 21 and a wiping and mopping member 22 disposed on the device body 21. For example, the wiping and mopping member 22 can be a mop cloth, a rag, etc. The wiping and mopping member 22 can be rotatably disposed on the device body 21. During operation, the cleaning device 20 can travel on the surface to be cleaned, and clean the surface to be cleaned through the wiping and mopping member 22 contacting and rubbing against the surface to be cleaned.

[0050] The wiping and mopping member 22 can include a first wiping and mopping member 22a and a second wiping and mopping member 22b. The first wiping and mopping member 22a and the second wiping and mopping member 22b can be rotatably connected to the cleaning device 20, so that when the cleaning device 20 travels on the surface to be cleaned, the wiping and mopping member 22 can contact and rub against the surface to be cleaned. For example, the first wiping and mopping member 22a can be a left rag, and the second wiping and mopping member 22b can be a right rag. The two wiping and mopping members 22 respectively rotating to clean the surface to be cleaned, which can improve the flexibility of the wiping and mopping member 22, enhance the wiping and dragging efficiency of the wiping and mopping member 22, and help improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 20.

[0051] A driving apparatus can also be disposed in the device body 21. The driving apparatus can drive the wiping and mopping member 22 to rotate. For example, a cleaning module can be disposed on the device body 21. The driving apparatus can drive the cleaning module to rotate. The wiping and mopping member 22 can be installed on the cleaning module. So that during the rotation of the cleaning module, the wiping and mopping member 22 can be driven to rotate to achieve cleaning of the surface to be cleaned.

[0052] The cleaning base 10 can be configured for the cleaning device 20 to dock. For example, the cleaning base 10 can provide storage, charging, and cleaning for the cleaning device 20. For example, after the cleaning device 20 completes the cleaning work of the surface to be cleaned, it can be placed on the base, so as to achieve storage of the cleaning device 20, the base can be connected to a power source, so that the base can charge the cleaning device 20. The cleaning device 20 can also clean the cleaning device 20, so that the cleaning device 20 itself can be kept in a clean state, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 20 on the surface to be cleaned.

[0053] For example, the cleaning base 10 can include a base body 200. A docking platform can be provided on the base body 200. After the cleaning device 20 completes cleaning the surface to be cleaned, it can be parked on the docking platform, so that the cleaning base 10 can store and charge the cleaning device 20 and clean the wiping and mopping member 22 in the cleaning device 20.

[0054] For example, a clean water tank and a waste water tank can be disposed in the cleaning base 10. When the cleaning device 20 docks on the docking platform of the cleaning base 10, clean water from the clean water tank can be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 to clean the wiping and mopping member 22. The waste water after cleaning can be conveyed to the waste water tank to collect the waste water in the waste water tank, facilitating the user to centrally pour out the waste water in the waste water tank.

[0055] The liquid in the clean water tank can also moisten the wiping and mopping member 22, or be conveyed to a water tank of the cleaning device, so that during the cleaning process, the wiping and mopping member 22 can moisten the stains on the surface to be cleaned, reducing the adhesion of the stains, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the stains from the surface to be cleaned.

[0056] FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid storage tank provided by an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of a liquid storage tank provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0057] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the cleaning base 10 can have a liquid storage tank 100. Where, the liquid storage tank 100 can include a first liquid storage chamber 110 and a second liquid storage chamber 120. The first liquid storage chamber 110 can be configured for storing cleaning liquid. The second liquid storage chamber 120 can be configured for storing deodorizing liquid.

[0058] The cleaning liquid can remove conventional stains, for example, performing stain removal cleaning, etc. The deodorizing liquid can effectively remove stains with foul smells or odors.

[0059] The cleaning base 10 can further include a first pump body 101 and a second pump body 102. The first pump body 101 can be in communication with the first liquid storage chamber 110. The second pump body 102 can be in communication with the second liquid storage chamber 120. The first pump body 101 can be configured for, when the cleaning device 20 docks at the cleaning base 10, conveying the cleaning liquid in the first liquid storage chamber 110 to the wiping and mopping member 22. The second pump body 102 can be configured for, when the cleaning device 20 docks at the cleaning base 10, conveying the deodorizing liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 120 to the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0060] For example, in some examples, after cleaning an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains, the cleaning device 20 returns to the docking station of the cleaning base 10. At this time, the first pump body 101 in the cleaning base 10 can be activated to work, the cleaning liquid in the first liquid storage chamber 110 is conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22, to perform conventional cleaning on the stains on the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0061] After completing the cleaning of the conventional stains on the wiping and mopping member 22, the second pump body 102 can be activated to work, so that the second pump body 102 can convey the deodorizing liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 120 to the wiping and mopping member 22, to remove the foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22, thereby removing the foul smell on the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0062] After completing the deodorizing cleaning of the foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22, the second pump body 102 can be activated to work again, so that the second pump body 102 can convey the deodorizing liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 120 to the wiping and mopping member 22 again. At this time, the deodorizing liquid can adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22. The cleaning device 20 can travel to the odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains again. The odorous stain area is cleaned again. Since the wiping and mopping member 22 is attached with the deodorizing liquid, the wiping and mopping member 22 can remove the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area, thereby achieving deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0063] Alternatively, in some examples, after cleaning an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains, the cleaning device 20 returns to the docking station of the cleaning base 10. At this time, the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 in the cleaning base 10 can be activated to work simultaneously, to convey the cleaning liquid in the first liquid storage chamber 110 and the deodorizing liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 120 together to the wiping and mopping member 22, to clean the conventional stains and foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22 together.

[0064] After completing the cleaning of the conventional stains and foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22, the second pump body 102 can be activated to work again, so that the second pump body 102 can convey the deodorizing liquid in the second liquid storage chamber 120 to the wiping and mopping member 22 again. The deodorizing liquid can adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22. The cleaning device 20 can travel to the odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains again, and clean the odorous stain area again. Since the wiping and mopping member 22 is attached with the deodorizing liquid, the wiping and mopping member 22 can remove the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area, thereby achieving deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0065] In the embodiments of the present application, by providing the first liquid storage chamber 110 and the second liquid storage chamber 120 in the liquid storage tank of the cleaning base 10, the first liquid storage chamber 110 and the second liquid storage chamber 120 are used to store cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid respectively. In this way, after cleaning an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains, the wiping and mopping member 22 can first undergo conventional cleaning with the cleaning liquid, followed by deodorizing cleaning with the deodorizing liquid. Afterwards, the wiping and mopping member 22 attached with the deodorizing liquid can also be configured to perform deodorizing cleaning on the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area, effectively removing the foul-smelling stains on the odorous stain area, improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 20 on foul-smelling stains, and enhancing the comprehensive cleaning capability of the cleaning device 20.

[0066] In the embodiments of the present application, the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can both be peristaltic pumps. The peristaltic pumps can provide precise flow control and repeatability, effectively improving the outflow dosage accuracy of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid. This reduces or avoids waste of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, and enhances the energy-saving performance of the cleaning base.

[0067] Continuing to refer to FIG. 4, the liquid storage tank 100 can further include a power chamber 130. The first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can both be located within the power chamber 130. For example, the power chamber 130 can be disposed adjacent to the first liquid storage chamber 110 and the second liquid storage chamber 120. The power chamber 130 can provide sealed protection for the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102, which can reduce or prevent external stains, water stains, etc. from entering the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102, preventing external stains and water stains from entering the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 and causing damage to the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102, helping to improve the service life of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102.

[0068] When cleaning liquid or deodorizing liquid needs to be added, the user can take out the liquid storage tank 100, add the cleaning liquid or deodorizing liquid to the first liquid storage chamber 110 or the second liquid storage chamber 120, or place a tank containing the cleaning liquid or deodorizing liquid into the first liquid storage chamber 110 or the second liquid storage chamber 120. Correspondingly, the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 are disposed in the liquid storage tank 100, which can improve the integration between the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 and the first liquid storage chamber 110 and the second liquid storage chamber 120, and facilitate the maintenance of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102.

[0069] FIG. 5 is a schematic connection diagram of a cleaning system provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0070] Referring to FIG. 5, a cleaning disc 240 can be provided on the base body 200. The input end of the first pump body 101 can be in communication with the first liquid storage chamber 110. The input end of the second pump body 102 can be in communication with the second liquid storage chamber 120. The output ends of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can both be in communication with the cleaning disc 240.

[0071] The cleaning disc 240 can be configured for the wiping and mopping member 22 to park when the cleaning device 20 docks at the cleaning base 10. The first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can be respectively configured for conveying the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid to the cleaning disc 240. The cleaning disc 240 can be recessed with a groove, or can be designed as a flat surface, which is not limited. For example, the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 deliver the cleaning liquid and/or deodorizing liquid to the cleaning disc 240 to clean the wiping and mopping member 22. Alternatively, when deodorizing cleaning of an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains is needed, the deodorizing liquid can also be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 to apply the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22. Or, the deodorizing liquid and the cleaning liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 to apply the deodorizing liquid and the cleaning liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22, and then the cleaning device 20 is controlled to go to the odorous stain area for deodorizing cleaning.

[0072] During the process of cleaning the wiping and mopping member 22 using the cleaning disc 240 or applying the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22, the wiping and mopping member 22 can be controlled to move or a certain component in the cleaning disc can be controlled to move, so that the wiping and mopping member 22 can fully contact the cleaning liquid and/or deodorizing liquid.

[0073] When the cleaning disc 240 is recessed with a groove, it can provide an accommodation space for the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, which can reduce or prevent the loss of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid during the cleaning process of the wiping and mopping member 22, effectively prolong the contact time between the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid and the wiping and mopping member 22, and improve the cleaning and deodorizing effect on the wiping and mopping member 22. The cleaning disc 240 can also adopt a flat design, for example, by spraying upward, the cleaning liquid or deodorizing liquid is directly sprayed onto the wiping and mopping member 22, to improve the contact uniformity between the wiping and mopping member 22 and the cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid, and enhance the cleaning effect and deodorizing effect on the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0074] FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid storage tank from another perspective provided by an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a first pump body and a second pump body disposed in a liquid storage tank provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0075] In a possible implementation, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a first liquid outlet 140 and a second liquid outlet 150 can be provided on the liquid storage tank 100. Combined with FIG. 7, as shown by the dashed line with arrows in FIG. 7, the input end of the first pump body 101 can be in communication with the first liquid storage chamber 110, and the output end of the first pump body 101 can be in communication with the first liquid outlet 140. One end of the first liquid outlet 140 can be in communication with the output end of the first pump body 101, and the other end of the first liquid outlet 140 can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240. The cleaning liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the first liquid outlet 140.

[0076] For example, after the first pump body 101 is activated to work, the cleaning liquid in the first liquid storage chamber 110 can enter the first pump body 101 through the input end of the first pump body 101, then be output from the output end of the first pump body 101 and flow out of the liquid storage tank 100 through the first liquid outlet 140 on the liquid storage tank 100, thereby entering the cleaning disc 240 in the base body 200, to clean the wiping and mopping member 22 on the cleaning disc 240.

[0077] Correspondingly, the input end of the second pump body 102 can be communicated with the second liquid storage cavity 120, and the output end of the second pump body 102 can be communicated with the second liquid outlet 150. One end of the second liquid outlet 150 can be communicated with the output end of the second pump body 102, and the other end of the second liquid outlet 150 can be communicated with the cleaning disc 240, and the deodorizing liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the second liquid outlet 150.

[0078] For example, after the second pump body 102 is activated to work, the cleaning liquid in the second liquid storage cavity 120 can enter the second pump body 102 through the input end of the second pump body 102, then be output from the output end of the second pump body 102 and flow out of the liquid storage tank 100 through the second liquid outlet 150 on the liquid storage tank 100, thereby entering the cleaning disc 240 in the base station body 200, so as to perform deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22 of the cleaning disc 240.

[0079] The first liquid outlet 140 and the second liquid outlet 150 can be located on the outer surface of the liquid storage tank 100, so as to facilitate connection with the ports on the base station body 200 (for example, the first port 210 and the second port 220 described below), and the connection accuracy between the liquid storage tank 100 and the base station body 200 can be improved.

[0080] The first liquid outlet 140 and the second liquid outlet 150 can provide paths for the output of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, so as to facilitate conveying the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid to the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200. Moreover, the first liquid outlet 140 and the second liquid outlet 150 can facilitate connection with the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200, and the connection accuracy between the liquid storage tank 100 and the base station body 200 can be improved.

[0081] Continuing to refer to FIG. 5, the base station body 200 can be provided with a first port 210 and a second port 220, one end of the first port 210 can be communicated with the first liquid outlet 140 on the liquid storage tank 100, and the other end of the first port 210 can be communicated with the cleaning disc 240. The cleaning liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 sequentially through the first liquid outlet 140 and the first port 210 under the action of the first pump body 101.

[0082] For example, the first port 210 can be located on the outer surface of the base station body 200 in contact with the liquid storage tank 100, when the liquid storage tank 100 is installed on the base station body 200, the first port 210 and the first liquid outlet 140 can be connected with each other, so that the cleaning liquid flowing out of the liquid storage tank 100 can enter the base station body 200 through the first port 210, and then flow into the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200.

[0083] The first port 210 can facilitate the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110, their connection accurate, convenient and fast, and the reliability and stability of the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110 can be effectively improved. And the connection accuracy between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110 can be improved.

[0084] Correspondingly, one end of the second port 220 can be in communication with the second liquid outlet 150 on the liquid storage tank 100, and the other end of the second port 220 can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240. The deodorizing liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 sequentially through the second liquid outlet 150 and the second port 220 under the action of the second pump body 102.

[0085] For example, the second port 220 can be located on the outer surface of the base station body 200 in contact with the liquid storage tank 100, when the liquid storage tank 100 is installed on the base station body 200, the second port 220 and the second liquid outlet 150 can be connected with each other, so that the deodorizing liquid flowing out of the liquid storage tank 100 can enter the base station body 200 through the second port 220, and then flow into the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200.

[0086] The second port 220 can facilitate the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the second liquid storage cavity 120, their connection is accurate, convenient and fast, and the reliability and stability of the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the second liquid storage cavity 120 can be effectively improved. And the connection accuracy between the cleaning disc 240 and the second liquid storage cavity 120 can be improved.

[0087] Continuing to refer to FIG. 5, the cleaning base station 10 can further include a first valve body member 201, the first valve body member 201 can be located in the base station body 200, for example, the first valve body member 201 can be a multi-way valve, and the first valve body member 201 can have at least three input ends and one output end. Where, the first port 210 and the second port 220 can be respectively in communication with two of the input ends in the first valve body member 201, and the output end of the first valve body member 201 can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240.

[0088] The communication between the first port 210 and the second port 220 and the cleaning disc 240 can be achieved through the first valve body member 201, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can flow into the cleaning disc 240 through the guiding action in the first valve body member 201 after entering the first port 210 and the second port 220. The first valve body member 201 can provide a guiding function for the input of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can flow according to a preset route in the cleaning base station 10, and the accuracy of the flow of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be effectively improved.

[0089] Moreover, the first valve body member 201 can integrate the control of multiple fluid channels such as the cleaning liquid, the deodorizing liquid, and the cleaning disc 240, the number of valves in the cleaning base station 10 can be reduced, and the design and installation of the internal circulation system in the cleaning base station 10 can be effectively simplified.

[0090] In addition, the first valve body member 201 can also replace multiple separate valves, the installation space can be effectively saved, and the spatial layout inside the cleaning base station 10 can be facilitated.

[0091] Continuing to refer to FIG. 5, another input end of the first valve body member 201 can also be in communication with a clean water source 202, and the clean water from the clean water source 202 can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the first valve body member 201. For example, another input end of the first valve body member 201 can be in communication with a clean water tank, so that the clean water in the clean water tank can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the first valve body member 201. For example, in the process of conveying the cleaning liquid or the deodorizing liquid to the cleaning disc 240, the clean water from the clean water source 202 can also be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240.

[0092] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the connection of another cleaning system provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0093] In another possible implementation, referring to FIG. 8, the liquid storage tank 100 can have a third liquid outlet 160, one end of the third liquid outlet 160 can be in communication with the output ends of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102, and the other end can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240. The cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the third liquid outlet 160.

[0094] That is, both the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be output to the outside of the liquid storage tank 100 through the third liquid outlet 160, for example, the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 sequentially through the third liquid outlet 160. Alternatively, the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can also converge to the third liquid outlet 160 at the same time, and then be conveyed together to the cleaning disc 240.

[0095] The third liquid outlet 160 can provide a path for the output of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, so as to facilitate conveying the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid to the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200. Moreover, the third liquid outlet 160 can facilitate connection with the cleaning disc 240 on the base station body 200, and the connection accuracy between the liquid storage tank 100 and the base station body 200 can be improved.

[0096] Continuing to refer to FIG. 8, the base station body 200 can be further provided with a third port 230, one end of the third port 230 can be in communication with the third liquid outlet 160, and the other end can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240. The cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the third liquid outlet 160 and the third port 230 respectively under the actions of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102.

[0097] The third port 230 can facilitate the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110 and the second liquid storage cavity 120, their connection is accurate, convenient and fast, and the reliability and stability of the communication between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110 and the second liquid storage cavity 120 can be effectively improved. And the connection accuracy between the cleaning disc 240 and the first liquid storage cavity 110 and the second liquid storage cavity 120 can be improved.

[0098] By setting the third liquid outlet 160 and the third port 230, the number of liquid outlets and ports is reduced, and the space utilization rate can be further improved.

[0099] Continuing to refer to FIG. 8, the liquid storage tank 100 can further include a second valve body member 103, the second valve body member 103 can be located in the power cavity 130, the input end of the second valve body member 103 can be in communication with the output ends of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 respectively, and the output end of the second valve body member 103 can be in communication with the third liquid outlet 160. For example, the second valve body member 103 can also be a multi-way valve, and the second valve body member 103 can have two input ends and one output end. Where, the output ends of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can be in communication with the two input ends of the second valve body member 103 respectively, and the output end of the second valve body member 103 can be in communication with the third liquid outlet 160 on the liquid storage tank 100.

[0100] In other words, it can be understood that both the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid are output from the liquid storage tank 100 through one output end of the second valve body member 103. For example, the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can flow out from the output end of the second valve body member 103 respectively, or the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can also converge to the second valve body member 103 at the same time, and be discharged together to the outside of the liquid storage tank 100 through the output end of the second valve body member 103, so as to enter the cleaning disc 240 in the base station body 200.

[0101] The communication between the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 and the third liquid outlet 160 can be achieved through the second valve body member 103, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can flow out of the third liquid outlet 160 through the guiding action in the second valve body member 103 after entering the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102. The second valve body member 103 can provide a guiding function for the input of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can flow according to a preset route in the liquid storage tank 100, and the accuracy of the flow of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be effectively improved.

[0102] Moreover, the second valve body member 103 can integrate the control of multiple fluid channels such as the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, the number of valves in the liquid storage tank 100 can be reduced, and the design and installation of the internal circulation system in the liquid storage tank 100 can be effectively simplified.

[0103] In addition, the second valve body member 103 can also replace multiple separate valves, the installation space can be effectively saved, and the spatial layout inside the liquid storage tank 100 can be facilitated.

[0104] Continuing to refer to FIG. 8, the base station body 200 can further include a third valve body member 203, one input end of the third valve body member 203 can be in communication with the output end of the third port 230, and the output end of the third valve body member 203 can be in communication with the cleaning disc 240. After the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid enter the base station body 200 through the third port 230, they can enter the third valve body member 203, so as to be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the third valve body member 203.

[0105] The third valve body member 203 can provide a guiding path for the circulation of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid in the base station body 200, and the accuracy of conveying the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be effectively improved.

[0106] Continuing to refer to FIG. 8, another input end of the third valve body member 203 can also be in communication with the clean water source 202, and the clean water from the clean water source 202 can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the third valve body member 203. For example, another input end of the third valve body member 203 can be in communication with a clean water tank, so that the clean water in the clean water tank can be conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the third valve body member 203. The clean water can dissolve the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can fully contact the wiping and mopping member 22 to decompose stains, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be effectively improved.

[0107] In some other embodiments, at least one of the output ends of the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can be in communication with the water tank of the cleaning device, so as to convey the deodorizing liquid and/or the cleaning liquid to the water tank of the cleaning device. The specific structure for conveying the deodorizing liquid and/or the cleaning liquid to the water tank of the cleaning device can refer to the above structural solutions for conveying to the cleaning disc 240, which will not be repeated here.

[0108] For example, when it is necessary to perform deodorizing cleaning on an odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains, the deodorizing liquid, or the deodorizing liquid and the cleaning liquid can also be conveyed to the water tank of the cleaning device, so as to use the deodorizing liquid, or the deodorizing liquid and the cleaning liquid in the water tank to perform deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area. The cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can be contained in one accommodating cavity in the cleaning device, or can be contained in two accommodating cavities respectively. The deodorizing liquid is used only in relatively few cases, therefore, containing the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid in two accommodating cavities respectively can avoid the deodorizing liquid being applied to non-odorous stain areas, and ensure the effective use of the deodorizing liquid.

[0109] Referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, the liquid storage tank 100 can be provided with a first metal contact 170 and a second metal contact 180, where the first metal contact 170 can be electrically connected to the first pump body 101, and the second metal contact 180 can be electrically connected to the second pump body 102. The first metal contact 170 can include two electrode ports, namely a positive electrode port and a negative electrode port; similarly, the second metal contact 180 also includes two electrode ports, namely a positive electrode port and a negative electrode port.

[0110] The cleaning base station 10 can supply power to the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 through the first metal contact 170 and the second metal contact 180 respectively, so that the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 can work normally.

[0111] For example, the first metal contact 170 and the second metal contact 180 can be electrically connected to a power supply, and the base station body 200 can be provided with a third metal contact electrically connected to the first metal contact 170, and a fourth metal contact electrically connected to the second metal contact 180 respectively.

[0112] The power supply can be transmitted to the first pump body 101 through the cooperation between the first metal contact 170 and the third metal contact, so as to supply power to the first pump body 101. The power supply can also be transmitted to the second pump body 102 through the cooperation between the second metal contact 180 and the fourth metal contact, so as to supply power to the second pump body 102.

[0113] Alternatively, only the first metal contact 170 or the second metal contact 180 can be set on the liquid storage tank 100, and the first metal contact 170 is used to connect the first liquid storage cavity 110 and the second liquid storage cavity 120, or the second metal contact 180 is used to connect the first liquid storage cavity 110 and the second liquid storage cavity 120. If the first metal contact 170 or the second metal contact 180 is a diode, the positive and negative poles are conducted in opposite directions, thereby using the first metal contact 170 or the second metal contact 180 to realize the control of the two pumps, switching the current direction of the contacts, realizing the work control of the two pumps, and further saving space.

[0114] When rag cleaning or floor cleaning requires deodorizing liquid, it may be necessary to use both deodorizing liquid and cleaning liquid simultaneously within the same time period. Therefore, if one pump corresponds to two liquid storage tanks, or if the first metal contact 170 or the second metal contact 180 is connected to two pumps, it would require frequent switching of the pump's liquid inlet (one pump corresponding to two liquid storage tanks) or switching the current direction of the contacts (one contact connected to two pumps) during that time period. Frequent switching increases the probability of equipment damage and also increases control complexity. In the embodiments of this specification, by adopting two pumps and configuring metal contacts for each pump respectively, control complexity can be further reduced, and the probability of equipment damage can be lowered.

[0115] Based on the above structural embodiments, the present specification provides a cleaning method applied to a cleaning base station 10, the method includes:
when it is determined to perform foul-smelling stain cleaning on the wiping and mopping member of the cleaning device 20, executing the following foul-smelling stain cleaning scheme: controlling the first pump body 101 to convey cleaning liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 to perform stain removal cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22, and controlling the second pump body 102 to convey deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 to perform deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0116] For example, after the cleaning device 20 identifies an odorous stain area requiring cleaning, the cleaning device 20 can proceed to that odorous stain area to perform cleaning. After determining that a single cleaning of the odorous stain area is completed, the cleaning device 20 can proceed to the cleaning base station 10 while keeping the wiping and mopping member 22 in a lifted position. The cleaning device 20 can send the required cleaning mode to the cleaning base station 10. For example, after performing cleaning that includes an odorous stain area, the cleaning device 20 can send a mode performing odor stain cleaning to the cleaning base station 10; after performing cleaning that does not include an odorous stain area, the cleaning device 20 can send a mode performing non-foul-smelling stain cleaning to the cleaning base station 10. The foul-smelling stain cleaning mode includes a step of cleaning the wiping and mopping member using deodorizing liquid, whereas the non-foul-smelling stain cleaning mode does not include the step of cleaning the wiping and mopping member using deodorizing liquid.

[0117] After the cleaning device 20 cleans the odorous stain area, the foul-smelling stains from the odorous stain area are transferred to the wiping and mopping member. Using deodorizing liquid to clean the wiping and mopping member can further remove foul smells from the wiping and mopping member, preventing the wiping and mopping member from contaminating the work area with foul smells when continuing to clean the work area, thereby affecting the user experience.

[0118] In some embodiments, the foul-smelling stain cleaning includes: controlling the first pump body 101 to convey cleaning liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 to perform stain removal cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22 during a first time period; controlling the second pump body 102 to convey deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 to perform deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22 during a second time period; where the first time period and the second time period do not overlap.

[0119] For example, the stain removal cleaning can be performed on the wiping and mopping member using cleaning liquid first, followed by deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member using deodorizing liquid. Alternatively, after performing the stain removal cleaning on the wiping and mopping member using cleaning liquid for a duration T1, deodorizing cleaning can be performed on the wiping and mopping member using deodorizing liquid for a duration T2, then the stain removal cleaning can be performed again using cleaning liquid for a duration T3, followed by deodorizing cleaning using deodorizing liquid for a duration T4, and so on, until a preset duration for the foul-smelling stain cleaning is reached. Performing the stain removal cleaning and deodorizing cleaning separately can prevent the cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid from reacting with each other, which could affect the cleaning effect; it can also avoid affecting the accuracy of detecting the dirt level of the wiping and mopping member, ensuring the accuracy of re-mopping and re-cleaning control.

[0120] Of course, in other embodiments, the first time period and the second time period may also overlap, meaning that the stain removal cleaning and the deodorizing cleaning can overlap in time.

[0121] In some embodiments, the method further includes: after it is determined that the foul-smelling stain cleaning is completed, controlling the second pump body 102 to convey the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 again, so that the cleaning device 20 travels to the odorous stain area to perform deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0122] During the process of controlling the second pump body 102 to convey the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 again, only the deodorizing liquid may be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22, or the first pump body 101 may also be controlled to convey the cleaning liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 again, so that the wiping and mopping member carries both cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid to perform deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0123] In some embodiments, the method further includes: after it is determined that the foul-smelling stain cleaning is completed, controlling the second pump body 102 to convey the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 again, so that the cleaning device 20 travels to the odorous stain area while keeping the wiping and mopping member 22 in a lifted position, and performs deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area while keeping the wiping and mopping member 22 in a mopping position. Non-odorous stain areas usually do not require deodorizing cleaning, and since the deodorizing liquid is applied to the wiping and mopping member 22, if the wiping and mopping member 22 is kept in the mopping position while traveling to the odorous stain area, the deodorizing liquid would be wasted along the way. When the cleaning device 20 reaches the odorous stain area, there may be little or no deodorizing liquid left on the wiping and mopping member 22, affecting the deodorizing effect.

[0124] For example, the following description, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, provides a detailed introduction to the wiping and mopping member cleaning method provided by the embodiments of the present application.

[0125] FIG. 9 is a schematic flowchart of a wiping and mopping member cleaning method provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0126] The embodiment of the present application also provide a wiping and mopping member cleaning method, which can control the cleaning base station in any of the above scenarios to perform deodorizing cleaning on odorous stains on a surface to be cleaned. Referring to FIG. 9, the method may include:

S101: controlling a cleaning device to travel to an odorous stain area to clean foul-smelling stains in the odorous stain area;

S102: controlling the cleaning device to dock to a cleaning base station;

S103: controlling a first pump body to convey cleaning liquid to a wiping and mopping member to perform stain removal cleaning on the wiping and mopping member;

S104: controlling a second pump body to convey deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member to perform deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member;

S105: controlling the second pump body to convey deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member again;

S106: controlling the cleaning device to travel to the odorous stain area to perform deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0127] In step S101, when there are foul-smelling stains on the surface to be cleaned, i.e., an odorous stain area is formed, the cleaning device 20 can travel to the odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains to clean the odorous stain area. At this time, after cleaning the odorous stain area, the stains in the odorous stain area can be largely removed, but foul smells may still remain. Meanwhile, the foul-smelling stains from the odorous stain area will also adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0128] After completing the preliminary cleaning of the foul-smelling stains through step S101, step S102 can control the cleaning device 20 to travel to and dock to the cleaning base station 10, so as to clean the wiping and mopping member 22 in the cleaning device 20.

[0129] Through step S103, the cleaning base station 10 can activate the first pump body 101 to convey cleaning liquid to the cleaning disc 240 to clean the foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22. After cleaning with the cleaning liquid, the foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22 can be largely removed, but foul smells may still remain. During the process of conveying cleaning liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22, clean water may also be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 simultaneously.

[0130] In step S104, the deodorizing liquid is conveyed to the cleaning disc 240 through the second pump body 102, so as to allow the deodorizing liquid to perform deodorizing cleaning on the foul smells on the wiping and mopping member 22 to remove the residual foul smells from the wiping and mopping member 22. During this process, clean water may also be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 simultaneously.

[0131] After completing the deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22 in step S104, step S105 can convey deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 again, so that the deodorizing liquid can adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22. During this process, clean water may not be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 to avoid washing away the deodorizing liquid from the wiping and mopping member 22 with clean water, which would affect the deodorizing effect on the odorous stain area.

[0132] After adhering the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 through step S105, the cleaning device 20 is controlled to travel to the odorous stain area through step S106. At this time, the wiping and mopping member 22 adhered with deodorizing liquid can clean the odorous stain area again to remove residual foul smells, thereby achieving deodorizing cleaning of the odorous stain area.

[0133] FIG. 10 is a schematic flowchart of another wiping and mopping member cleaning method provided by an embodiment of the present application.

[0134] In another possible implementation, the embodiment of the present application also provides a wiping and mopping member cleaning method, which may include:

S201: controlling a cleaning device to travel to an odorous stain area to clean foul-smelling stains in the odorous stain area;

S202: controlling the cleaning device to dock to a cleaning base station;

S203: controlling a first pump body and a second pump body to simultaneously convey cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member to perform stain removal cleaning and deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member;

S204: controlling the first pump body and the second pump body to convey cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member again;

S205: controlling the cleaning device to travel to the odorous stain area to perform stain removal cleaning and deodorizing cleaning on the odorous stain area.

[0135] In this control method, in step S201, when there are foul-smelling stains on the surface to be cleaned, i.e., an odorous stain area is formed, the cleaning device 20 can travel to the odorous stain area with foul-smelling stains to clean the odor stain area. At this time, after cleaning the odorous stain area, the foul-smelling stains in the odorous stain area can be largely removed, but some stains and foul smells may still remain. The foul-smelling stains from the odorous stain area will adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0136] After completing the preliminary cleaning of the foul-smelling stains through step S201, the cleaning device 20 is controlled to travel to and dock to the cleaning base station 10 through step S202, so as to clean the wiping and mopping member 22 in the cleaning device 20.

[0137] Through step S203, the cleaning base station 10 can simultaneously activate the first pump body 101 and the second pump body 102 to simultaneously convey cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22. For example, the cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid can be converged, mixed, and then conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 to perform the stain removal cleaning and the deodorizing cleaning on the foul-smelling stains on the wiping and mopping member 22, removing residual foul smells from the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0138] During this process, clean water may be conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 simultaneously to dissolve the cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid, thereby enhancing the activity of the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid and increasing the contact area between the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid and the wiping and mopping member 22, improving the stain removal cleaning effect and the deodorizing effect on the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0139] After completing the stain removal cleaning and the deodorizing cleaning on the wiping and mopping member 22 in step S203, the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid are conveyed to the wiping and mopping member 22 again through step S204, so that the cleaning liquid and the deodorizing liquid can adhere to the wiping and mopping member 22.

[0140] After adhering the deodorizing liquid to the wiping and mopping member 22 through step S204, the cleaning device 20 is controlled to travel to the odorous stain area through step S205. At this time, the wiping and mopping member 22 with cleaning liquid and deodorizing liquid adhered can clean the odorous stain area again to remove residual stains and foul smells, thereby achieving the stain removal cleaning and the deodorizing cleaning of the odorous stain area.
