<heading id="h0002"><b>TECHNICAL FIELD</b></heading>
<p id="p0002" num="0002">The present application relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly to a mounting bracket assembly and an air conditioner.</p>
<heading id="h0003"><b>BACKGROUND</b></heading>
<p id="p0003" num="0003">In the related art, split-type air conditioners that facilitate user self-installation use flexible refrigerant pipes to connect an indoor-side heat exchanger of an indoor unit and an outdoor-side heat exchanger of an outdoor unit, and refrigerant is injected into the refrigerant circuit before the equipment leaves the factory. Thus, when users install the equipment themselves, they only need to fix the indoor unit and the outdoor unit separately, without assembling refrigerant pipes and adding refrigerant, thereby reducing installation difficulty and enabling user self-installation.</p>
<p id="p0004" num="0004">Mounting brackets used for installing outdoor units are typically mounted on a window frame at one end, and extend out of the window at the other end to support the outdoor unit. After the outdoor unit is placed on the mounting bracket, tools such as screwdrivers are required to lock screws between the outdoor unit and the mounting bracket. This installation method is obviously not convenient enough.</p>

<p id="p0041" num="0041">The realization of the purpose, functional features, and advantages of the present application will be further described in conjunction with the embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.</p>
<heading id="h0007"><b>DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS</b></heading>
<p id="p0042" num="0042">The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present application.</p>
<p id="p0043" num="0043">It should be noted that all directional indications such as up, down, left, right, front, back, etc., in the embodiments of the present application are only used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement status, etc., between components under a specific posture as shown in the accompanying drawings. If the specific posture changes, the directional indication will also change accordingly.</p>
<p id="p0044" num="0044">In the present application, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, terms such as "connected" and "fixed" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, "fixed" can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integrated connection; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium; it can be the internal communication of two components or the interaction relationship between two components, unless otherwise explicitly limited. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to specific circumstances.</p>
<p id="p0045" num="0045">In addition, if the embodiments of the present application involve descriptions such as "first", "second", etc., these descriptions are only for descriptive purposes and cannot be understood as indicating or implying their relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of indicated technical features. Therefore, features defined with "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of these features. In addition, the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout the text includes three parallel schemes. Taking "A and/or B" as an example, it includes scheme A, or scheme B, or a scheme that satisfies both A and B simultaneously. In addition, the technical solutions between the various embodiments can be combined with each other, but must be based on the ability of those of ordinary skill in the art to implement them. When the combination of technical solutions is contradictory or cannot be implemented, it should be considered that such a combination of technical solutions does not exist and is not within the protection scope claimed by the present application.</p>
<p id="p0046" num="0046">The present application proposes a mounting bracket assembly for mounting an outdoor unit of an air conditioner. Specifically, the air conditioner of the present application can be a split-type air conditioner that facilitates user self-installation, which uses flexible refrigerant pipes to connect an indoor-side heat exchanger of an indoor unit and an outdoor-side heat exchanger of an outdoor unit, and refrigerant is injected into the refrigerant circuit before the equipment leaves the factory. Thus, when users install the equipment themselves, they only need to fix the indoor unit and the outdoor unit separately, without assembling refrigerant pipes and adding refrigerant, thereby reducing installation difficulty and enabling user self-installation.<!-- EPO <DP n="9"> --> However, the present design is not limited to this. In other embodiments, the air conditioner of the present application can also be a conventional split-type air conditioner, or an integrated air conditioner, such as a window-type air conditioner. In this case, the outdoor unit refers to the portion of the window-type air conditioner that extends to the outdoor side.</p>
<p id="p0047" num="0047">The present application proposes a mounting bracket assembly. Referring to <figref idref="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004 f0005 f0006">FIG. 1 to FIG. 8</figref>, in an embodiment of the present application, the mounting bracket assembly includes a mounting bracket 101 and a first bracket 20.</p>
<p id="p0048" num="0048">The mounting bracket 101 includes a main bracket 10, the main bracket 10 includes a window-mounting bracket 11 and a load-bearing bracket 12 connected to each other, the window-mounting bracket 11 is mounted on a window frame, the load-bearing bracket 12 extends along a first direction to the outside of a window 103, and an outdoor unit 102 is provided on an upper surface of the load-bearing bracket 12.</p>
<p id="p0049" num="0049">The first bracket 20 is connected to the outdoor unit 102, one of the load-bearing bracket 12 and the first bracket 20 is provided with a first limiting portion 13 capable of elastic deformation, and the other of the load-bearing bracket 12 and the first bracket 20 is provided with a second limiting portion 21, and when the outdoor unit 102 moves along the first direction on the load-bearing bracket 12, the first limiting portion 13 is capable of engaging with the second limiting portion 21.</p>
<p id="p0050" num="0050">Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner side of the window 103 is defined as the rear, and the outer side of the window 103 is defined as the front. Thus, the front-rear direction is the first direction, the upper side of the outdoor unit 102 is the upper side, and the lower side of the outdoor unit 102 is the lower side. In an embodiment, the outdoor unit 102 is first placed from top to bottom on the end of the load-bearing bracket 12 close to the window, and then pushed forward to a fixed position. That is, after being pushed in a direction away from the window to the fixed position, the first limiting portion 13 engages with the second limiting portion 21.</p>
<p id="p0051" num="0051">In other embodiments, the outdoor unit 102 can also be first placed from top to bottom on the end of the load-bearing bracket 12 away from the window, and then pulled backward to a fixed position. That is, after being pulled in a direction close to the window to the fixed position, the first limiting portion 13 engages with the second limiting portion 21.</p>
<p id="p0052" num="0052">In the technical solution of the present application, the outdoor unit 102 is first placed on the load-bearing bracket 12, and then the outdoor unit 102 is pushed or pulled along the first direction, so that the first limiting portion 13 can engage with the second limiting portion 21, thereby relatively fixing the outdoor unit 102 on the load-bearing bracket 12, i.e., completing the installation and fixation of the outdoor unit 102. In this way, through the cooperative structure of the first limiting portion 13 and the second limiting portion 21, the installation and fixation of the outdoor unit 102 do not require screws and corresponding tools such as screwdrivers. This operation is more convenient, thereby improving the user experience.</p>
<p id="p0053" num="0053">Referring to <figref idref="f0004 f0005 f0006">FIG. 5 to FIG. 8</figref>, in some embodiments, a lower surface of the first bracket 20 is provided with a first through-slot 22 extending along the first direction. When the outdoor unit 102 is placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 from top to bottom, the first bracket 20 is sleeved on an upper side of the load-bearing bracket 12 through the first through-slot 22. The load-bearing bracket 12 is movable within the first through-slot 22. The second limiting portion 21 is disposed in the first through-slot 22, and the first limiting portion 13 is provided on the load-bearing bracket 12. In this way, through the cooperation of the first through-slot 22 and the load-bearing bracket 12, it is beneficial for the outdoor unit 102 to move more smoothly along the first direction on the<!-- EPO <DP n="10"> --> load-bearing bracket 12, and enables the first engaging protrusion 131 to engage with or disengage from the second limiting portion 21 more smoothly. In other embodiments, the second limiting portion 21 can also be provided on the load-bearing bracket 12, and the first limiting portion 13 can be disposed in the first through-slot 22. In other embodiments, the first through-slot 22 may also be omitted.</p>
<p id="p0054" num="0054">Referring to <figref idref="f0004 f0005">FIG. 5 to FIG. 7</figref>, in some embodiments, the load-bearing bracket 12 is provided with a first mounting groove 121 and a first through-hole 122 communicating with the first mounting groove 121. The first limiting portion 13 is disposed in the first mounting groove 121 and is provided with a first engaging protrusion 131 corresponding to the first through-hole 122. A portion of the first engaging protrusion 131 protruding out of the first through-hole 122 is capable of engaging with the second limiting portion 21. In this way, the first limiting portion 13 can elastically deform within the first mounting groove 121, and the first through-hole 122 can limit and guide the first engaging protrusion 131, thereby enabling the first engaging protrusion 131 to engage with or disengage from the second limiting portion 21 more smoothly. Of course, in other embodiments, the first mounting groove 121 and the first through-hole 122 may also be omitted, and the first limiting portion 13 can be directly formed on a side wall of the load-bearing bracket 12.</p>
<p id="p0055" num="0055">In some embodiments, the second limiting portion 21 is provided on a first side wall of the first through-slot 22, a slot opening of the first mounting groove 121 is provided on a lower surface of the load-bearing bracket 12, and the first through-hole 122 is provided on the first side wall of the first mounting groove 121. In this way, the lateral space of the load-bearing bracket 12 can be utilized to provide an operating space for the user to press the first engaging protrusion 131, facilitating the user to manually release the engagement between the first engaging protrusion 131 and the second limiting portion 21, thereby achieving the purpose of disassembling the outdoor unit 102 from the load-bearing bracket 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the second limiting portion 21 can also be provided on a bottom wall of the first through-slot 22.</p>
<p id="p0056" num="0056">Referring to <figref idref="f0004 f0005">FIG. 5 to FIG. 7</figref>, in some embodiments, a guide portion 23 is further provided on the first side wall of the first through-slot 22. Along the first direction and in a direction away from the window-mounting bracket 11, the second limiting portion 21 and the guide portion 23 are sequentially distributed, and the guide portion 23 extends obliquely in a direction away from the load-bearing bracket 12. Specifically, in the present application, when the outdoor unit 102 is placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 and pushed backward for fixation, during this pushing process, the first engaging protrusion 131 contacts and is acted upon by the guide portion 23, which urges the first limiting portion 13 to elastically deform and causes the first engaging protrusion 131 to automatically retract. Finally, after the first engaging protrusion 131 aligns with the second limiting portion 21, it automatically pops out and engages with the second limiting portion 21. In this way, through the guiding action of the guide portion 23, the first engaging protrusion 131 can engage with the second limiting portion 21 more smoothly. Of course, in other embodiments, the guide portion 23 may also be omitted. It can be understood that in an embodiment where the outdoor unit 102 is placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 and pulled inward for fixation, the guide portion 23 extends obliquely in a direction away from the load-bearing bracket 12 in a direction close to the window-mounting bracket 11.</p>
<p id="p0057" num="0057">It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present application, the relative positional relationship between different components defaults to the state after the outdoor unit 102 is installed in place on the main bracket 10. Special circumstances will be specifically explained.<!-- EPO <DP n="11"> --></p>
<p id="p0058" num="0058">Referring to <figref idref="f0004">FIG. 5</figref>, in some embodiments, the first limiting portion 13 includes two first segments 132 and two second segments 133. The two first segments 132 are opposite to each other and spaced apart from each other, and are connected by the two second segments 133. The two second segments 133 are opposite to each other and intersect each other. One of the first segments 132 is provided with the first engaging protrusion 131 and elastically abuts against one side wall of the first mounting groove 121, and the other first segment 132 elastically abuts against the other side wall of the first mounting groove 121. In this way, the first limiting portion 13 has a simple structure and is easy to implement, and can stably elastically deform within the first mounting groove 121 to provide a good driving action for the first engaging protrusion 131. Of course, in other embodiments, the first limiting portion 13 can also be directly formed on a side wall of the first mounting groove 121.</p>
<p id="p0059" num="0059">Referring to <figref idref="f0004 f0005">FIG. 5 to FIG. 7</figref>, in some embodiments, a bottom wall of the first mounting groove 121 is provided with a mounting through-hole 123, and the first through-slot 22 is provided with a stop portion 24 corresponding to the mounting through-hole 123. The stop portion 24 is capable of passing through the mounting through-hole 123 following the placement of the outdoor unit 102, and is capable of moving along the first direction following the outdoor unit 102 to be limitingly connected with a hole edge of the mounting through-hole 123. In this way, through the cooperation of the stop portion 24 and the mounting through-hole 123, the load-bearing bracket can further restrict the first bracket, thereby improving the installation reliability of the outdoor unit.</p>
<p id="p0060" num="0060">In an embodiment, the mounting through-hole 123 includes a clearance hole section 123a and a limiting hole section 123b that communicate with each other. The clearance hole section 123a is provided on a side of the limiting hole section close to the window-mounting bracket 11. In a width direction of the first through-slot 22, a width of the limiting hole section 123b is smaller than a width of the clearance hole section 123a. After the stop portion 24 passes through the clearance hole section 123a from top to bottom, the stop portion 24 is capable of moving along a direction away from the window-mounting bracket 11 to below the limiting hole section 123b, and abutting against a lower side surface of a hole edge of the limiting hole section 123b. In this way, the vertical restriction of the outdoor unit 102 can be quickly and easily achieved, thereby facilitating the user to install and disassemble the outdoor unit 102.</p>
<p id="p0061" num="0061">Referring to <figref idref="f0004 f0005">FIG. 5 to FIG. 7</figref>, in an embodiment, the first through-slot 22 includes two opposite first plate segments 224, two second plate segments 225, two opposite third plate segments 226, and a fourth plate segment 227 connecting the two third plate segments 226. A side wall of the first through-slot 22 is the first plate segment 224. The third plate segment 226 is opposite to the first plate segment 224. The second plate segment 225 connects the first plate segment 224 and the third plate segment 226. A bottom wall of the first through-slot 22 is the second plate segment 225. The third plate segment 226 is provided with a limiting notch 228 at an end away from the window-mounting bracket 11, and the stop portion 24 is formed on a lower side edge of the limiting notch 228. In this way, the structure is simple and easy to implement.</p>
<p id="p0062" num="0062">Of course, the stop portion 24 can also have other structural forms. For example, referring to <figref idref="f0007 f0008 f0009">FIG. 10 to FIG. 12</figref>, in another embodiment, a bottom wall of the first through-slot 22 is provided with a bent opening 221. A side edge of the bent opening 221 close to the window-mounting bracket 11 is folded downward to form a first flange 222. The first flange 222 is folded in a direction away from the window-mounting bracket 11 to form a second flange 223. The stop portion 24 is formed on the second flange 223. In this way, the structure is simple and easy to implement.<!-- EPO <DP n="12"> --></p>
<p id="p0063" num="0063">It can be understood that the structural form of the second limiting portion 21 has various options. For example, referring to <figref idref="f0005">FIG. 6 and FIG. 7</figref>, the second limiting portion 21 is configured as a limiting hole adapted to the first engaging protrusion 131. In another embodiment, the second limiting portion 21 can also be configured as a limiting notch groove adapted to the first engaging protrusion 131. Specifically, the contour of the limiting notch groove matches the first engaging protrusion 131. For example, in an embodiment where the first engaging protrusion 131 is configured as a cylinder, the limiting notch groove is configured as a cylindrical surface segment, as shown in <figref idref="f0009">FIG. 12</figref>. Of course, in other embodiments, a flat end surface of the first bracket 20 can also be directly used as the second limiting portion 21, without the need to additionally provide a hole structure or a notch structure.</p>
<p id="p0064" num="0064">To facilitate operation and avoid the risk of the user slipping when pushing or pulling the first bracket 20, an anti-slip portion 229 is provided on a side of the first bracket 20 away from the second limiting portion 21. The anti-slip portion 229 is configured as an anti-slip grid hole or an anti-slip grid rib.</p>
<p id="p0065" num="0065">Referring to <figref idref="f0005">FIG. 7</figref>, in some embodiments, the first bracket 20 is provided at an end of the load-bearing bracket 12 close to the window-mounting bracket 11. The limiting bracket 14 is provided at an end of the load-bearing bracket 12 away from the window-mounting bracket 11, and is configured to limitingly connect the outdoor unit 102. In this way, through the joint restriction of the front and rear ends of the outdoor unit 102 by the first bracket 20 and the limiting bracket 14, the installation stability of the outdoor unit 102 can be further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting bracket 14 may also be omitted.</p>

When the outdoor unit 102 moves along the first direction on the load-bearing bracket 12, at least a portion of the limiting bracket 14 moves to above the second bracket 30 and abuts against an upper surface of the second bracket 30. In this way, the vertical restriction of the outdoor unit 102 by the limiting bracket 14 can be quickly achieved. When the user installs the outdoor unit 102, they only need to place the outdoor unit 102 on the pre-installed main bracket 10, and then push it forward to the fixed position, without requiring additional operations or auxiliary tools.</p>

In this way, the support bracket 40 can adjust its installation position on the main bracket 10 along the first direction, making the position of the abutting end surface of the support bracket 40 (used for abutting against the outer wall surface and/or window sill) relative to the window-mounting bracket 11 adjustable. That is, the distance between the abutting end surface of the support bracket 40 and the window-mounting bracket 11 is adjustable. This adjustable distance can adapt to window sills of different widths. Thus, it is convenient for the user to independently adjust the installation position of the support bracket 40 on the main bracket 10, so that the support bracket 40 can properly abut against the outer wall surface and/or window sill, and the mounting bracket 101 can properly adapt to different window sill widths.</p>

<p id="p0081" num="0081">The first bracket 20 is connected to the outdoor unit 102, one of the load-bearing bracket 12 and the first bracket 20 is provided with a first limiting portion 13 capable of elastic deformation, and the other of the load-bearing bracket 12 and the first bracket 20 is provided with a second limiting portion 21. During the process of the outdoor unit 102 moving relative to the load-bearing bracket 12 to an installation position, the first limiting portion 13 can be elastically engaged with the second limiting portion 21.</p>
<p id="p0082" num="0082">In the technical solution of the present application, after the outdoor unit 102 is installed on the load-bearing bracket 12 and is at the installation position, the first limiting portion 13 can be elastically engaged with the second limiting portion 21, achieving a limiting connection with the second limiting portion 21, thereby restricting the outdoor unit 102 at the installation position, i.e., completing the installation and fixation of the outdoor unit 102. This operation is more convenient, thereby improving the user experience.</p>
<p id="p0083" num="0083">Referring to <figref idref="f0012 f0013 f0014 f0015 f0016 f0017 f0018 f0019 f0020 f0021 f0022 f0023 f0024 f0025">FIG. 16 to FIG. 32</figref>, in some embodiments, optionally, the first limiting portion 13 is provided on the load-bearing bracket 12, and the second limiting portion 21 is provided on the first bracket 20. During the process of the outdoor unit 102 being placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 from top to bottom and reaching the installation position, the first bracket 20 can urge the first limiting portion 13 to elastically deform in a direction intersecting with a vertical direction, so as to be elastically engaged with the second limiting portion 21.</p>
<p id="p0084" num="0084">Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner side of the window 103 is defined as the rear, and the outer side of the window 103 is defined as the front. When facing forward, the left side of the outdoor unit 102 is the left side, and the right side of the outdoor unit 102 is the right side.</p>
<p id="p0085" num="0085">In the present application, during the process of the outdoor unit 102 being placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 from top to bottom, the first bracket 20 extending along the vertical direction can push against the first limiting portion 13, causing the first limiting portion 13 to elastically deform in a direction intersecting with the vertical direction. That is, the first limiting portion 13 elastically deforms in a substantially horizontal plane. When the first bracket 20 falls to a preset position following the outdoor unit 102 (i.e., when the outdoor unit 102 is at the installation position), the elastic potential energy of the first limiting portion 13 decreases and it engages with the second limiting portion 21, thereby completing the restriction of the first bracket 20 by the load-bearing bracket 12. In this way, only this single installation operation of placing from top to bottom is required to complete the drop-in fixation of the outdoor unit 102 on the mounting bracket 101. The operation is more convenient, thereby further improving the user experience.</p>
<p id="p0086" num="0086">Of course, in other embodiments, the first limiting portion 13 can also be provided on the first bracket 20, and the second limiting portion 21 can be provided on the load-bearing bracket 12. During the falling process,<!-- EPO <DP n="16"> --> the first limiting portion 13 will be urged by the first bracket 20 to elastically deform, and finally engage with the second limiting portion 21, thereby completing the restriction of the first bracket 20 by the load-bearing bracket 12.</p>
<p id="p0087" num="0087">It should be noted that the installation method of the outdoor unit 102 is not limited to the aforementioned direct drop-in scheme from top to bottom. In other embodiments, the outdoor unit 102 is first placed on the load-bearing bracket 12 from top to bottom, and then the outdoor unit 102 is pushed or pulled to enable it to move along the first direction on the load-bearing bracket 12 to the installation position. At this time, the first limiting portion 13 elastically deforms and restricts the second limiting portion 21. That is, in the present application, two installation operations are required to place the outdoor unit 102 at the installation position.</p>
<p id="p0088" num="0088">Specifically and optionally, the outdoor unit 102 is first placed from top to bottom on the end of the load-bearing bracket 12 close to the window, and then pushed forward to the installation position. Alternatively, the outdoor unit 102 is first placed from top to bottom on the end of the load-bearing bracket 12 away from the window, and then pulled backward to the installation position. That is, after being pulled in a direction close to the window to the installation position, the first limiting portion 13 can limitingly connect the second limiting portion 21.</p>

In this way, the structure is simple and easy to implement. Of course, in other embodiments, such as in an embodiment where the outdoor unit 102 is first placed from top to bottom and then moved along the first direction to the installation position, the first bracket 20 can also extend along the front-rear direction, and the first bracket 20 is not limited to the pin form. An axial cross-sectional diameter of the guide surface 212 is gradually reduced in a top-to-bottom direction, and the second limiting portion 21 is disposed above the guide surface 212. It should be noted that the axial cross-section of the guide surface 212 refers to the cross-section obtained by cutting it with a plane perpendicular to the axis of the pin 25. In this way, the guide surface 212 can provide a good guiding action, enabling the pin 25 to more smoothly contact and push against the first limiting portion 13. The second bracket 72 includes a pin shaft extending along the vertical direction, and the main bracket 10 is provided with a pin hole 141 for the pin shaft to be adaptively inserted. In this way, during the process of the outdoor unit 102 being drop-installed on the load-bearing bracket 12 from top to bottom, the cooperation between the pin shaft and the pin hole 141 can provide a guiding action, so that the pin 25 can more easily align with the tube inner cavity 811, thereby facilitating the drop-in operation. The at least two anti-detachment engaging protrusions 813 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the guide tube portion 81. The anti-detachment engaging protrusions 813 and a lower surface of the mounting plate 82 jointly define an anti-detachment annular groove. The first rod segment 30a is embedded in the anti-detachment annular groove. In this way, the first rod segment 30a can stably deform on the guide tube portion 81, preventing the first rod segment 30a from detaching from the guide tube portion 81, which would cause the second rod segment 30b to be unable to insert into the tube inner cavity 811. This improves the reliability of state switching between engagement and disengagement of the engaging portion 31 with the second limiting portion 21. Of course, in other embodiments, the anti-detachment engaging protrusions 813 may also be omitted, and an anti-detachment annular groove can be directly opened on the circumferential side surface of the guide tube portion 81.</p>

One end of the third rod segment 30c passes out of the clearance opening 128 and can swing along an extension direction of the clearance opening 128. In this way, the structural form of the first mounting groove 121 can improve the structural strength of the load-bearing bracket 12, and can hide most of the structures of the mounting base 80 and the first limiting portion 13 within the first mounting groove 121.
