verify the safety measure on site. The work ticket is released and the maintenance
commences after successful verification. The key selection is performed according
to the work ticket, and the key position information matching the work ticket is obtained.
The key management cabinet is unlocked according to the key position information,
and the key is taken out. This ensures that the user takes out and replaces the corresponding
key, prevents the user from accessing other keys, and improves the safety protection
performance.
[0050] Referring to FIG. 8, FIG. 8 is a flow chart of work ticket cabinet door control of
a two-ticket key management method in some embodiments of the present disclosure.
According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the position of the key in
the management cabinet being acquired based on the key matching degree, to obtain
the key position information, specifically includes the following steps.
[0051] In S801, the work ticket information is acquired, and key information is generated
based on the work ticket information.
[0052] In S802, corresponding primary key identification information is acquired, and the
primary key identification information is encoded to obtain primary key encoded information.
[0053] In S803, work ticket cabinet door position information is acquired, a work ticket
cabinet door is encoded based on the work ticket cabinet door position information,
to obtain cabinet door encoded information, and a similarity between the cabinet door
encoded information and the primary key encoded information is calculated.
[0054] In S804, in response to the similarity between the cabinet door encoded information
and the primary key encoded information being greater than a preset similarity threshold,
a primary key is stored inside a space behind a corresponding work ticket cabinet
door.
[0055] In S805, in response to the similarity between the cabinet door encoded information
and the primary key encoded information being less than the preset similarity threshold,
the cabinet lock of the work ticket cabinet door is closed.
[0056] It will be noted that a fingerprint may be input in the process of opening the cabinet
door of the key management cabinet. A cabinet door of a key automatically opens and
the corresponding key is released after the fingerprint is verified and passes verification.
The operator takes out the key and closes the cabinet door. If the fingerprint is
incorrect, the cabinet door does not open, thereby ensuring the security of the keys.
[0057] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, after the cabinet lock of
the primary key position is controlled based on the unlocking information, and the
key is taken out, the method further includes the following steps:
the cabinet lock is controlled to open, work ticket cabinet door internal information
is acquired, and it is determined whether a primary key is located inside the space
behind the work ticket cabinet door;
in response to the primary key being located inside the space behind the work ticket
cabinet door, the primary key is taken out;
in response to no primary key being located inside the space behind the work ticket
cabinet door, distribution information of spare key positions is acquired, and spare
key position information is acquired based on the work ticket information;
pressure information inside a key slot is acquired based on the spare key position
information;
it is determined whether the pressure information is greater than or equal to preset
pressure information;
in response to the pressure information being greater than the preset pressure information,
it is determined that a spare key is located inside the key slot, and the spare key
inside the key slot is pushed out; and
in response to the pressure information being less than the preset pressure information,
it is determined that no spare key is located inside the key slot, a spare key usage
record is acquired, information of a person who takes out the spare key is identified
based on the spare key usage record, and the work ticket information is pushed to
the person who takes out the spare key.
[0058] It will be noted that whether a key is located inside the key base is identified
by determining the pressure information of the spare key position. In a case where
the pressure is high, it indicates that there is a key inside the key base. At this
time, the corresponding key is pushed out by controlling the motor, while other keys
are not pushed out. This ensures accurate key management, avoids equipment misoperation,
and improves maintenance safety.
[0059] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the method further includes
the following steps:

of a person using the spare key are acquired based on the spare key usage information,
thereby achieving intelligent monitoring for the spare keys.
[0060] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the method further includes:
managing relevant information of all key custodians. The relevant information includes
names, genders, positions, contact information, and management permissions of the
key custodians. One key custodian may manage a plurality of keys, one key may be managed
by a plurality of key custodians, and keys for certain important places may be configured
such that they must be taken out or replaced via joint operation by two key custodians.
Durations for taking out and replacing the key may be limited, and several time periods
may be defined. The operators may be authorized by level, which is divided into two
levels: a general custodian having the highest permission and capable of performing
system settings, and a sub-custodian responsible only for managing keys within a certain
number range. All system operations may be recorded, including taking out and replacing
the key, operator login, custodian settings, and the like. Meanwhile, the system has
retrieval and printing functions, and the records may serve as long-term stored data.
All keys may be released in an emergency situation, including a fire alarm and the
like. Timeout alarm: if the key is not taken out and the cabinet door is not closed
within a specified time after the key cabinet is opened, the system sends out warning
information and simultaneously locks all keys. The two-ticket key management system
is linked with an existing work ticket management platform, so that the in-cabinet
locking states of the keys and the key usage records may be viewed via an online platform,
and rapid identification of work ticket information and accurate locking/unlocking
may be achieved, thereby effectively avoiding the risk of personnel mistakenly locking/unlocking
work ticket keys, and improving the efficiency of staff in processing work tickets.
[0061] Referring to FIG. 9, FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a structure of a two-ticket
key management system in some embodiments of the present disclosure. In a third aspect,
a two-ticket key management system 9 is provided in the embodiments of the present
disclosure, and the system includes a memory 91 and a processor 92. The memory 91
includes a program for a two-ticket key management method. The program for the two-ticket
key management method, upon being executed by the processor, implements the following
steps:
a power maintenance task is acquired, and maintenance equipment parameter information
and work ticket information are generated based on the power maintenance task;
key matching information is acquired based on the maintenance equipment parameter
information and the work ticket information;
the key matching information is compared with a preset matching threshold, to obtain
a key matching degree;
a position of a key in a management cabinet is acquired based on the key matching
degree, to obtain key position information;
a work ticket cabinet door of a key cabinet is unlocked based on the key position
information, and unlocking information is generated; and
a cabinet lock of a primary key position is controlled based on the unlocking information,
and the key is taken out.
[0062] It will be noted that maintenance personnel fill out a work ticket, and a work ticket
issuer issues the work ticket after the maintenance personnel create the work ticket.
If the work ticket issuer finds that the work ticket needs to be modified during the
issuance process, the work ticket issuer may state a reason and return the work ticket
to a maintenance team for modification, and then the work ticket issuer issues the
work ticket after the work ticket is modified. The work ticket cannot be modified
or deleted after the issuance is completed. After the issuance, operating personnel
are prompted to receive and review the work ticket, fill in supplementary measures,
and may perform a cancellation operation on the work ticket. In a case where electrical
operation duty personnel are required to perform a power-off operation or power-on
operation on equipment, a contact form is filled out and a safety measure is printed.
The operation personnel implements a measure with an operation ticket, the measure
ticket, and the contact form. After the measure is implemented, the work ticket is
sent to a shift supervisor. The work ticket is released after the shift supervisor
signs the work ticket. A work ticket permitter and a work ticket responsible person
verify the safety measure on site.
[0063] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the position of the key in
the management cabinet being acquired based on the key matching degree, to obtain
the key position information, specifically includes the following steps:
the work ticket information is acquired, and key information is generated based on
the work ticket information;
corresponding primary key identification information is acquired, and the primary
key identification information is encoded to obtain primary key encoded information;
work ticket cabinet door position information is acquired, and a work ticket cabinet
door is encoded based on the work ticket cabinet door position information, to obtain
cabinet door encoded information;
a similarity between the cabinet door encoded information and the primary key encoded
information is calculated;
in response to the similarity between the cabinet door encoded information and the
primary key encoded information being greater than a preset similarity threshold,
a primary key is stored inside a space behind a corresponding work ticket cabinet
door; and
in response to the similarity between the cabinet door encoded information and the
primary key encoded information being less than the preset similarity threshold, the
cabinet lock of the work ticket cabinet door is closed.
[0064] It will be noted that a fingerprint may be input in the process of opening the cabinet
door of the key management cabinet. A cabinet door of a key automatically opens and
the corresponding key is released after the fingerprint is verified and passes verification.
The operator takes out the key and closes the cabinet door. If the fingerprint is
incorrect, the cabinet door does not open, thereby ensuring the security of the keys.
[0065] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, after the cabinet lock of
the primary key position is controlled based on the unlocking information, and the
key is taken out, the program further implements the following steps:
the cabinet lock is controlled to open, work ticket cabinet door internal information
is acquired, and it is determined whether a primary key is located inside the space
behind the work ticket cabinet door;
in response to the primary key being located inside the space behind the work ticket
cabinet door, the primary key is taken out;
in response to no primary key being located inside the space behind the work ticket
cabinet door, distribution information of spare key positions is acquired, and spare
key position information is acquired based on the work ticket information;
pressure information inside a key slot is acquired based on the spare key position
information;
it is determined whether the pressure information is greater than or equal to preset
pressure information;
in response to the pressure information being greater than the preset pressure information,
it is determined that a spare key is located inside the key slot, and the spare key
inside the key slot is pushed out; and
in response to the pressure information being less than the preset pressure information,
it is determined that no spare key is located inside the key slot, a spare key usage
record is acquired, information of a person who takes out the spare key is identified
based on the spare key usage record, and the work ticket information is pushed to
the person who takes out the spare key.
[0066] It will be noted that whether a key is located inside the key base is identified
by determining the pressure information of the spare key position. In a case where
the pressure is high, it indicates that there is a key inside the key base. At this
time, the corresponding key is pushed out by controlling the motor, while other keys
are not pushed out. This ensures accurate key management, avoids equipment misoperation,
and improves maintenance safety.
[0067] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the program further implements
the following steps:
user identity information is added and identified;
querying and forced unlocking are performed on work ticket key cabinet positions;
and binding, deletion, and querying are performed on the work ticket and the work
ticket key cabinet positions; and
spare key usage information is queried, and a spare key usage record and information
of a person using the spare key are acquired based on the spare key usage information,
thereby achieving intelligent monitoring for the spare keys.
[0068] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the program further implements
the following step: relevant information of all key custodians is managed. The relevant
information includes names, genders, positions, contact information, and management
permissions of the key custodians. One key custodian may manage a plurality of keys,
one key may be managed by a plurality of key custodians, and keys for certain important
places may be configured such that they must be taken out or replaced via joint operation
by two key custodians. Durations for taking out and replacing the key may be limited,
and several time periods may be defined. The operators may be authorized by level,
which is divided into two levels: a general custodian having the highest permission
and capable of performing system settings, and a sub-custodian responsible only for
managing keys within a certain number range. All system operations may be recorded,
including taking out and replacing the key, operator login, custodian settings, and
the like. Meanwhile, the system has retrieval and printing functions, and the records
may serve as long-term stored data. All keys may be released in an emergency situation,
including a fire alarm and the like. Timeout alarm: if the key is not taken out and
the cabinet door is not closed within a specified time after the key cabinet is opened,
the system sends out warning information and simultaneously locks all keys. The two-ticket
key management system is linked with an existing work ticket management platform,
so that the in-cabinet locking states of the keys and the key usage records may be
viewed via an online platform, and rapid identification of work ticket information
and accurate locking/unlocking may be achieved, thereby effectively avoiding the risk
of personnel mistakenly locking/unlocking work ticket keys, and improving the efficiency
of staff in processing work tickets.
[0069] In the two-ticket key management cabinet, two-ticket key management method and system
disclosed in the present disclosure, the motor drives the gear to rotate, and the
gear cooperates with the rack to push the key base to move, so that the key base extends
out of the spare key position, helping the user take out and replace the corresponding
key. Meanwhile, the other key bases retract deep into the spare key positions, to
prevent the user from accessing other keys, thereby improving safety protection performance.
Work efficiency is greatly improved by combining the key cabinet with the existing
two-ticket system, and using printed work ticket to take out and replace the corresponding
key. The cabinet doors block unused primary key positions, respectively, and only
the primary key position in the corresponding region can be unlocked with the work
ticket. In a case where the key in the primary key position needs to be used again
after being taken out, the spare key is taken out based on the matching degree of
the spare key.
