Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a contents container having excellent space utilization
and easy operation, and more specifically, to a contents container having excellent
space utilization and easy operation by having a tray operation module located off-center
of a lower container assembly.
Background Art
[0002] Containers of various structures are used to store and use contents such as cosmetics
and pharmaceuticals. Generally, such a contents container comprises a container body
supporting the content and a cap covering the content, and should include a member
that can seal or open the content as needed.
[0003] However, the existing contents container has a problem in that space utilization
of the contents container is low and operation is inconvenient because a means for
controlling an operation such as lifting and lowering of the contents is located in
the center. In addition, since a plurality of members are intricately connected to
store or open contents, an assembly process is complicated, and there is a limitation
in implementing a simple design in terms of appearance.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need for a contents container having a new structure capable
of solving the above problems.

is located in the off-center of the lower container assembly, an area in which the
dial member provided in the tray operation module is laterally exposed is enlarged,
thereby improving the user's convenience in operating the tray operation module. In
addition, when only one support member is inserted into the lower portion of the lower
container assembly in a state in which the lower container assembly and the upper
container assembly are coupled to each other, the other portion except the lower surface
of the tray operation module is sealed, thereby reducing the number of components
andproviding an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
[0024] In addition, in the contents container according to an embodiment of the present
invention, the tray member may have a symmetrical structure in the left and right
directions. Accordingly, when coupling the tray member to the inner container member,
the assembly may be performed without considering directionality.
[0025] In addition, since the tray member has a symmetrical structure in the left and right
directions, it is possible to prevent the tray member from being inclined even when
the dial member is unilateral operated. Accordingly, user convenience may be improved.
[0026] In addition, in the contents container according to an embodiment of the present
invention, a content filling method may be selected by a user's selection. That is,
as described above, the front filling method and the back filling method may be selected,
respectively. In addition, when the back filling method is used, since the contents
are filled through the center rod portion located in the center of the tray member,
the contents may be evenly filled. In addition, according to the embodiment, since
the air vent is achieved by the screw rod portion, it is possible to improve the air
pocket phenomenon that may occur in the content filling process.
[0027] In addition, in the contents container according to an embodiment of the present
invention, since the tray operation module is located in the center, the center rod
portion used for filling the contents may be located in the center of the contents
container when the back filling method is used. In addition, the screw rod portion
having the first hollow portion used for the air vent may be symmetrically positioned
on the left and right sides of the center rod portion. Therefore, the filling of the
contents and the air venting may be more effectively performed.
[0028] In addition, in the contents container according to an embodiment of the present
disclosure, the lower container assembly may be entirely inserted into the upper container
assembly, and a side portion of the dial member included in the lower container assembly
may not be exposed to the outside. Therefore, the contents container according to

[0082] As shown in FIG. 6(b), when the upper container assembly 20 and the lower container
assembly 10 are coupled to each other, a guide space, which is a gap space opened
downward, is formed between the inner cap bottom portion 830 and the overcap body
portion 610 of the inner cap member 800, and the upper end of the inner container
body portion 110 may be inserted into the guide space. Therefore, the upper end of
the inner container body portion 110 may contact the lower end of the button side
portion 720. Accordingly, it is possible to seal the contents filled in the inner
container space portion 112 and improve the protection effect on the contents.
[0083] In addition, as shown in FIG. 6(a), when the upper container assembly 20 and the
lower container assembly 10 are coupled to each other, a side portion of the dial

assembly 10 may be separated from the overcap space portion 612 in the downward direction.
<Method of Filling Contents in Contents Container 1 According to Embodiment>
[0085] FIGS. 7(a) and 7(b) show a method of filling the contents in the contents container
1 according to the embodiment, and each shows a filling method according to different
embodiments.
[0086] First, referring to FIG. 7(a), one method of filling the contents in the contents
container 1 may be a method of filling the contents of a liquid or semi-liquid into
the inner container space portion 112 as shown by arrow A in a state in which the
lower container assembly 10 is upright. An embodiment in which this method is available
may be an embodiment in which the tray bottom surface portion 212 of the tray member
200 is closed. That is, it may be an embodiment in which the contents are blocked
so that they do not flow downward through the bottom surface of the tray of the tray
member 200. That is, each of the first open portion 226 of the screw rod portion 220
and the second open portion 234 of the center rod portion 230 may be in a sealed state.
[0087] This filling method may be described as a front filling method because the filling
of the contents is performed in a position in which the contents container 1 is upright
in a regular position.
[0088] Next, referring to FIG. 7(b), another method of filling the contents container 1
with the contents may be performed in a posture in which the contents container 1
is turned upside down in a vertical direction in a state in which the lower container
assembly 10 and the upper container assembly 20 are coupled to each other, with the
dial member 400 and the support member 500 are separated from the lower container
assembly 10. In this state, the contents may be filled in the inner container space
portion 112 through the second hollow portion 232 of the center rod portion 230 as
shown by the arrow B. An embodiment in which this method is available may be an embodiment
in which the tray bottom surface portion 212 of the tray member 200 is opened. That
is, the second open portion 234 of the second hollow portion 232 of the center rod
portion 230 may be in an open state so that the contents may be injected into the
inner container space portion 112 through the bottom surface of the tray of the tray
member 200. In addition, according to the embodiment, the first hollow portion 224
provided in the screw rod portion 220 may also have an embodiment having a first open
portion 226. As described above, since the first open portion 226 is in an open state,
an air vent may be formed as shown by the arrow H in the process of filling the contents.
[0089] This filling method may be described as a back filling method because the contents
are filled in a position in which the contents container 1 is reversed up and down.
<Effect of the Contents Container 1 According to the Embodiment>
[0090] Hereinafter, an effect of the contents container 1 according to an embodiment of
the present invention will be described.
[0091] In the contents container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention,
the tray operation module V may be located in the non-center of the lower container
assembly 10. Accordingly, space utilization of the entire lower container assembly
10 and the contents container 1 may increase. In addition, since the tray operation
module V is located in the non-center of the lower container assembly 10 and the area
in which the dial member 400 provided in the tray operation module V is exposed in
the lateral direction is enlarged, the user's manipulation convenience with respect
to the tray operation module V may be improved. In addition, when only one support
member 500 is inserted into the lower portion of the lower container assembly 10 in
a state in which the lower container assembly 10 and the upper container assembly
20 are coupled to each other, the other portion except the lower surface of the tray
operation module V is sealed, thereby reducing the number of components and providing
an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
[0092] The contents container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may
have a structure in which the tray member 200 is symmetrical in the left-right direction.
That is, the screw rod portion 220 may be symmetrically provided at both sides of
the center rod portion 230 with respect to the center rod portion 230. Accordingly,
when the tray member 200 is coupled to the inner container member 100, the assembly
may be performed without considering directionality.
[0093] In addition, since the tray member 200 has a symmetrical structure in the left and
right directions, even when the dial member 400 is operated on one side, it is possible
to prevent the tray member 200 from being inclined. Accordingly, user convenience
may be improved.
[0094] In addition, in the contents container 1 according to an embodiment of the present
invention, a content filling method may be selected by a user's selection. That is,
as described above, the front filling method and the back filling method may be selected,
respectively. In addition, when the back filling method is used, since the contents
are filled through the center rod portion 230 positioned at the center of the tray
member 200, the contents may be evenly filled. In addition, according to the embodiment,
since the first hollow portion 224 provided in the screw rod portion 220 has the first
open portion 226, the air vent is achieved, and thus the air pocket phenomenon that
may occur in the content filling process may be improved.
[0095] In addition, as the tray operation module V is located in the non-center of the contents
container 1, the center rod portion 230 used for filling the contents may be located
in the center of the contents container 1 when the back filling method is used. In
addition, the screw rod portion 220 having the first hollow portion 224 used for the
air vent may be symmetrically positioned on the left and right sides of the center
rod portion 230. Therefore, the filling of the contents and the air venting may be
more effectively performed.
[0096] In addition, in the contents container 1 according to the embodiment of the present
invention, the lower container assembly 10 is entirely inserted into the upper container
assembly 20, and when the lower container assembly 10 is inserted into the upper container
assembly 20, the side portion of the dial member 400 included in the lower container
assembly 10 may not be exposed to the outside. Therefore, the contents container 1
according to the embodiment of the present invention provides an integrated object
mass feeling without bending, thereby providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
[0097] Although the exemplary embodiments have been illustrated and described above, the
present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and
various modifications can be made by a person having ordinary skill in the art to
which the present invention belongs without departing from the gist of the present
invention claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be individually
understood from the technical idea or the prospect of the present invention.
