A method for the preparation of a uniform solid fuel-oil dispersion |
(57) A uniform solid fuel-oil dispersion is prepared by grinding a solid fuel, e.g. coal,
in an oil medium in a tumbling ball mill until the mean solid particle size is reduced
to a value in the range 1 to 10 micron and the dispersion contains 15 to 55% by weight
solid fuel expressed as a percentage by weight of the total dispersion.
