Lubricating agent for textile fibre material |
(57) Die Glättemittel zur Avivage von Garnen, Gewirken oder Geweben aus Baumwolle oder
Baumwoll-Synthesefasern sind durch folgende Zusammensetzung gekennzeichnet:
10-30 Gew.-% anoxidiertes Polyethylen,
3-10 Gew.-% eines kationischen Emulgators,
1- 5 Gew.-% einer niederen Carbonsäure oder Hydroxycarbonsäure,
0-10 Gew.-% Paraffin des Schmelzbereichs 40-70°C,
0- 8 Gew.-% Fettsäureester aus 1 Mol einer Fettsäure (C10-22) und einem ein- oder mehrwertigen Alkohol,
0-10 Gew.-% eines Fettsäureamidopolyamins oder einer quartären Ammoniumverbindung
oder eines Alkylimidazolinammoniumsalzes,
0- 5 Gew.-% eines Ethylenoxidadduktes an höhere Alkohole oder an Alkylphenole oder
an höhere Fettsäuren,
0- 3 Gew.-% Dimethylpolysiloxan-Dispersion,
0- 1 Gew.-% eines Schutzkolloids,
Rest zu 100 Gew.-% Wasser.
Die Glättemittel sind in jedem Gewichtsverhältnis mit Wasser mischbar und werden als
wäßrige stabile Dispersionen angewandt.
