[0001] The invention refers to a toilet-brush holder having straight vertical walls including a right angle.
[0002] Such toilet-brush holders are already known out of DE-B-1290691 and also out of FR-A-2195159.
[0003] These known brush-holders are in the shape of a square or a block; it is possible to put such block like brush holder into a room walls corner, however they will not remain there but wander about on the floor.
[0004] Furthermore, if such brush holder is positioned in a room walls corner, it is somewhat difficult to put the brush into it because there is only a comparatively small slot for receiving the brush.
[0005] Furthermore, out of US-A-2 896 363 a corner type utility shelf for household articles is known, especially for holding of soap, shampoo, cleansers, glasses, brushes and the like.
[0006] However such corner type shelf cannot be put on the floor, but must be fixed at the wall above the floor, so that the articles i.e. the soap in a shower enclosure can be gripped conveniently.
[0007] The problem of the present invention is to provide a toilet-brush holder which can be put loosely on the floor at a corner of a room, but which does not wander about at the floor, but which sticks at the corner and which also gives comparatively easy access for the brush.
[0008] In order to achieve this object, according to the invention the toilet-brush holder is characterized by being triangular, the vertical walls being the two catheti, while the front side being the hypothenusis and containing an aperture at the upper part or on the tops side, and can be e.g. straight, arcuated or cut into two or more segments.
[0009] Advantageously the bottom of the toilet-brush holder is leakproof and made of a tender material provided with antiskid elements.
[0010] The drawing shows a practical realisation of the invention. It also shows the appreciable esthetic aspect of this divises.
Figure 1 is a top view of the toilet-brush holder with the toilet-brush inside it. One can well see the two vertical smooth-wall sides (A, B) and side (C) which, in this case, is curved. Angle (X) between the two sides (A) and (B) is a right angle; by (D) the toilet-brush is indicated and by (E) the toilet-brush handle.
Figure (2) is a side view where the straight and vertical wall (A) can be easily seen.
Figure (3) is a front view of the toilet-brush holder.
Figure (4) is a view of the whole unit. The back side of the toilet-brush holder is a right angle so that it can be placed in a room-walls corner, thus recovering space in the toilet-room and thus giving to the toilet-brush holder its right place in the room without making it wander on the floor. In fact, its characteristic shape makes the user place it into a corner.

2. Toilet-brush holder according to claim 1, characterized by having a leakproof bottom
made of a tender material and provided with antiskid elements.

dreieckig ist, wobei die vertikalen Wände (A, B) die Katheten und die Vorderseite
(C) die Hypotenuse bilden und die Hypotenuse (C) an ihrem oberen Teil oder an ihrer
Oberseite eine Öffnung aufweist, und wobei die Hypotenuse (C) gerade, gebogen oder
aus mehreren Segmenten zusammengesetzt sein kann.
2. Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus einem relativ weichen
Material bestehende, tropfdichte Boden mit Anti-Rutsch-Elementen versehen ist.

un fond hermétique fait d'un matériau tendre et doté d'éléments anti-glissants.
