    (57) A grinder head rotates about a vertical axis and has a plurality of radially arranged grinder tools (3). The grinder tools can oscillate about a horizontal axis. At least one of the grinder tools having an arm (11) provided with a cam follower (13) which follows a cam (15) rotating relatively to the grinder head.
