(54) Easy read-out book

(57) An easy read-out book comprises a sheet stack (2) the sheets of which are coupled at the book back (3).
The main feature of the invention is that the printing of the words and images on the book sheets (2) is performed on the latter so as to allow to see, as the book is open, the page thereof arranged at the right.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an easy read-out book.

[0002] As is known, books, magazines, dockets and printed materials in general usually comprise a stack of sheets which are coupled to one another at a back portion, on said sheets being printed wordings and images.

[0003] It has been found and demonstrated by suitable performed tests that it is much more easily and instinctive to read the right page of an open book.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Accordingly, the aim of the present invention is to provide such a book and the like which allows an user to read-out the individual sheets of the book by always reading-out the book page or sheet arranged at the right.

[0005] Within the scope of the above mentioned aim, a main object of the present invention is to provide such a book and the like, which, while providing an easy read-out feature, is substantially analogous to a conventional book.

[0006] Another object of the present invention is to provide such an easy read-out book which is very safe and simple to use.

[0007] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide such an easy read-out book which can be simply made from easily available elements and materials and which, moreover, is very competitive from a mere economic standpoint.

[0008] According to one aspect of the present invention, the above mentioned aim and objects, as well as yet other objects, which will become more apparent hereinafter, are achieved by an easy readout book comprising a stack of sheets coupled to one another at a back portion thereof, characterized in that said sheets are so arranged and printed that an user will always read-out a right sheet with said book in an open condition.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent hereinafter from the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of an easy read-out book which is illustrated, by way of an indicative, but not limitative, example, in the accompanying drawings, where:

Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating the book according to the invention in a closed condition thereof;

Figure 2 illustrates the book according to the invention in an open position thereof; and

Figure 3 illustrates the book, in an open condition, and specifically shows the back portion of each sheet or page thereof.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0010] With reference to the number references of the figures of the accompanying drawings, the easy read-out book according to the present invention, which has been generally indicated by the reference number 1, comprises a stack of sheets 2, which are coupled to one another at a back portion 3 thereof, and which are advantageously provided with a first cover 4 and a second cover 5.

[0011] The main feature of the invention is that the single faces of the sheets 2 are so printed that the printed words and images can be always seen, by an user, on a right page, whereas the words or characters and images provided on the left page, with the book in an open position, are practically reversed or arranged with an upside-down arrangement.

[0012] Thus, the upside-down characters can be read-out by reversing the book, so as to open it starting from the second cover thereof.

[0013] In actual practice, there is provided a book in which a first half of the pages thereof, indicated by the reference number 10, can be read-out by opening the book starting from the cover 4, whereas the second half of the pages 11 can be readout opening the book starting from the cover 5.

[0014] Actually, each sheet or page will be printed by printing the character and image in a straight position on a face and in a reversed position on the other face.

[0015] Thus, with the book being opened, the images or words on the right page thereof will be arranged in a proper readable position, thereby the overall book can be successively read-out by opening the book from the first cover and then by reversing the book so as to read-out it starting from the second cover.

[0016] Thus, it will be possible to fully read-out the book by exclusively reading-out the page thereof arranged at the right.

[0017] From the above disclosure it should be apparent that the invention fully achieves the intended aim and objects.

[0018] In particular, it should be apparent that by simply reversing the printed matter on the two faces of a sheet, it will be possible to read-out the overall book by reading exclusively the right pages thereof.

[0019] In practicing the invention, the used materials, provided that they are compatible to the intended application, as well as the contingent size and shapes, can be any, depending on requirements.
