Description

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present description refers to a Utility Model application, pertaining to an improved doll producing catarrh simulating effects, which being formed from the body of a conventional, flexible material doll, having a body fitted with upper and lower limbs, when it is moved forward two bodies which resemble mucousity or "snuffs" emerge out of its nasal fossas, which will immediately disappear when the doll goes back to the horizontal position, thanks to the incorporation of a counterweight which acts as a connection moving the elements which emerge out of the snuffs, and having the particularity that it makes sounds depending on the pressure which is exerted on one of its arms, and has perforations at different sites on its body which being internally connected by means of flexible material ducts allow that, when an air stream goes through them during a predetermined amount of time, the doll makes a weeping sound when the sound device existing inside of it starts due to the air stream introduced. Also the doll has the peculiarity that it is connected on the inside to a very sensitive pressure sensor, which makes sounds imitating sneezes by means of a sound device set on the back of the doll.

SCOPE OF THE INVENTION

[0002] This invention has its application in the industry devoted to the manufacture of toys, specially dolls.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The improved doll producing catarrh simulating effects that the invention proposes, is in itself an sensible novelty in its field of application, specifically in the field of dolls utilised by infant users, having the sensibly novel characteristic of producing the emission of mucous through its nasal fossas due to simplified movements, and making the sounds corresponding to weeping or sneezes, both due to the pressure which can be generated on the belly of the doll figure, or else by the introduction of an air stream inside the body of the doll, with the aid of any element which propels the same, such as a syringe, which aided by a piston, generates the introduction of air, being the internal circuit connected to a bellows located in the internal area of the mouth, which when being pushed by the aid of a pacifier or the like, causes the starting of the device connected to the circuit, which circuit can also be activated by pressing one of the arms of the doll, also generating the making of sound comprising crying, sneezes, etc., similar if it is considered pertinent to the activation carried out of the conventional switch included inside of the belly area, being the sound emitting device fed by batteries inserted inside of the doll, having a loudspeaker board on the rear.

[0004] More specifically, the improved doll producing catarrh simulating effects subject matter of the invention, is formed by the body of a doll manufactured in flexible material, which has inside of the head of the doll itself, a transversally positioned base at the nose, duly clamped, fitted with a counterweight, joined to the two emerging bodies interconnected to the nasal holes or fossas, which due to the movement done to the head of the doll, manages that the protuberances forming the mucous simulating bodies or mucosities exit outside, showing the doll the appearance of having a cold.

[0005] The body of the doll internally has a circuit of flexible ducts, duly connected to the perforations existing in a variable number on the surface of the body of the said doll, and which depending on the pertinent operation of introducing air into this circuit, shall generate the starting of a sound device, which shall be in operation and emitting sounds, such as sneezes or crying, depending on the duration of the air stream which activates the device, comprising the ducts acting jointly with the battery supplied sound emitter.

[0006] The doll has a transversal rod at the navel, which is equipped with a sensor, which acting as a push button shall start a sound emitter, which shall emit sneezes, by the mere pressing of the user upon the external area.

[0007] Also the internal air activated circuit shall start due to the pressure which can be exerted on one of the upper limbs of the doll, which thanks to their flexibility, and being connected to the circuit by means of a duct, shall also activate the emitter during the time in which it is acting thanks to the air.

[0008] Lastly, it should be indicated that, the existence of a body in the shape of a tongue which emerges outside has been foreseen inside the mouth, connected by means of a bellows which when at rest, shall be completely extended, and the doll will partially stick out its tongue, and when the pacifier, nipple of the nursing bottle or the like, even the tip of a thermometer are introduced into the mouth, the tongue, by being pushed backward, will make the bellows let out its air contents, which being connected to the circuit, will start the sound device.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] In order to complement the description which is being carried out and to help to a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present description has two sheets of planes attached, being an integral part of the former, and where with a merely illustrative and not limiting purpose the following has been represented:
