| (57) The compartmented receptacle comprises a cylindrical body (12) supported on a rotatable
base (9) which in turn is supported on a lower base (8). In this lower base (8) a
springloaded (11) pedal (12) is mounted which acts upon a vertical rod (1) located
in the center of the cylindrical body (12). The upper part of this vertical rod (1)
comprises an elongated opening in which a tongue-like portion of a triangular shaped
lid (4) is located. The lid (4) is hinged to a cover (6) which is mounted on top of
the vertical rod (1). When the pedal (12) is actuated in a downwards direction, the
downward movement of the upper part of the vertical rod (1) causes the lid (4) to
pivot about its hinge from a closed to an open position. |
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

ANTECEDENTS OF THE INVENTION
[0004] It is of common knowledge the existence of a plurality of recipients dedicated to the domestic collection of urban solid residuals, conventionally constituted starting from cylindrical or prismatic bodies, holes and endowed with a cover and handles that allow their transport.
[0005] Recipients dedicated to the collection of urban solid residuals that present a tip-up lorry cover, associated to the main body of the same one by means of a hinged are known also that, optionally, they present a pedal or similar for the one that their working is achieved it to induce its opening to allow the introduction of the residuals in its interior.
[0006] The described devices, although they complete the function appropriately for which were created, they don't allow that is carried out a selective collection of residuals with an only recipient, should group a number of them similar to that of different types of residuals to classify.

[0010] The applicant doesn't have perseverance of the existence of any device of this type at the present time that presents the signal characteristics previously as desirable.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The recipient sophisticated compartmentalization for solid residuals that the invention proposes constitutes an evident novelty inside its application field, presenting all the desirable advantages for a device of this type.
[0012] This way, the invention has a cylindrical volume dedicated to the selective collection of urban solid residuals that presents an internal compartmentalization that defines three volumes differed to those that you can consent at the same time from the exterior, being also endowed with a a tip-up lorry cover operated by means of an incorporate pedal to the context of the invention.
[0013] Concretely, the recipient sophisticated compartmentalization for solid residuals this constituted starting from a cylindrical and hollow body that presents an internal compartmentalization achieved by means of three partitions radial from their symmetry axis until the internal face of the cylindrical surface, being this separate radial partitions 120°.

PREFERABLE REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION
[0022] In view of the figures it can be appreciated as the recipient sophisticated compartmentalization for solid residuals that it is praised it is constituted starting from a body cylindrical (12), hole and that not it presents their superior base, supported by means of a rotational base (9), understood in an inferior base (8), of configuration to plant to circulate, and that it presents an internal compartmentalization by means of three radial partitions emanated from their symmetry axis until the cylindrical wall.

it is constituted from a hollow cylindrical body and it does not display its higher
base, it is supported by a rotary base, comprised in a lower base, of a circular floor
shape and it shows an internal division by three radial partitions which are arised
from its symmetry axis to the cylindrical wall, cutting to the cylindrical body by
a coaxial way with a vertical axis that is articulated in the lower part with a pedal
which displays a backwards spring and in the higher part it is associated with a tip-up
lorry top through the cashier on which it operarates by the introduction of a tab
into a longitudinal recess that the vertical axis shows in its higher extremity, therefore
the tip-up lorry top has a perceptibly triangular floor shape that is provided with
a curved side with a hinge in the opposite vertex to the mentioned curved side, and
the tip-up lorry top is articulated to a higher base which is a circular floor shape
and it has an aperture with a similar development to the base of the tip-up lorry
top.
2. It is a divided and perfected receptacle for solid residues according to the first
claim, characterized because the vertical axis optionally has a turned screw without
end in the lower extremity that couples into a carved teeth in the coincidental surface
of the cylindrical body.
