(54) Personal cooling system


(57) A personal cooling system has a user wearable garment (2) incorporating a fluid path from an inlet port to an outlet port. The fluid path may be in the form of a fluid fillable (34) envelope. A cooling unit (4) is adapted to receive a supply of fluid and to reduce the temperature of the supply and admit the cooled fluid. A reservoir (5) receives cooled fluid from the cooling unit. A pump (16) is energisable to pump fluid from the reservoir (5) through a conduit to the user wearable garment.
