[0001] At present the reader of Holly Koran using the printed copy of Koran in shope of
paper book, most often the reader needs a light source and to put the Holly Koran
on inclinde wooden support in front of him to make vision and reading easy.
[0002] In case the reader reads from the holly Koran directly during prayer (as the night
performance prayer, night devotion, Ramadan night prayer) he is obliged to flip pages
of the Holly Koran, and that lead the reader to perform several motions take him away
of his prayer and may sometimes void the prayer in addition to eye exhaust in case
the illumination and inclination angel are unsuitable to the reader.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF INNOVATION
[0003] The new device required to be manufactured and the patent of the same required to
be registered uses printed Koran on semi-transparent plastic file, on which pages
of Holly Koran are printed at the same locations and with the same sequence maintaining
the page numbers. This semi-transparent plastic file ensures self illumination of
the Holly Koran pages by the device where reading is possible without need to external
illumination source, so this device provides oblique projection of Holly Koran pages
in such the reader determines the suitable inclination angel and illumination.
[0004] The intended device enables the reader to move from page to another or vice versa
automatically and electronically by pushing a button on the device (optional remote
button can be available) that enables the reader to flip the Holly Koran pages whenever
he wants.
[0005] The intended device is characterized with possibility to move to required sora directly
and automatically by pushing a button on the device to show the sora required for
reading.
SHORT DESCRIPTION 0F THE DRAWINGS
[0006]
Fig 1 shows the transmission bridge situated on the motor shaft.
Fig. 2 shows the transmission bridge engaged with the left roller gear during left
rotation.
Fig 3. shows the transmission bridge engaged with the right roller gear during right
rotation.
Fig. 4 shows the roller holders and the roll.
Fig. 5 shows a top view at the mechanical drive.
Figs. 6, 7 and 8 show a view of the product, a front view and a side view, respectively.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
[0007] When the operator pushes the button adjacent to the required Sura, the electronic
processor studies the device current situation and the position required by the operator.
It commands the power supply circuits to drive the motor in appropriate to the roller
motion towards the new position.
[0008] The photocell reads the count of the signals passes in front of it during the roller
motion. So it can read the page number that is moving in front of the display and
determines the current position, it continues in motion till the required position
is reached.
[0009] The operator can use the button on the device front panel to move the wrapper from
the current position to the next position flipping two pages, he can also use remote
unit about 2-5 m apart from the device to perform the same operation.
TRANSMISSION MECHANICAL MECHANISM
[0010] We have a transmission bridge situated on the motor shaft (Fig. 1). It works as follows:
[0011] When the motor rotates to the left the entire bridge rotates to left, this leads
to engagement between the bridge left gear with left roller gear, simultaneously it
gets far from the right roller gear. So rotation of the motor leads to the rotation
of left roller gear to move the roller from the right roller mount to the left roller
mount (Fig. 2).
[0012] When the motor rotates to the right the transmission bridge rotates to the right
and engages with right roller gear getting far from the left roller gear leaving the
later free.
[0013] With this the roller moves from the roller left mount to the roller right mount (Fig.
3).
ROLLER TRANSFER MECHANISM
[0014] When the operator desires to read certain Sura, he gently pushes the corresponding
button to the required Sura The roller holder (Fig. 4) rotates drawing the roll in
the appropriate direction, consequently the Koran pages are displayed in front of
the reader (through frontal opening of 42 x 32 cm on the screen) (Fig. 5). The roll
stops at the beginning of the required Sura showing the reader the first two pages
of the Sura, when the reader finishes the first two pages and wishes to continue he
pushes the button at the device front panel or in the remote control unit, the device
transfer to show the next two pages and so on... ...
[0015] The device is provided with fluorescent illumination behind the reading area of the
roller in order to make reading clearer and easier (Figs. 6, 7, 8).
CONCLUSION 0F THE INNOVATION
[0016] The innovation required to be protected consists of automatic electronic device projecting
the pages of Holly Koran in front of the reader upon request without manual touching.
[0017] The Koran pages are illuminated to demonstrate clarity and beauty and ease of reading
Koranic page in front of the reader is adjustable to be confortable for eyes, and
to increase the vision clarity of the woods of GLORIOUS ALLAH in order to help the
reader to read Holly Koran peacefully and reverencely. Changing of Holly Koran pages,
movement to the required Koran sora is done automatically and electronically through
control panel by gentle touch of certain button leads to move a plastic file (on its
surface the entire pages of Holly Koran are printed) from side to side and vice versa.
In order to show the pages of Holly Koran in front of the reader according his demand
in sequence button of page flip is to be gently pushed. It is possible to move directly
to the required sora by pushing the respective button.
