(57) A profile (11) for panelling framework, in particular for suspended ceiling structures or for vertical walls, is made with a C-shaped section from bent sheet metal. The walls of the profile are corrugated to form a rifling extending in the direction of extension of the profile. This substantially increases the load resistance. A framework (10) comprising such profiles (11) is also described.
