[0001] The present invention relates to a kit for a tap system of the type specified in
the preamble of Claim 1.
[0003] They generally comprise water delivery and regulation means, such as nozzles, taps,
mixers, spouts of various shapes and disposed in various positions, for example for
a shower, or to deliver water into a bathtub, a wash-hand basin or the like.
[0004] These systems are frequently installed buried, or partly embedded or installed inside
a wall, so that only the necessary elements, such as tap or mixer controls, spouts
and the like, project from the wall.
[0005] Buried systems are particularly appreciated for the aesthetic qualities they achieve.
[0006] In fact, in buried systems no portions of pipes and the like which are not aesthetically
pleasing are visible.
[0007] However, the aforesaid prior art presents some important drawbacks.
[0008] In fact, buried systems must be sized and structured for the type of installation
required.The modules need to be aligned or arranged perpendicular to each other.
[0009] For example, in a bathtub with shower, diverters to a first spout to fill the tub
and to a second spout for the shower are required. Currently the outlets from the
mixer body are in fixed positions which oblige the installer to provide piping works
to reach the spout positions desired by the Customer's project.
[0010] Moreover, in many circumstances it is necessary to adapt the structure of the system
to the available spaces.
[0011] In particular, at times it is necessary to interpose a corner of a wall between spout
and mixer in showers.
[0012] Due to these drawbacks it is necessary to provide a plurality of different tap systems
suitable for all situations.
[0013] This plurality of systems necessarily translates into considerable costs and surpluses
to keep the warehouse stocked.
[0014] Moreover, the plurality of systems also gives rise to errors in the layout and installation
thereof. Above all, a variation of the water systems requires significant works to
replace existing systems.
[0015] In this situation the technical aim underlying the present invention is to devise
a tap system suitable to be buried or embedded, capable of substantially overcoming
the aforesaid drawbacks.
[0016] Within said technical aim, an important object of the invention is to obtain a kit
for a tap system which facilitates different installations according to use and available
spaces.The correct angle between the modules is facilitated by the parallelepiped
shaped elements which allow simple visual coupling.
[0017] Another important object of the invention is to produce a simple and inexpensive
tap system.
[0018] The technical aim and the objects specified are achieved by a kit for a tap system
as claimed in Claim 1.

13, having an aesthetic function, can be provided. Moreover, the insulating plates 13,
shown in Fig. 3, can be provided separate for each projecting portion or a single
plate can be provided. The first solution achieves advantages of further modularity
of the system.

6, which allows the spout means 3 to be oriented directly towards the outside of the
wall 21. Alternatively, pipes 22 which cover greater distances are used.
[0054] Fig. 1 shows a tap system 2 for a bathtub with shower including two spouts 3a and
3b. Therefore, a branching element 8 is provided to allow selection of the spout 3a.

for a wash-hand basin or bathtub.

1. Kit for setting up a tap system (1) comprising:
- a control device (2) suitable to regulate the delivery of fluid, and comprising
first inlet connections (4) suitable to connect, in fluid communication, said control
device (2) with inlet ducts (20) suitable to supply said fluid to said tap system
(1), spout means (3) suitable to deliver said fluid and a plurality of first outlet
connections (5) suitable to be connected, in fluid communication, to said spout means
(3);
- a diverter element (6) including a second inlet connection (7) suitable to be connected,
in fluid communication, with one of said first outlet connections (5), and a second
outlet connection (8) suitable to be connected, in fluid communication, with said
spout means (3);
- a branching element (9) including a third inlet connection (10) suitable to be connected,
in fluid communication, with one of said first outlet connections (5) of said control
device (2), a plurality of third outlet connections (11) each suitable to be connected,
in fluid communication, with one of said spout means (3) and with one of said second
inlet connection (7), and a valve (12) suitable to select at least one of said third
outlet connections (11), and
- characterized in that said branching element (9), said diverter element (6) and said control device (2)
present substantially parallelepiped shaped bodies which can be aligned with one another
in mutually mating positions.
2. Kit according to claim 1, wherein there is defined a main extension plane (1 a) of
the tap system (1) substantially parallel to the extension plane of a wall (21) in
which said system is disposed and wherein said first outlet connections (5) are oriented
parallel to said main extension plane (1 a).
3. Kit according to claim 2, wherein said control device (2) comprises an actuator (2a)
mainly extending in a direction perpendicular to said main extension plane (1 a).
4. Kit according to one or more of preceding claims, wherein said second inlet connection
(7) is oriented perpendicular to said second outlet connection (8).
5. Kit according to one or more of preceding claims, wherein two of said third outlet
connections (11) are selectively oriented parallel and perpendicular to the direction
of said third inlet connection (10) and wherein said valve (12) extends mainly in
a direction perpendicular to said direction of said third inlet connection (10).
6. Kit according to claim 5, wherein each of said second and third inlet connections
(7, 10) can be connected, in fluid communication, to one of said first, second and
third outlet connections (5, 8, 11).
7. Kit according to one or more of preceding claims, wherein said branching element (9),
said diverter element (6) and said control device (6) can be mutually engaged in fluid
communication along an axis of alignment (1 b) lying in the main extension plane (1
a) of the tap system (1).
1. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung (1), umfassend:
eine Steuervorrichtung (2), um die Zufuhr von einer Flüssigkeit einzustellen und umfassend
erste Eintrittsverbindungen (4) zur Verbindung, in Zusammenhang mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang,
der besagten Steuervorrichtung (2) mit Eingangsleitungen (20), zum Zuführen der Flüssigkeit
der besagten Wasserauslaufventilanordnung (1), mit Zufuhrmitteln (3) um die besagte
Flüssigkeit zuzuführen, und mit einer Mehrheit von ersten Ausgangsverbindungen (5),
um mit den besagten Zufuhrmitteln (3), in Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang,
verbunden zu werden;
- ein Übertragungselement (6), eine zweite Eingangsverbindung (7) umfassend, um mit
einer der besagten ersten Ausgangsverbindungen (5), in Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang,
verbunden zu werden, und eine zweite Ausgangverbindung (8), um mit den besagten Zufuhrmitteln
(3), in Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang, verbunden zu werden;
- ein Ableitelement (9), eine dritte Eingangsverbindung (10) umfassend, um mit einer
der besagten ersten Ausgangsverbindungen (5) der besagten Steuervorrichtung (2), in
Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang, verbunden zu werden, wobei eine Mehrheit
von dritten Ausgangsverbindungen (11) mit einem der besagten Zufuhrmittel, in Verbindung
mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang, und mit einer der besagten zweiten Eingangsverbindungen
(7) verbunden wird, und wobei ein Ventil (12) in der Lage ist, mindestens eine der
besagten dritten Ausgangsverbindungen (11) auszuwählen, und
- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Ableitelement (9), das besagte Übertragungselement (6) und die besagte
Steuervorrichtung (2) im Wesentlichen quaderförmige Körper sind, die in Stellungen
von wechselseitigen Paarung aneinandergereiht werden können.
2. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach Anspruch 1, in der eine Hauptentwicklungsebene (1a)
der Wasserauslaufventilanordnung (1) definiert ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur
Entwicklungsebene einer Wand (21) ist, bei der die besagte Anordnung angeordnet ist
und in der die besagten ersten Ausgangsverbindungen (5) parallel zum besagten Hauptentwicklungsebene
(1a) ausgerichtet sind.
3. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach Anspruch 2, in der die besagte Steuervorrichtung
(2) einen Antrieb (2a) aufweist, der sich im Wesentlichen in einer zur besagten Hauptentwicklungsebene
(1a) rechtwinkligen Richtung erstreckt.
4. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach einer oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
in der die besagte zweite Eingangsverbindung (7) rechtwinklig zur besagten zweiten
Ausgangsverbindung (8) ausgerichtet ist.
5. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach einer oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
in der zwei der besagten dritten Ausgangsverbindungen (11) selektiv parallel und rechtwinklig
zur Richtung der besagten dritten Eingangsverbindung (10) ausgerichtet sind, und in
der das besagte Ventil (12) sich im Wesentlichen in einer zur Richtung der besagten
dritten Eingangsverbindung (10) rechtwinkligen Richtung erstreckt.
6. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach Anspruch 5, in der jede der besagten zweiten und
dritten Eingangsverbindungen (7, 10) mit einer der besagten ersten, zweiten und dritten
Ausgangsverbindungen (5, 8, 11), in Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang, verbunden
werden kann.
7. Wasserauslaufventilanordnung nach einer oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6-8, in der das
besagte Ableitelement (9), das besagte Übertragungselement (6) und die besagte Steuervorrichtung
(6) sich miteinander, in Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsdurchgang, längs einer Ausrichtungsachse
(1b) verbunden werden können, die in der Hauptentwicklungsebene (1a) der Wasserauslaufventilanordnung
(1) gelegen ist.
1. Kit pour préparer un système de robinet (1) comprenant:
- un dispositif de commande (2) apte à régler le débit de fluide et comprenant des
premières connexions d'entrée (4) destinées à relier, en connexion de passage de fluide,
ledit dispositif de commande (2) à des conduites d'entrée (20) destinées à approvisionner
en fluide ledit système de robinet (1), des moyens de distribution (3) aptes à distribuer
ledit fluide, et une pluralité de premières connexions de sortie (5) aptes à être
reliées, en connexion de passage de fluide, auxdits moyens de distribution (3);
- un élément de renvoi (6) comprenant une deuxième connexion d'entrée (7), destinée
à être reliée, en connexion de passage de fluide, à une desdites premières connexions
de sortie (5), et une deuxième connexion de sortie (8) destinée à être reliée, en
connexion se passage de fluide, auxdits moyens de distribution (3);
- un élément de branchement (9) comprenant une troisième connexion d'entrée (10),
destinée à être reliée, en connexion de passage de fluide, à une desdites premières
connexions de sortie (5) dudit dispositif de commande (2), une pluralité de troisièmes
connexions de sortie (11), chacune destinée à être reliée, en connexion de passage
de fluide, à un desdits moyens de distribution (3) et à une desdites connexions d'entrée
(7), et une soupape (12) apte à sélectionner au moins une desdites troisièmes connexions
de sortie (11), et
- caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de branchement (9), ledit élément de renvoi (6) et ledit dispositif
de commande (2) ont des corps essentiellement en forme de parallélépipède qui peuvent
être alignés les uns aux autres de manière à s'épouser réciproquement.
2. Kit selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on définit un plan d'extension prédominant
(1a) du système de robinet (1) sensiblement parallèle au plan d'extension d'une paroi
(21) au niveau duquel on met ledit système et dans lequel lesdites premières connexions
de sortie (5) sont orientées parallèlement audit plan d'extension prédominant (1 a).
3. Kit selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif de commande (2) comprend
un dispositif d'entraînement (2a) s'étendant principalement en direction perpendiculaire
audit plan d'extension prédominant (1a).
4. Kit selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite deuxième
connexion d'entrée (7) est orientée perpendiculairement à ladite deuxième connexion
de sortie (8).
5. Kit selon une ou plusieurs de revendications précédentes, dans lequel deux desdites
troisièmes connexions de sortie (11) sont orientées sélectivement parallèlement et
perpendiculairement à la direction de ladite troisième connexion d'entrée (10) et
dans lequel ladite soupape (12) s'étend principalement en direction perpendiculaire
à ladite direction de ladite troisième connexion d'entrée (10).
6. Kit selon la revend. 5, dans lequel chacune desdites deuxième et troisième connexions
d'entrée (7, 10) peut être reliée, en connexion de passage de fluide, à une desdites
première, deuxième et troisième connexions de sortie (5, 8, 11).
7. Kit selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 6-8, dans lequel ledit élément de branchement
(9), ledit élément de renvoi (6) et ledit dispositif de commande (2) peuvent être
engagés réciproquement en connexion de passage de fluide le long d'un axe d'alignement
(1 b) qui est disposé dans le plan d'extension prédominant (1 a) du système de robinet
(1).
