[0001] The present invention relates to a bed.
[0002] As is well known, a bed is a piece of furniture intended to rest and sleep, constructed
so that one can remain in a horizontal position; it is also known that the bed can
be considered the preferential place where sexual intercourse is usually carried out,
which are often also defined with expressions like "going to bed with someone."
[0003] Sexual intercourse may imply several physical difficulties due to the mutual positioning
between the partners as well as a considerable expenditure of energy. These difficulties
are further exacerbated among people with mobility difficulties and/or disabilities.
[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a bed suitable for aiding and assisting
the execution of sexual intercourse, in such a way as to overcome the above difficulties.
[0006] In fact, the bed of the present invention is suitable for assisting the execution
of the sexual intercourse between partners, specifically assisting them in their mutual
movements and/or in their mutual positioning.
[0007] In other words, the bed of the present invention has the purpose of providing assistance
in the execution of sexual intercourse to partners which, for example, have mobility
difficulties or disabilities.
[0008] The bed of the present invention is suitable for making the positioning between the
partners more comfortable, in such a way that they may maintain, with the least effort
and for a certain period of time, a predefined position assumed, and for assisting
the intercourse movements, for example their frequency or their speed, between the
two.
[0009] Such objects are achieved by a bed according to claim 1. Further advantages and features
will become apparent from the bed object of the present invention according to the
dependent claims.

[0011] With reference to the accompanying figures, reference numeral 1 globally indicates
a bed assisting the execution of sexual intercourse between partners.
[0012] Preferably, bed 1 assists the partners in carrying out the sexual intercourse partner
assisting them in positioning and keeping predefined positions, as well as in their
reciprocal movements. In particular, in fact, bed 1 object of the present invention,
in addition to fulfilling the typical function of being a place to rest and sleep
in as it is made so that one can stay in a horizontal position, includes several mobile
portions in such a way as to allow and assist the movements and reciprocal positioning
between the partners.
[0013] The bed extends in length along a longitudinal axis X-X, in width along a transversal
axis Y-Y and in height along a vertical axis Z-Z.
[0014] According to a preferred embodiment, bed 1 comprises a first portion 10 and a second
portion 20, which in a rest position are positioned adjacently to each other, for
example along the longitudinal axis X-X, along a substantially horizontal plane forming
the bed to sleep.
[0015] During sexual intercourse, said first portion 10 is adapted to provide a first support
surface for example to one of the two partners while said second portion 20 is adapted
to provide a second support surface, for example to the other partner.
[0016] The second portion 20 is suitable for continuously alternately translating along
the longitudinal axis X-X between the rest position in which the second portion 20
and the first portion 10 are positioned substantially on the same plane and a rearward
position in which the second portion 20 is distanced along the longitudinal axis X-X
in relation to the first portion 10.

translating along the longitudinal axis X-X between said rest position, in which the
first portion 10 and the second portion 20 are positioned substantially on the same
plane and a forward position in which the first portion 10 is distanced along the

and/or independently of each other, alternately moving away and approaching each other
along the longitudinal axis X-X.

along the longitudinal axis are variable. Preferably, the strokes are approximately
in the order of a few centimetres, for example from a minimum of 2 cm to a maximum
of 25 cm. Furthermore, the length of the strokes also depends on whether only one
portion or both portions translate, in the embodiment in which both portions are movable/moved
along the longitudinal axis X-X, the respective strokes are halved.

rotation movements is programmable with different frequencies and speeds.

along the longitudinal axis (X-X) between a rest position in which the second portion

a rearward position in which the second portion (20) is distanced along the longitudinal
axis (X-X) in relation to the first portion (10);
the bed (1) is
characterized by the fact that the first portion (10) is further suitable for translating along the
vertical axis (Z-Z) between said rest position and a raised position in which the
first portion (10) is raised along the vertical axis (Z-Z) in relation to the second
portion (20), in the rest and/or lowered position.
2. Bed (1) according to claim 1, wherein said first portion (10) is in turn suitable
for continuously alternately translating along the longitudinal axis (X-X) between
said rest position, in which the first portion (10) and the second portion (20) are
positioned substantially on the same plane and a forward position in which the first
portion (10) is distanced along the longitudinal axis (X-X) in relation to the second
portion (20) .
3. Bed (1) according to any of the previous claims, wherein the second portion (20) is
further suitable for translating along the vertical axis (Z-Z) between said rest position
and a lowered position in which the second portion (20) is lowered along the vertical
axis (Z-Z) in relation to the first portion (10).
4. Bed (1) according to the previous claims, further comprising movement means (200)
suitable for permitting the continuous translation of the second portion (20), wherein
said movement means (200) comprise at least one longitudinal rectilinear guide (210),
extending along said longitudinal axis (X-X), operatively connected to said second
portion (20) and/or said first portion (10) to permit said longitudinal translations
thereof and, optionally, at least one vertical rectilinear guide (220) extending along
said vertical axis (Z-Z) operatively connected to said second portion (20) and /or
said first portion (10) to permit said vertical translations thereof.
5. Bed (1) according to claim 4, wherein the movement means (200) further comprise translation
means (250) acting on the second portion (20) to move it continuously along said rectilinear
longitudinal guide (210) between the rest position and the rearward position, and
to optionally move it along said vertical rectilinear guide (220) between the rest
and the lowered position, and/or operating on the first portion (10) to move it continuously
along said rectilinear longitudinal guide (210) between the rest position and the
forward position, and to optionally move it along said vertical rectilinear guide
(220) between the rest and the raised position.
6. Bed (1) according to claim 5, wherein said translation means (250) comprise at least
one electric motor, suitable for continuously moving the second portion (20) between
the rest position and the rearward position, and optionally suitable for continuously
alternately moving the first portion (10) between the rest position and the forward
position, and/or moving the second portion (20) between the rest position and the
lowered position and optionally the first portion (10) between the rest position and
the raised position.
7. Bed (1) according to any of the previous claims, wherein the first portion (10) is
suitable for rotating around a longitudinal rotation axis X'-X', parallel to the longitudinal
axis X-X, but vertically distanced in relation to the plane of the rest position and/or
raised plane.
8. Bed (1) according to any of the previous claims, wherein the movements of the second
portion (20) are free or controlled by a control unit (300), in turn comprised in
the bed (1), suitable for controlling the frequency and intensity thereof, and wherein
any movements of the first portion (10) are free or controlled by said control unit
(300), again suitable for controlling the frequency and intensity thereof.
9. Bed (1) according to any of the previous claims, further comprising armrests (30)
positioned at the sides of the first portion (10) and of the second portion (20) suitable
for providing fixed supports, being immobile in their position.
10. Bed (1) according to any of the previous claims, wherein the second portion (20) has
a hollow support cavity (21) within it, suitable for example for providing further
support to the partner acting on said portion.

(20) und der erste Abschnitt (10) im Wesentlichen auf der gleichen Ebene angeordnet
sind, und einer rückwärtigen Stellung, in der der zweite Abschnitt (20) entlang der
Längsachse (X-X) in Bezug auf den ersten Abschnitt (10) beabstandet ist;
das Bett (1) durch die Tatsache gekennzeichnet ist, dass der erste Abschnitt (10)
überdies geeignet ist zum Verschieben entlang der Vertikalachse (Z-Z) zwischen der
Ruhestellung und einer angehobenen Stellung, in der der erste Abschnitt (10) entlang
der Vertikalachse (Z-Z) in Bezug auf den zweiten Abschnitt (20) angehoben ist, in
der Ruhestellung und/oder der abgesenkten Stellung.
2. Bett (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Abschnitt (10) wiederum geeignet ist zum
kontinuierlichen wechselnden Verschieben entlang der Längsachse (X-X) zwischen der
Ruhestellung, in der der erste Abschnitt (10) und der zweite Abschnitt (20) im Wesentlichen
auf der gleichen Ebene angeordnet sind, und einer vorwärts gerichteten Stellung, in
der der erste Abschnitt (10) entlang der Längsachse (X-X) in Bezug auf den zweiten
Abschnitt (20) beabstandet ist.
3. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (20)
überdies geeignet ist zum Verschieben entlang der Vertikalachse (Z-Z) zwischen der
Ruhestellung und einer abgesenkten Stellung, in der der zweite Abschnitt (20) entlang
der Vertikalachse (Z-Z) in Bezug auf den ersten Abschnitt (10) abgesenkt ist.
4. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das überdies Bewegungsmittel (200)
umfasst, die geeignet sind, das kontinuierliche Verschieben des zweiten Abschnitts
(20) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Bewegungsmittel (200) mindestens eine geradlinige Längsführung
(210) umfassen, die sich entlang der Längsachse (X-X) erstreckt, die betriebsfähig
verbunden ist mit dem zweiten Abschnitt (20) und/oder dem ersten Abschnitt (10), um
die Längsverschiebungen davon zu ermöglichen, und optional mindestens eine geradlinige
Vertikalführung (220), die sich entlang der Vertikalachse (Z-Z) erstreckt, die betriebsfähig
verbunden ist mit dem zweiten Abschnitt (20) und/oder dem ersten Abschnitt, um die
Vertikalverschiebungen davon zu ermöglichen.
5. Bett (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Bewegungsmittel (200) überdies Verschiebungsmittel
(250) umfassen, die auf dem zweiten Abschnitt (20) agieren, um ihn kontinuierlich
entlang einer geradlinigen Längsführung (210) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der rückwärtigen
Stellung zu bewegen, und ihn optional entlang der geradlinigen Vertikalführung (220)
zwischen der Ruhestellung und der abgesenkten Stellung zu bewegen, und/oder die auf
dem ersten Abschnitt (10) in Betrieb sind, um ihn kontinuierlich entlang der geradlinigen
Längsführung (210) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der vorwärts gerichteten Stellung
zu bewegen, und ihn optional entlang der geradlinigen Vertikalführung (220) zwischen
der Ruhestellung und der angehobenen Stellung zu bewegen.
6. Bett (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Verschiebungsmittel (250) mindestens einen elektrischen
Motor umfassen, der geeignet ist, den zweiten Abschnitt (20) kontinuierlich zwischen
der Ruhestellung und der rückwärtigen Stellung zu bewegen, und optional geeignet ist
zum kontinuierlichen wechselnden Bewegen des ersten Abschnitts (10) zwischen der Ruhestellung
und der vorwärts gerichteten Stellung, und/oder zum Bewegen des zweiten Abschnitts
(20) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der abgesenkten Stellung und optional des ersten
Abschnitts (10) zwischen der Ruhestellung und der angehobenen Stellung.
7. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Abschnitt (10) geeignet
ist zum Rotieren um eine Längsrotationsachse (X'-X'), die parallel zu der Längsachse
(X-X) ist, aber vertikal beabstandet in Bezug auf die Ebene der Ruhestellung und/oder
der angehobenen Ebene.
8. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bewegungen des zweiten
Abschnitts (20) frei sind oder durch eine Regelungseinheit (300) geregelt werden,
die wiederum in dem Bett (1) umfasst ist, und die geeignet ist, die Häufigkeit und
Intensität von diesen zu regeln, und wobei alle Bewegungen des ersten Abschnitts (10)
frei sind oder von der Regelungseinheit (300) geregelt werden, die ebenfalls geeignet
ist zum Regeln der Häufigkeit und Intensität von diesen.
9. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das überdies Armlehnen (30) umfasst,
die an den Seiten des ersten Abschnitts (10) und des zweiten Abschnitts (20) angeordnet
sind, und die geeignet sind, feste Stützen bereitzustellen, die in ihrer Position
unbeweglich sind.
10. Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (20)
eine hohle Stützvertiefung (21) in sich aufweist, die geeignet ist, beispielsweise
dem Partner, der auf diesem Abschnitt agiert, weiteren Halt zu geben.

- une seconde partie (20) adaptée pour fournir une seconde surface de support par
exemple à l'autre partenaire, positionnée adjacente à la première partie (10) le long
de l'axe longitudinal (X-X) ;
dans lequel ladite seconde partie (20) est adaptée pour une translation alternative
continue le long de l'axe longitudinal (X-X) entre une position de repos dans laquelle
la seconde partie (20) et la première partie (10) sont positionnées sensiblement sur
le même plan et une position arrière dans lequel la seconde partie (20) est éloignée
le long de l'axe longitudinal (X-X) par rapport à la première partie (10) ;

caractérisé en ce que la première partie (10) est en outre adapté pour une translation le long de l'axe
vertical (Z-Z) entre ladite position de repos et une position soulevée dans laquelle
la première partie (10) est soulevée le long de l'axe vertical (Z-Z) par rapport à
la seconde partie (20), à la position de repos et/ou abaissée.
2. Lit (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite première partie (10) est à son
tour adaptée pour une translation alternative continue le long de l'axe longitudinal
(X-X) entre ladite position de repos, dans laquelle la première partie (10) et la
seconde partie (20) sont positionnées sensiblement sur le même plan, et une position
avant dans laquelle la première partie (10) est éloignée le long de l'axe longitudinal
(X-X) par rapport à la seconde partie (20).
3. Lit (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la seconde
partie (20) est en outre adaptée pour une translation le long de l'axe vertical (Z-Z)
entre ladite position de repos et une position abaissée dans laquelle la seconde partie
(20) est abaissée le long de l'axe vertical (Z-Z) par rapport à la première partie
(10).
4. Lit (1) selon les revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre des moyens de déplacement
(200) adaptés pour permettre la translation continue de la seconde partie (20), dans
lequel lesdits moyens de déplacement (200) comprennent au moins un guide longitudinal
rectiligne (210), s'étendant le long dudit axe longitudinal (X-X), connecté de manière
fonctionnelle à ladite seconde partie (20) et/ou ladite première partie (10) pour
permettre lesdites translations longitudinale de celles-ci et, de manière facultative,
au moins un guide rectiligne vertical (220) s'étendant le long dudit axe vertical
(Z-Z) connecté de manière fonctionnelle à ladite seconde partie (20) et/ou ladite
première partie (10) pour permettre lesdites translations verticales de celles-ci.
5. Lit (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les moyens de déplacement (200) comprennent
en outre des moyens de translation (250) agissant sur la seconde partie (20) pour
la déplacer en continu le long dudit guide longitudinal rectiligne (210) entre la
position de repos et la position arrière, et pour la déplacer de manière facultative
le long dudit guide rectiligne vertical (220) entre la position de repos et la position
abaissée, et/ou actionnant la première partie (10) pour la déplacer en continu le
long dudit guide longitudinal rectiligne (210) entre la position de repos et la position
avant, et de manière facultative la déplacer le long dudit guide rectiligne vertical
(220) entre la position de repos et la position soulevée.
6. Lit (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de translation (250)
comprennent au moins un moteur électrique, adapté pour déplacer en continu la seconde
partie (20) entre la position de repos et la position arrière, et de manière facultative
adapté pour déplacer alternativement en continu la première partie (10) entre la position
de repos et la position avant, et/ou déplacer la seconde partie (20) entre la position
de repos et la position abaissée et de manière facultative la première partie (10)
entre la position le repos et la position soulevée.
7. Lit (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première
partie (10) est adaptée pour tourner autour d'un axe de rotation longitudinal (X'-X'),
parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (X-X), mais éloigné verticalement par rapport au plan
de la position de repos et/ou au plan soulevé.
8. Lit (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les déplacements
de la seconde partie (20) sont libres ou commandés par une unité de commande (300),
comprise à son tour dans le lit (1), adaptée pour commander la fréquence et l'intensité
de ceux-ci, et dans lequel tous les déplacements de la première partie (10) sont libres
ou commandés par ladite unité de commande (300), adaptée à nouveau pour commander
la fréquence et l'intensité de ceux-ci.
9. Lit (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre
des accoudoirs (30) positionnés sur les côtés de la première partie (10) et de la
seconde partie (20) adaptés pour fournir des supports fixes, qui sont immobiles quant
à leur position.
10. Lit (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la seconde
partie (20) présente à l'intérieur une cavité de support creuse (21), adaptée par
exemple pour fournir un support supplémentaire au partenaire agissant sur ladite partie.
