[0001] The object of the invention finds application in the field of clothing, and more precisely in the shirts with the neck prepared for the tie.

CURRENT STATE

[0002] Very often the shirt is worn informally, with open neck, either alone or with the jacket; especially in hot countries or in the summer season. US1229773 discloses an adjustable shirt collar fastening device.

AESTHETIC RESULT

[0003] In a short amount of time the shirt collar assumes an inelegant look, generating a feeling of disorder.

THE NEED

[0004] The idea, object of the invention is to solve the need for freedom of movement of the neck and at the same time to maintain a formal elegance.

SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The invention solves this need with an accessory applicable to the slot and the little button (stud) in the neck. The accessory is a visible link between the buttonhole and the stud, made by: a button (1), a flexible light cord turned to double back on itself (twisted pair) (2), two sliders (3).

BUTTON (1)

[0009] The button may be of various shapes whose dimensions are such as to prevent the passage of the button through the loop of the neck. The button is connected at both ends of the twisted pair. The connection with the twisted pair can be realized: in a definitive manner by means of solidification whether of molten materials or liquid; in a mechanical way by means of components which allow the connection (assembly) and revision (removal) of the accessory. The button connected to the pair realize the attachment to the neck slipping the loop from the inside of the slot until the button (4)

PAIR (2)

[0010] The pair (lanyard shot double back on itself) is the spacer between the loop and the little button of the shirt collar. Brings together the solid parts rigid: the button and the two cursors. The length of the lanyard is a function of the degree of openness that is desired between the slot and the stud of the neck. The loop connects two sliders, allowing it to slide in adherence to the right and to the left.

[0011] The feature of the material of the cord is to be flexible and have a certain consistency. Precisely, taking the accessory with two fingers on the side of the button pair must maintain a horizontal position, even with the weight of the sliders.

[0012] The commercial materials that match those requirements are: a) The elastic
cables coated with glossy and matte metal wires (gold, silver, platinum, etc) or with textile threads in all colours and patterns. b) lanyards rubber, leather, nylon produced in all colours with gloss, matte, transparent finishing.

SLIDERS (3)

[0013] The sliders, along with the pair, are the visible elements, for this, the choice of materials, their shape, the finish have an aesthetic value related to the world of fashion.

[0014] The sliders may be, whether of a such size to allow passage through the buttonhole of the shirt, or more large as suggested by aesthetic needs.

[0015] The sliders run in adherence on the twisted pair and have the function to block the accessory towards the slot and towards the stud.

FINISHING OF COMPONENTS

[0016] The finish of the components depends on the function and location. The button placed in contact with the skin of the neck of the user, requires a smooth finish. The sliders placed on the outside of the neck of the shirt can be made with any type of material and have different finishes or process types (smooth, rough, glossy, matt).

[0017] The pair made of various flexible materials, such as rubber, plastic, leather, textile lanyards, can have different finishing solutions: glossy, opaque, transparent, coloured.

HOW TO USE

[0018] The accessory, fully assembled with all its components, (1), (2), (3), is inserted in the slot of the neck of the shirt from the inside, for the entire length of the twisted pair, with or without the two cursors , until the button locks against the buttonhole. With the thumb and forefinger of his left hand takes the noose of the lanyard and engages around the stud of the neck, finally sliding the two sliders one at the right one to the left up to tighten them against the stud and against the slot (4) (5).

Claims

1. Accessory for shirts , consisting of a button (1), a flexible twisted pair (2), two sliders (3), which allows to keep open the neck of a shirt at a certain distance, wherein the button is connected with the two ends of the twisted pair (1), wherein the loop of the twisted pair engages the collar-stud of the shirt (5) and wherein the two sliders tighten the accessory towards the stud (5) and towards a buttonhole (4) of the shirt.

2. Accessory for shirts according to claim 1, characterized by the ability to engage the buttonhole (4) and the stud (5) of the collar of the shirt.

3. Accessory for shirts according to claims 1-2 characterized by a button (1) of varying shape whose dimensions are such as to prevent the passage of the button through the buttonhole of his shirt.

4. Accessory for shirts according to claims 1-2, characterized in that the twisted pair, of given length, acts as a spacer between the stud and the buttonhole of the neck.

Ansprüche

1. Zubehör für Hemden, bestehend aus einem Knopf (1), einem flexiblen gedrehten Paar (2), zwei Schiebern (3), welches das Offenhalten des Ausschnitts eines Hemds in einem bestimmten Abstand ermöglicht, wobei der Knopf mit den zwei Enden des gedrehten Paars (1) verbunden ist, wobei die Schleife des gedrehten Paars mit dem Kragenknopf des Hemds (5) ineinandergreift und wobei die zwei Schieber das Zubehör in Richtung des Kragenknopfs (5) und in Richtung eines Knopflochs (4) des Hemds spannen.

2. Zubehör für Hemden nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Fähigkeit des Ineinandergreifens des Knopflochs (4) und des Kragenknopfs (5) des Hemdkragens.

3. Zubehör für Hemden nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Knopf (1) verschiedener Größe, dessen Ausmaße so sind, dass sie den Durchtritt des Knopfs durch das Knopfloch des Hemds verhindert.

4. Zubehör für Hemden nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das gedrehte Paar gegebener Länge als ein Abstandhalter zwischen dem Kragenknopf und dem Knopfloch des Kragens tätig ist.

Revendications

1. Accessoire pour chemises, consistant en un bouton (1), une paire torsadée flexible (2), deux glissières (3), qui permet de garder l'encolure d'une chemise ouverte à une certaine distance, dans lequel le bouton est rattaché aux deux extrémités de la paire torsadée (1), dans lequel la boucle de la paire torsadée s'accroche au bouton du col de la chemise (5) et dans lequel les deux glissières serrent l'accessoire vers le bouton (5) et vers la boutonnière (4) de la chemise.

2. Accessoire pour chemises selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la capacité à s'accrocher à la boutonnière (4) et au bouton (5) du col de la chemise.

3. Accessoire pour chemises selon les revendications 1-2 caractérisé par un bouton (1) de forme variable dont les dimensions sont susceptibles d'empêcher le passage du bouton par la boutonnière de sa chemise.

4. Accessoire pour chemises selon les revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce que la paire torsadée, de longueur déterminée, agit comme un séparateur entre le bouton et la boutonnière de l'encolure.
