    [0002] A conventional elevator apparatus controls a motor power supply relay or a brake power supply relay using a brake control device without following a command from an elevator control device in an emergency stop. With such an elevator apparatus, the brake control device can control the motor power supply relay or the like to move a car to an evacuation floor or the like (for example, see Parent Literature 1). Document EP1852382A1 shows an elevator apparatus according the preamble of claim 1.

    [0004]  However, for the apparatus described in Patent Literature 1, when the brake control device fails and cannot control the motor power supply relay or the brake power supply relay, the car cannot be moved to the evacuation floor or the like. Thus, a user may be trapped in the car in an emergency stop.

    [0005] The present invention is achieved in view of the above problem, and has an object to provide an elevator apparatus that can control a motor power supply relay or the like even if a brake control device fails.

    Means for Solving the Problems



    [0006] An elevator apparatus of the present invention includes a relay having a function of blocking supply of electric power to a motor or a brake of an elevator, a driver that drives the relay, an operation control device that outputs a control signal to the driver, a brake control device that outputs a control signal according to the control signal output from the operation control device in normal time, and outputs a control signal independent of the control signal output from the operation control device in an emergency stop of the elevator and a switching device that receives as an input the control signal output from the operation control device and the control signal output from the brake control device, and that switches the control signal to be output to the driver from the control signal output from the brake control device to the control signal output from the operation control device when the brake control device fails.

    Embodiment 1



    [0010] Figure 1 is a configuration diagram of an elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1.

    [0011] In Figure 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a motor power supply. Reference numeral 2 denotes a power conversion device. Reference numeral 3 denotes a motor. The motor 3 is rotated by electric power supplied from the motor power supply 1 via the power conversion device 2.

The signal blocking circuit 24 transmits the control signals DD, EE and FF to control terminals of the drivers 16 to 18. According to these operations, supply of electric power to the motor 3 and the brake coil 9 is controlled.

    [0028] In contrast to this, in an emergency stop, the brake control device 20 does not follow the control signal AA of the operation control device 19, but independently outputs the control signal BB for controlling reduction of deceleration of the elevator. Then, the signal switching circuit 22 outputs the control signals DD, EE and FF according to the independent control signal BB.

    [0029] The control signals DD, EE and FF are input to the signal blocking circuit 24. The signal blocking circuit 24 transmits the control signals DD, EE and FF to the control terminals of the drivers 16 to 18, respectively. According to these operations, the supply of electric power to the motor 3 and the brake coil 9 is controlled. According to the operations of the motor 3 and the brake shoe 10, the reduction of deceleration of the elevator is controlled.

Specifically, a stopping state of use of the elevator is maintained.

    Embodiment 2

    [0037] In Embodiment 1, after a lapse of a certain time from the failure of the brake control device 20, the transmission of the control signals DD, EE and FF is blocked. On the other hand, in Embodiment 2, when a brake control device 20 seriously fails, transmission of control signals DD, EE and FF is immediately blocked. In Embodiment 2, soundness of a signal blocking timer 23 is diagnosed. Embodiment 2 will be now described in detail.

    [0038] As shown in Figure 2, in this embodiment, a brake control device 20 outputs a serious failure detection signal HH when detecting a more serious failure than that in output of a failure detection signal CC by a self-diagnosis function. When the serious failure detection signal HH is input to a signal blocking circuit 24, the signal blocking circuit 24 immediately blocks transmission of the control signals DD, EE and FF.

    [0048] As described above, the elevator apparatus according to the present invention can be used for an elevator for controlling the motor power supply relay or the brake power supply relay using the brake control device without following a command from an elevator control device in an emergency stop.

    Claims

    1. An elevator apparatus comprising:

    a relay (14,15) having a function of blocking supply of electric power to a motor (3) or a brake (9) of an elevator;

    a driver (16,17) that drives the relay (14,15);

    an operation control device (19) that outputs a control signal to the driver (16, 17);

    a brake control device (20) that outputs a control signal according to the control signal output from the operation control device (19) in normal time, and outputs a control signal independent of the control signal output from the operation control device (19) in an emergency stop of the elevator; and characterized by further comprising a switching device (21) that receives as an input the control signal output from the operation control device (19) and the control signal output from the brake control device (20), and that switches the control signal to be output to the driver (16,17) from the control signal output from the brake control device (20) to the control signal output from the operation control device (19) when the brake control device (20) fails.


     
    2. The elevator apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the brake control device (20) outputs a failure detection signal in failure time,
    the switching device (21) switches the control signal to be output to the driver (16,17) from the control signal output from the brake control device (20) to the control signal output from the operation control device (19) when the failure detection signal is input, and blocks transmission of the control signal to the driver (16,17) after a lapse of a certain time from the input of the failure detection signal.
     
    3. The elevator apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the switching device (21) includes:

    a signal switching circuit (22) that receives as an input the control signal output from the operation control device (19) and the control signal output from the brake control device (20), and that switches the control signal to be output from the control signal output from the brake control device (20) to the control signal output from the operation control device (19) when the failure detection signal is input;

    a signal blocking timer (23) that outputs a blocking command after a lapse of a certain time from the input of the failure detection signal; and

    a signal blocking circuit (24) that transmits the control signal output from the signal switching circuit to the driver (16,17), and blocks the transmission of the control signal to the driver (16,17) when the blocking command is input.


     
    4. The elevator apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the brake control device (20) outputs a serious failure detection signal when a more serious failure occurs than that in the output of the failure detection signal, and
    the signal blocking circuit (24) blocks the transmission of the control signal to the driver (16,17) when the serious failure detection signal is input.
     
    5. The elevator apparatus according to claim 4, wherein
    the brake control device (20) outputs a false failure detection signal during outputting a control signal for driving the relay (14,15), and confirms that the signal blocking circuit (24) blocks the transmission of the control signal to the driver (16,17) after a lapse of a certain time,
    outputs a false serious failure detection signal during outputting the control signal for driving the relay (14,15), and confirms that the signal blocking circuit (24) blocks the transmission of the control signal to the driver (16,17) before a lapse of a certain time and that the driving of the relay (14,15) is stopped,
    to diagnose soundness of the signal blocking timer (23).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Aufzugsvorrichtung mit
    einem Relay (14, 15), das eine Funktion zur Sperrung der elektrischen Stromversorgung zu einem Motor (3) oder einer Bremse (9) eines Aufzugs hat;
    einem Treiber (16, 17), der das Relay (14, 15) betreibt;
    einer Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19), die ein Steuerungssignal an den Treiber (16, 17) ausgibt;
    einer Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20), die ein Steuerungssignal gemäß dem von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebenen Steuerungssignal in Normalzeit ausgibt und ein Steuerungssignal unabhängig von dem von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebenen Steuerungssignal in einem Notstopp des Aufzugs ausgibt; und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner umfasst
    eine Schalteinrichtung (21), die als Eingang das von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal und das von der Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal empfängt und das an den Treiber (16, 17) auszugebende Steuerungssignal von dem von der Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausgegebenen Steuerungssignal auf das von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal schaltet, wenn die Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausfällt.
     
    2. Die Aufzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ein Fehler-Detektions-Signal in einer Fehlerzeit ausgibt,
    die Schalteinrichtung (21) das an den Treiber (16, 17) auszugebende Steuerungssignal von dem von der Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal auf das von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal schaltet, wenn das Fehler-Detektions-Signal eingegangen ist, und eine Übertragung des Steuerungssignals zu dem Treiber (16, 17) nach einem Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit von dem Eingang des Fehler-Detektions-Signals sperrt.
     
    3. Die Aufzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Schalteinrichtung (21) umfasst:

    einen Signalschaltkreis (22), der als Eingang das von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal und das von der Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal empfängt, und der das auszugebende Steuerungssignal von dem von der Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal auf das von der Betriebssteuerungseinrichtung (19) ausgegebene Steuerungssignal schaltet, wenn das Fehler-Detektions-Signal eingegangen ist;

    einen Signalsperrzeitgeber (23), der nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit vom Eingang des Fehler-Detektions-Signals einen Sperrbefehl ausgibt; und

    eine Signalsperrschaltung (24), die das von der Signalschaltschaltung ausgegebene Steuersignal an den Treiber (16, 17) überträgt und die Übertragung des Steuersignals an den Treiber (16, 17) blockiert, wenn der Sperrbefehl eingegangen ist.


     
    4. Die Aufzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) einen Schwerer-Fehler-Detektions-Signal ausgibt, wenn ein schwererer Fehler auftritt als bei der Ausgabe des Fehlerdetektionssignals, und
    die Signalsperrschaltung (24) die Übertragung des Steuerungssignals zu dem Treiber (16, 17) sperrt, wenn das Schwerer-Fehler-Detektions-Signal eingegangen ist.
     
    5. Die Aufzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei
    die Bremssteuerungseinrichtung (20) ein Falscher-Fehler-Detektions-Signal während der Ausgabe eines Steuerungssignals zum Betreiben des Relais (14, 15) ausgibt, und bestätigt, dass die Signalsperrschaltung (24) die Übertragung des Steuerungssignals zu dem Treiber (16, 17) nach einem Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit sperrt,
    ein Falscher-Schwerer-Fehler-Detektions-Signal während der Ausgabe des Steuerungssignals zum Betreiben des Relais (14, 15) ausgibt, und bestätigt, dass die Signalsperrschaltung (24) die Übertragung des Steuerungssignals zu dem Treiber (16, 17) vor einem Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit sperrt und, dass das Betreiben des Relais (14, 15) beendet ist,
    um die Zuverlässigkeit des Signalsperrzeitgebers (23) zu diagnostizieren.
     


    Revendications

    1. Dispositif d'ascenseur comprenant :

    un relais (14, 15) présentant une fonction de blocage de l'alimentation de puissance électrique à un moteur (3) ou un frein (9) d'un ascenseur ;

    un élément de commande (16, 17) qui commande le relais (14, 15) ;

    un dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) qui émet un signal de commande vers l'élément de commande (16, 17) ;

    un dispositif de commande de frein (20) qui émet un signal de commande selon le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) en temps normal, et émet un signal de commande indépendant du signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) dans un arrêt d'urgence de l'ascenseur; et

    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre

    un dispositif de commutation (21) qui reçoit en tant qu'entrée le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) et le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de frein (20), et qui commute le signal de commande à émettre vers l'élément de commande (16, 17) à partir du signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de frein (20) vers le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) lorsque le dispositif de commande de frein (20) tombe en panne.


     
    2. Dispositif d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de commande de frein (20) émet un signal de détection de panne en temps de panne,
    le dispositif de commutation (21) commute le signal de commande à émettre à l'élément de commande (16, 17) du signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de frein (20) vers le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) lorsque le signal de détection de panne est entré, et bloque la transmission du signal de commande à l'élément de commande (16, 17) après un certain laps de temps depuis l'entrée du signal de détection de panne.
     
    3. Dispositif d'ascenseur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le dispositif de commutation (21) inclut :

    un circuit de commutation de signal (22) qui reçoit en tant qu'entrée le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) et le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de frein (20), et qui commute le signal de commande à émettre par le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de frein (20) vers le signal de commande émis par le dispositif de commande de fonctionnement (19) lorsque le signal de détection de panne est entré ;

    une minuterie de blocage de signal (23) qui émet une commande de blocage après un certain laps de temps depuis l'entrée du signal de détection de panne ; et

    un circuit de blocage de signal (24) qui transmet le signal de commande émis par le circuit de commutation de signal vers l'élément de commande (16, 17), et bloque la transmission du signal de commande à l'élément de commande (16, 17) lorsque la commande de blocage est entrée.


     
    4. Dispositif d'ascenseur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le dispositif de commande de frein (20) émet un signal de détection de panne sérieuse lorsqu'une panne plus sérieuse apparaît que celle dans l'émission du signal de détection de panne, et
    le circuit de blocage de signal (24) bloque la transmission du signal de commande à l'élément de commande (16, 17) lorsque le signal de détection de panne sérieuse est entré.
     
    5. Dispositif d'ascenseur selon la revendication 4, dans lequel
    le dispositif de commande de frein (20) émet un signal de détection de panne fausse pendant l'émission d'un signal de commande pour la commande du relais (14, 15), et confirme que le circuit de blocage de signal (24) bloque la transmission du signal de commande à l'élément de commande (16, 17) après un certain laps de temps,
    émet un signal de détection de panne sérieuse fausse pendant l'émission du signal de commande pour la commande du relais (14, 15), et confirme que le circuit de blocage de signal (24) bloque la transmission du signal de commande à l'élément de commande (16, 17) avant un certain laps de temps et que la commande du relais (14, 15) est arrêtée,
    pour diagnostiquer l'intégrité de la minuterie de blocage de signal (23).
