TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a technical field of manufacturing washing machines,
and more particularly, to a sprinkling device for a washing machine and a front-loading
washing machine having the same.
BACKGROUND
[0002] For a washing machine in the related art, some foam will stick to a door seal and
a door body after a detergent dissolves during a laundry process, which not only reduces
a utilization rate of the detergent, but also leads to foam residue after rinsing.
Subsequent water inflow will wash the residual foam into clothes, resulting in secondary
addition of the detergent, such that the washing is not clean, and the washing time
and washing effect are affected. Some washing machines are additionally equipped with
a sprinkling device, but a sprinkling effect is limited.
[0003] CN203782434U discloses a water outlet head. The water outlet head comprises a spray pipe and a
spray head for enlarging the spray area, wherein the spray head is fixedly connected
to a water outlet of the spray pipe, the surface of the spray head facing the water
outlet is a water guide surface, a clearance is arranged between the water guide surface
and the water outlet, and the projection of the water outlet on the water guide surface
is located in the water guide surface. The utility model further provides a washing
machine. Through the spray head, instead of flowing out of the spray pipe in the form
of a water column, water is sprayed on clothes in the washing machine through the
clearance between the spray head and the spray pipe in the form of a water film, so
that the water spray area is enlarged, and the clothes in the washing machine can
be soaked in time. Therefore, the clothes can be washed with the minimum amount of
water, which facilitates reasonable water utilization and water conservation.
[0004] US20080000098A1 discloses a drying machine. The drying machine includes a selectively rotatable drum
receiving an object to be dried, a steam supply member having one side connected to
a steam generator and the other side connected to the drum, and a swirler installed
in the steam supply member at a predetermined position for swirling steam flowing
through the steam supply member. A method for controlling the drying machine includes
heating a drum, supplying steam generated in a steam generator into the drum, and
supplying hot air into the drum. The drying machine having the above described configuration
can efficiently eliminate creases of clothes.
SUMMARY
[0005] The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the above technical problems
in the prior art to at least some extent. Accordingly, one objective of the present
disclosure is to provide a sprinkling device for a washing machine, which has advantages
of enhancing a utilization rate of a detergent, decreasing washing time and improving
a washing effect.
[0006] Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a front-loading washing
machine having the sprinkling device.
[0007] In order to achieve the above objectives, embodiments of the present invention provide
a sprinkling device for a washing machine as defined in claim 1. The sprinkling device
includes: a water circulating member, internally provided with a water circulating
passage, in which an upper end face of the water circulating member is provided with
a water inlet in communication with the water circulating passage, and a lower end
face of the water circulating member is provided with a water outlet in communication
with the water circulating passage; a water guide member, disposed below the water
circulating member, and having a tapered water guide surface opposite the water outlet;
and a plurality of shunting members connected equidistantly along a circumferential
direction of the tapered water guide surface, in which lower ends of the plurality
of shunting members are connected to the tapered water guide surface and located between
an apex and an outer circumference of the tapered water guide surface; upper ends
of the plurality of shunting members are connected with the water circulating member
respectively; in which a lower end of the water circulating member is provided with
a connecting ring extending along a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential
surface of the water circulating member, and the upper end of the shunting member
is connected to the connecting ring; and in which the water circulating member, the
connecting ring, the water guide member and the plurality of shunting members are
formed integrally.
[0008] For the sprinkling device according to embodiments of the present disclosure, by
providing the water guide member having the tapered water guide surface, and the plurality
of shunting members, it is possible to sprinkle uniformly in the form of a 360-degree
sheet shape. Compared with the sprinkling device in the related art, the sprinkling
device according to embodiments of the present disclosure has a better sprinkling
effect. Therefore, a door body and a door seal of the washing machine and clothes
therein may be washed simultaneously, such that a detergent is fully dissolved, foam
residue is reduced, and a washing effect is improved while decreasing the washing
time of the clothes.

is configured as a conical surface, and a cross section of the shunting member extends
along a radial direction of the tapered water guide surface.

is configured as a cylindrical passage, and the water inlet is communicated with an

circulating passage coincides with a central axis of the tapered water guide surface.
Thus, it may be ensured that a water flow out of the water outlet is accurately impinged
at the apex of the tapered water guide surface.

has a diameter of 6 to 9 mm, and a distance between the apex of the tapered water

disposed to the cabinet to open or close the clothes access port; and at least one
sprinkling device, configured as a sprinkling device for a washing machine according
to embodiments of the first aspect of the present disclosure, and disposed to the
door seal and located in the cabinet.

aspect of the present disclosure, the front-loading washing machine according to embodiments
of the present disclosure has advantages of a high detergent utilization rate, short
washing time and a better washing effect.

arranged evenly in a circumferential direction of the door seal. Therefore, the water
flow out of the three sprinkling devices may be sprinkled uniformly in the 360 degrees.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

the descriptions. The embodiments described herein with reference to the drawings
are explanatory, which aim to illustrate the present disclosure, but shall not be
construed to limit the present disclosure.

disclosure will be described below with reference to drawings.
[0023] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments of the
present disclosure includes a water circulating member 10, a water guide member 20
and a plurality of shunting members 30.
[0024] The water circulating member 10 internally has a water circulating passage; an upper
end face of the water circulating member 10 is provided with a water inlet 11 in communication
with the water circulating passage, and a lower end face of the water circulating
member is provided with the water inlet 11 in communication with the water circulating
passage (an up-and-down direction as indicated by arrow A in Fig. 1).

surface of the water guide member 20 is configured as a tapered water guide surface
21 opposite to the water outlet 12; and the tapered water guide surface 21 is a tapered
surface projecting in a direction towards the water outlet 12.

guide surface 21 equidistantly along a circumferential direction of the tapered water

distance from the apex and the outer circumference of the tapered water guide surface
21 respectively.
[0027] A sprinkling process of the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments of the present
disclosure will be described below. As shown in Fig. 3 (broken lines in Fig. 3 indicating
a flow direction of a water flow), the water flow enters the water circulating passage
of the water circulating member 10 through the water inlet 11 of the water circulating
member 10, and flows out of the water outlet 12 along the water circulating passage.
The water flow out of the water outlet 12 is impinged at the apex of the tapered water
guide surface 2; the water flow presents a sheet shape after passing by the apex of
the tapered water guide surface 21, and then is scattered out in a number of directions
by encountering with the plurality of shunting members 30; the water flow scattered
in a number of directions converges again when passing by the outer circumference
of the tapered water guide surface 21; finally forming the water flow sprinkled uniformly
in a 360-degree sheet shape.
[0028] For the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments of the present disclosure, by
providing the water guide member 20 having the tapered water guide surface 21, and
the plurality of shunting members 30, it is possible to sprinkle uniformly in the
form of the 360-degree sheet shape. Compared with the sprinkling device in the related
art, the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments of the present disclosure has
a better sprinkling effect. Therefore, a door body and a door seal of the washing
machine and clothes therein may be washed simultaneously, such that a detergent is
fully dissolved, foam residue is reduced, and a washing effect is improved while decreasing
the washing time of the clothes. Thus, the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments
of the present disclosure has advantages of enhancing a utilization rate of the detergent,
reducing the washing time and improving the washing effect.

will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0030] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3,
the sprinkling device 1 according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes
the water circulating member 10, the water guide member 20 and three shunting members
30.
[0031] A lower surface of the water guide member 20 is circular, and the tapered water guide
surface 21 is a conical surface. A cross section of the shunting member 30 extends
along the radial direction of the tapered water guide surface 21, and connection lines,
between two adjacent shunting members 30 and the apex of the tapered water guide surface
21, form an included angle of 120 degrees. Hence, it is possible to improve a guiding
effect of the tapered water guide surface 21 on the water flow, and a shunting effect
of the shunting member 30 on the water flow, thereby further enhancing uniformity
of water sprinkling.
[0032] Further, the water circulating member 10 is configured as a substantially cylindrical
shape; the water circulating passage is configured as a cylindrical passage; the water
inlet 11 is communicated with an upper end of the water circulating passage while
the water outlet 12 is communicated with a lower end of the water circulating passage;
a central axis of the water circulating passage coincides with a central axis of the
tapered water guide surface 21. Therefore, the water flow may be more smooth within
the water circulating passage of the water circulating member 10, and it may be ensured
that the water flow out of the water outlet 12 is accurately impinged at the apex
of the tapered water guide surface 21, thus further improving the sprinkling effect
of the sprinkling device 1.
[0033] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Fig. 2, the water
circulating passage has a diameter of 6 to 9 mm; a distance A between the apex of
the tapered water guide surface 21 and the lower end face of the water circulating
member 10 is 3 to 5 mm; a taper angle B of the tapered water guide surface 21 ranges
from 120° to 130°; a distance C between the lower end of the shunting member 30 and
the outer circumference of the tapered water guide surface 21 is 1.5 to 2.5 mm. Therefore,
it is possible to ensure the sprinkling effect of the sprinkling device 1, and reduce
a volume of the sprinkling device 1 to facilitate installation of the sprinkling device
1 within the washing machine.

water circulating member 10 is provided with a connecting ring 13 extending along
a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential surface of the water circulating
member 10, and the upper ends of the plurality of shunting members 30 are connected
to a lower surface of the connecting ring 13 equidistantly along a circumferential
direction of the connecting ring 13, so as to facilitate connection between the shunting
members 30 and the water circulating member 10 without affecting the shunting effect.

integrally, which can not only enhance an overall structural strength of the sprinkling

located within the cabinet.

1. A sprinkling device (1) for a washing machine, comprising:
a water circulating member (10), internally provided with a water circulating passage,
wherein an upper end face of the water circulating member (10) is provided with a
water inlet (11) in communication with the water circulating passage, and a lower
end face of the water circulating member (10) is provided with a water outlet (12)
in communication with the water circulating passage;
a water guide member (20), disposed below the water circulating member (10), and having
a tapered water guide surface (21) opposite the water outlet (12); and
a plurality of shunting members (30) connected equidistantly along a circumferential
direction of the tapered water guide surface (21),
characterized in that lower ends of the plurality of shunting members (30) are connected to the tapered
water guide surface (21) and located between an apex and an outer circumference of
the tapered water guide surface (21); upper ends of the plurality of shunting members
(30) are connected with the water circulating member (10) respectively,
wherein a lower end of the water circulating member (10) is provided with a connecting
ring (13) extending along a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential
surface of the water circulating member (10), and the upper end of the shunting member
(30) is connected to the connecting ring (13),
wherein the water circulating member (10), the connecting ring (13), the water guide
member (20) and the plurality of shunting members (30) are formed integrally.
2. The sprinkling device (1) according to claim 1, wherein the tapered water guide surface
(21) is configured as a conical surface, and a cross section of the shunting member
(30) extends along a radial direction of the tapered water guide surface (21).
3. The sprinkling device (1) according to claim 2, wherein three shunting members (30)
are provided.
4. The sprinkling device (1) according to claim 2, wherein the water circulating passage
is configured as a cylindrical passage, and the water inlet (11) is communicated with
an upper end of the water circulating passage while the water outlet (12) is communicated
with a lower end of the water circulating passage.
5. The sprinkling device (1) according to claim 4, wherein a central axis of the water
circulating passage coincides with a central axis of the tapered water guide surface
(21).
6. The sprinkling device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water
circulating passage has a diameter of 6 to 9 mm, and a distance between the apex of
the tapered water guide surface (21) and the lower end face of the water circulating
member (10) is 3 to 5 mm.
7. The sprinkling device (1) according to claim 6, wherein a taper angle of the tapered
water guide surface (21) ranges from 120° to 130°, and a distance between the lower
end of each shunting member (30) and the outer circumference of the tapered water
guide surface (21) is 1.5 to 2.5 mm.
8. A front-loading washing machine, comprising:
a cabinet, provided with a clothes access port;
an inner tub, disposed in the cabinet;
a door seal, disposed to the cabinet and surrounding the clothes access port;
a door body, disposed to the cabinet to open or close the clothes access port; and
at least one sprinkling device (1), configured as a sprinkling device (1) for a washing
machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and disposed to the door seal and located
in the cabinet.
9. The front-loading washing machine according to claim 8, wherein three sprinkling devices
(1) are arranged evenly in a circumferential direction of the door seal.

versehen ist;
ein Wasserleitelement (20), das unter dem Wasserumwälzelement (10) angeordnet ist
und eine verjüngte Wasserleitfläche (21) gegenüber von dem Wasserauslass (12) aufweist;
und
eine Vielzahl von Umleitungselementen (30), die äquidistant entlang einer Umfangsrichtung
der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche (21) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass untere Enden der Vielzahl von Umleitungselementen (30) mit der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche
(21) verbunden sind und sich zwischen einer Spitze und einem Außenumfang der verjüngten
Wasserleitfläche (21) befinden; wobei obere Enden der Vielzahl von Umleitungselementen
(30) jeweils mit dem Wasserumwälzelement (10) verbunden sind,
wobei ein unteres Ende des Wasserumwälzelements (10) mit einem Verbindungsring (13)
versehen ist, der sich entlang einer Umfangsrichtung einer äußeren Umfangsoberfläche
des Wasserumwälzelements (10) erstreckt, und das obere Ende des Umleitungselements
(30) mit dem Verbindungsring (13) verbunden ist,
wobei das Wasserumwälzelement (10), der Verbindungsring (13), das Wasserleitelement
(20) und die Vielzahl von Umleitungselementen (30) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
2. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die verjüngte Wasserleitfläche (21) als
kegelförmige Oberfläche konfiguriert ist, und sich ein Querschnitt des Umleitungselements
(30) entlang einer Radialrichtung der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche (21) erstreckt.
3. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei drei Umleitungselemente (30) bereitgestellt
sind.
4. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Wasserumwälzdurchgang als zylindrischer
Durchgang konfiguriert ist und der Wassereinlass (11) mit einem oberen Ende des Wasserumwälzdurchgangs
in Verbindung steht, während der Wasserauslass (12) mit einem unteren Ende des Wasserumwälzdurchgangs
in Verbindung steht.
5. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine Mittelachse des Wasserumwälzdurchgangs
mit einer Mittelachse der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche (21) zusammenfällt.
6. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Wasserumwälzdurchgang
einen Durchmesser von 6 bis 9 mm aufweist und ein Abstand zwischen der Spitze der
verjüngten Wasserleitfläche (21) und der unteren Stirnfläche des Wasserumwälzelements
(10) 3 bis 5 mm beträgt.
7. Sprühvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei ein Kegelwinkel der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche
(21) im Bereich von 120° bis 130° liegt und ein Abstand zwischen dem unteren Ende
jedes Umleitungselements (30) und dem Außenumfang der verjüngten Wasserleitfläche
(21) 1,5 bis 2,5 mm beträgt.
8. Frontlader-Waschmaschine, die Folgendes umfasst:
ein Gehäuse, das mit einer Kleidungszugangsöffnung versehen ist;
einen inneren Trog, der in dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist;
eine Türdichtung, die an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist und die Kleiderzugangsöffnung
umgibt;
einen Türkörper, der an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, um die Kleiderzugangsöffnung zu
öffnen oder zu schließen; und
mindestens eine Sprühvorrichtung (1), die als Sprühvorrichtung (1) für eine Waschmaschine
nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 konfiguriert ist und an der Türdichtung angeordnet
ist und sich in dem Gehäuse befindet.
9. Frontlader-Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 8, wobei drei Sprühvorrichtungen (1) in einer
Umfangsrichtung der Türdichtung gleichmäßig angeordnet sind.

un élément de guidage d'eau (20), disposé sous l'élément de circulation d'eau (10),
et ayant une surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) opposée à la sortie d'eau (12)
; et
une pluralité d'éléments de dérivation (30) reliés à équidistance le long d'une direction
circonférentielle de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21),
caractérisé en ce que des extrémités inférieures de la pluralité d'éléments de dérivation (30) sont reliées
à la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) et situées entre un sommet et une circonférence
externe de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) ; des extrémités supérieures de
la pluralité d'éléments de dérivation (30) sont reliées respectivement à l'élément
de circulation d'eau (10),
dans lequel une extrémité inférieure de l'élément de circulation d'eau (10) est dotée
d'une bague de raccordement (13) s'étendant le long d'une direction circonférentielle
d'une surface circonférentielle externe de l'élément de circulation d'eau (10), et
l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de dérivation (30) est reliée à la bague de raccordement
(13),
dans lequel l'élément de circulation d'eau (10), la bague de raccordement (13), l'élément
de guidage d'eau (20) et la pluralité d'éléments de dérivation (30) sont formés d'un
seul tenant.
2. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface de guidage
d'eau effilée (21) est configurée sous forme d'une surface conique, et une section
transversale de l'élément de dérivation (30) s'étend le long d'une direction radiale
de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21).
3. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel trois éléments de
dérivation (30) sont prévus.
4. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le passage de circulation
d'eau est configuré sous forme d'un passage cylindrique, et l'entrée d'eau (11) est
mise en communication avec une extrémité supérieure du passage de circulation d'eau
tandis que la sortie d'eau (12) est mise en communication avec une extrémité inférieure
du passage de circulation d'eau.
5. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel un axe central du
passage de circulation d'eau coïncide avec un axe central de la surface de guidage
d'eau effilée (21).
6. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel
le passage de circulation d'eau a un diamètre de 6 à 9 mm, et une distance entre le
sommet de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) et la face d'extrémité inférieure
de l'élément de circulation d'eau (10) va de 3 à 5 mm.
7. Dispositif d'aspersion (1) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel un angle de conicité
de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) est compris dans une plage allant de 120°
à 130°, et une distance entre l'extrémité inférieure de chaque élément de dérivation
(30) et la circonférence externe de la surface de guidage d'eau effilée (21) va de
1,5 à 2,5 mm.
8. Machine à laver à chargement frontal, comprenant :
une enceinte, dotée d'une ouverture d'accès pour les vêtements ;
un bac interne, disposé dans l'enceinte ;
un joint de porte, disposé sur l'enceinte et entourant l'ouverture d'accès pour les
vêtements ;
un corps de porte, disposé sur l'enceinte pour ouvrir ou fermer l'ouverture d'accès
pour les vêtements ; et
au moins un dispositif d'aspersion (1), configuré sous forme d'un dispositif d'aspersion
(1) pour une machine à laver selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, et disposé
sur le joint de porte et situé dans l'enceinte.
9. Machine à laver à chargement frontal selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle trois
dispositifs d'aspersion (1) sont agencés de manière régulière dans une direction circonférentielle
du joint de porte.
