(54) CHILDREN'S TENT WITH SAFETY SNAP FASTENER FOR TENT CANVAS TENSION

(57) The invention relates to a children's tent with safety snap fasteners for tightening the tent canvas, which includes four obliquely placed vertical slats (F) connected at the bottom with two horizontal slats (E) and with a horizontal slat (G) at the top, and a tent canvas (P). A safety snap fastener (C) is placed on the vertical slat (F), which connects the wooden construction of the children's tent with the tent canvas (P). By applying the safety snap fasteners (C), a part of the tension force is transferred from the wooden construction of the tent to the tent canvas (P). The tent canvas (P) receives part of the load from the construction and depreciates it. This increases the overall stability of the children's tent.

Description

Field of Technology

[0001] The invention belongs to the field of children's toys, and closer to toy constructions supplied with additional holes.

[0002] The designation according to the International Patent Classification of the field in which the product can be classified is: A63H 33/08.

Technical Problem

[0003] The technical problem to be solved with the invention is: how to construct a children's tent for playing with a simple construction, that is easily and quickly collapsible, and to ensure the stability of the tent.

State of the Art

[0004] From the State of the Art of the patent literature, we are familiar with application CA2185619 published on 17th March 1998 entitled: "A Tent Toy and a Toy Set for Construction Including a Tent Toy". The solution for the tent toy described in the said Canadian application is in the shape of a cone with a flexible tent canvas on the outer surface. The tent is shaped by several poles, which are crossed at the top of the tent at a sharp angle. The other end of the poles is set in a connecting element, which is set on the ground.

[0005] The described solution from the said application is different from the children's tent according to the invention in the outer shape, manner of setting up and connecting the construction poles, as well as in the base of the tent.

[0006] From the patent literature, likewise, there is a known solution protected by utility model CN208799768, published on 30th April 2019. The said patent document protects the solution of building blocks suitable for children. The solution includes four construction rods, interconnected at the top, set obliquely at an angle which is changeable if needed. Each construction rod has a movable support, which achieves the stability of the children's tent.

[0007] This solution is different from the children's tent according to the invention in the shape, manner of setting up and connecting the construction rods and in the manner of solving the stability of the children's tent.

Exposing the Essence of the Invention

[0008] The invention refers to the children's tent with safety snap fasteners. The safety snap fasteners on the construction of the tent have the function of tightening the tent canvas and allow the tension forces to be transferred through them from the wooden construction to the canvas. The setting up of the safety snap fasteners achieves the diagonal transfer of the tension force and thus ensures the stability of the entire children's tent.

[0009] The children's tent according to the invention, comprises four obliquely placed vertical slats interconnected with horizontal wooden slats.

[0010] Safety snap fasteners which connect the vertical slats with the tent canvas are placed on the vertical slats, for the purpose of ensuring the stability of the children's tent.

Detailed description of the invention

[0012] The construction of the children's tent, according to the invention, encompasses four vertical slats F, two of each interconnected at a sharp angle. At the top of the tent, vertical slats F are connected by horizontal slat G. At the bottom of the tent, two horizontal slats E connect two vertical slats F each.

[0013] Vertical slat F in the upper part encompasses groove L in the middle of which there is hole K. Across groove L, two vertical slats F each are interconnected. Groove L also defines the angle at which vertical slats F are crossed.

[0014] Horizontal slat G on its ends, encompasses narrowing J which enters holes K on vertical slats F. The whole connection of vertical slats F and horizontal slats G across narrowing J and hole K is fixed with end M.

[0015] In the lower part, vertical slat F comprises hole O into which narrowing N, made at the ends of horizontal slat E, enters.

[0016] All slats of the children's tent: vertical F and horizontal E and G are made of wood.

[0017] Tent canvas P is crossed over horizontal slat G and covers and encompasses vertical slats F.

[0018] Safety snap fastener C is placed on vertical slat F above hole O. Safety snap fastener C connects vertical slats F with tent canvas P. The position of safety snap fastener C on vertical slat F ensured the connection of vertical slat F with horizontal slat E.

[0019] The layout of the place of four safety snap fasteners C allows the transfer of tension force D diagonally across tent canvas P. By applying safety snap fasteners C, a part of tension force D is transferred from the wooden construction of the tent to tent canvas P. Tent canvas P receives a part of the load from the construction and depreciates it. This increases the overall stability of the children's tent.

[0020] Safety snap fastener C encompasses two parts. Part H of the safety snap fastener which enters vertical slat F and part I which is connected with tent canvas P.

[0021] The children's tent, according to the invention, allows children to use it easily and freely.

[0022] They can carry it freely, move it and use it without any danger that the tent is going to deform or disassemble.
