[0001] The present invention relates to a modular safety ladder, an attachment device for
attaching a modular safety ladder, a modular safety ladder set of parts, a method
for assembly of such a modular safety ladder, a method for attaching such a modular
safety ladder to a structure and a tightening device set of parts.
[0002] Especially the invention relates to a modular safety ladder of the art mentioned
in the opening part of claim 1. A ladder of this kind is e.g., disclosed in
EP 0 468 190 A1 or in
KR 1020040087989 A.
[0003] Modular safety ladders are provided around harbours and on quay sides to prevent
drowning accidents by assisting in rescuing persons from water where the distance
from the water to the nearby safety area e.g., a harbour dock, quay, ship deck, cannot
be passed by the person situated in the water.
[0004] A variety of different modular safety ladders have been suggested in the prior art.
[0005] JP2011122342 A2 describes a ladder for a jetty where light diodes (LED's) are integrated on the surfaces
of a number of projecting parts located between a pair of vertical bar members of
the ladder. The vertical bar member is provided with an arm part connected with a
horizontal plane of the jetty. A solar panel for powering the LED's is provided on
the upper surface of the arm part. The energy from the solar panel is stored in a
storage battery also provided in the arm part. The printed circuit board used for
controlling the lighting of the LED's according to the energy accumulated from the
solar panel is provided in the arm part of the ladder as well.
[0006] WO 2014/075689 A1 discloses a modular safety ladder with light sources designed as light diodes and
integrated in the bars of the ladder. By integrating the light diodes in the bars
of the ladder such that the light diodes are countersunk relative to the surface of
the bas, the light diodes will be automatically protected. While at the same time
using light diodes emitting light in different directions, the safety installation
can be made visible in darkness when viewed from angles encompassing about 180 degrees.
The modular safety ladder comprises a flexible intermediate section, separating the
ladder in an upper and a lower section, so that an exterior force can deflect the
lower section of the ladder, without thereby bending the ladder on its upper section
and damaging the lower section, since the exterior force will only influence the ladder
section to deflection through the flexible section.
[0007] Referring to
WO 2014/075689 A1 it has previously been achieved to create a modular safety ladder that may accommodate
for a minor deflection of said ladder in a vertical direction e.g., due to ice packs.
[0008] These solutions may be adequate on structures such as quay sides where the structure
surface is approximately vertical. However, some modular safety ladders should be
mounted on structures having angled shapes and at the same time live up to requirements
to robustness, visibility, and lifespan.
[0009] Furthermore, modular ladders are often cumbersome and expensive to manufacture and
assemble.
Summary of the invention
[0010] On this background it may be an object of the present invention to improve a modular
safety ladder as initially described and/or to alleviate, reduce or solve the problems
and issues in the prior art.
[0011] Other objects of the invention may include to provide an attachment device for attaching
a modular safety ladder, a method for attachment of a modular safety ladder, and a
modular safety ladder set of parts comprising such a modular safety ladder.
[0012] Another object of the invention is to provide a simpler/lower cost method for manufacture
and/or method of assembly of a modular safety ladder.
[0013] These and further objects may be met by the invention, which, according to a first
aspect, relates to a modular safety ladder comprising
a number of rungs connecting a first and a second guide rail, and
an upper ladder module and a lower ladder module,
said modular safety ladder being able to be arranged in an un-assembled configuration,
in which said upper ladder module is un-attached to said lower ladder module, and
an assembled configuration, in which said upper ladder module is attached to said
lower ladder module,
wherein each ladder module comprises
a first and a second guide rail portion, and
a rung connecting the first and second guide rail portions, and
a tightening device which in the assembled configuration upon activation pulls said
ladder modules towards each other,
wherein the modular safety ladder further comprises
a spacer, the spacer in the assembled configuration being positioned to space apart
the first guide rail portion of the upper ladder module from the first guide rail
portion of the lower ladder module,
wherein a collar part of the spacer in the assembled configuration is positioned between
a surface of the first guide rail portion of the upper ladder module and an opposite
surface of the first guide rail portion of the lower ladder module so that tightening
of the tightening device will squeeze or pinch or compress said collar part of the
spacer between said surfaces,
the spacer comprising an upper protrusion, wherein at least a part of the upper protrusion
is arranged in a first support member channel of the upper ladder module when the
modular safety ladder is arranged in the assembled configuration,
the spacer comprising a lower protrusion, wherein at least a part of the lower protrusion
is arranged in a first support member channel of the lower ladder module when the
modular safety ladder is arranged in the assembled configuration, and
the spacer comprising the collar part, said lower and upper protrusions extending
in opposite directions away from said collar part.
[0014] The spacer separates the ladder modules from each other and may act as a pressure
absorber when forces act on the ladder modules. When the modular safety ladder is
tightened, the spacer may assist in providing a tight and stiff modular safety ladder,
even when position on structures with angled surfaces.
[0015] Furthermore, the shape e.g., height and/or angle of the spacer may be varied depending
on desire. This enables the modular safety ladder to be positioned on uneven surfaces
with varying slopes, which are often the case in quays/wharfs.
[0016] By providing a modular safety ladder that may accommodate for different profiles
in different structural settings, a more versatile modular safety ladder is provided,
that may be used in any setting where prior art non-modular, straight ladders cannot
be used.
[0017] When the tightening device is operated to tighten the ladder modules to each other,
the spacer will experience a force from each ladder module that said spacer is arranged
between. Due to the flexibility and resiliency of the spacer, the spacer will deform.
This deformation results in a spring force as the resilient material will attempt
to restore its original shape. The spring force may assist in maintaining the tightening
of the modular safety ladder.
[0018] The spacer may be an element that is deformable under the influence of a particular
force and/or capable of recoiling back into substantially its original shape once
the particular force is removed.

axis extending in an axial direction, with a radial direction extending radially from

the assembled configuration is positioned between a surface of the first guide rail
portion (10, 110) of the upper ladder module (100) and an opposite surface of the
first guide rail portion (10, 110) of the lower ladder module (700) so that tightening
of the tightening device (300) will squeeze or pinch or compress said collar part
(217, 247) of the spacer between said surfaces,
the spacer (210, 220, 230, 240) comprising an upper protrusion (243), wherein at least
a part of the upper protrusion (243) is arranged in a first support member channel
(113, 127) of the upper ladder module (100) when the modular safety ladder is arranged
in the assembled configuration,
the spacer comprising a lower protrusion (245), wherein at least a part of the lower
protrusion (245) is arranged in a first support member channel (727) of the lower
ladder module (700) when the modular safety ladder is arranged in the assembled configuration,
and
the spacer (240) comprising the collar part (247), said lower and upper protrusions
(243, 245) extending in opposite directions away from said collar part (247).
2. A modular safety ladder according to claim 1, wherein the modular safety ladder further
comprises a connection member (400) extending along the guide rail and connected to
said tightening device (300).
3. A modular safety ladder according to claim 2, wherein the modular safety ladder comprises
four connection members (400).
4. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the modular
safety ladder further comprises a light unit (600), preferably solar powered, and
adapted to illuminate the modular safety ladder, preferably the rungs, during periods
with low visibility such as at night or with bad weather.
5. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the spacer
(200, 210, 220, 230, 240) comprises a through hole (241), the first guide rail portion
(10, 110) comprises a first support member (111) having the first support member channel
(113) and the second guide rail portion (20, 120) comprises a third support member
(121) having a third support member channel (123), so that when the modular safety
ladder is arranged in the assembled configuration, the upper ladder module (100),
the lower ladder module (700) and the spacer (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) is preferably
strung on the connection member (400) in the assembled configuration of the modular
safety ladder.
6. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the ladder
module (100) is manufactured in one piece, preferably by injection moulding.
7. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the first
support member channel (113, 127) of the upper ladder module (100) and/or the first
support member channel of the lower ladder module (700) have/has a substantially drop
shaped cross-section, preferably the upper protrusion (241) and/or the lower protrusion
(245) of said spacer (240) have/has a substantially drop shaped cross-section, so
as to match the shape of the first support member channel (113) and provide a frictional
fit, when the protrusion is inserted into the channel in the assembled configuration
of said modular safety ladder.
8. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the ladder
module (100) is manufactured from at least 10 %, at least 20 %, at least 30 %, at
least 40 %, at least 50 %, at least 60 %, at least 70 %, at least 80 %, at least 90
% or at least 95 % of polypropylene (PP), preferably glass reinforced polypropylene
(PP), or polyamide (PA), preferably glass reinforced polyamide (PA).
9. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the spacer
(200, 210, 220, 230, 240) is manufactured from a material comprising at least 10 %,
at least 20 %, at least 30 %, at least 40 %, at least 50 %, at least 60 %, at least
70 %, at least 80 %, at least 90 % or at least 95 % of a rubber material and/or a
rubber compound and/or a material or a combination of materials selected from the
group consisting of silicone, silicone rubber, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, TPE,
PTFE, EPDM, HBNR, neoprene, polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, polystyrene and nylon/polyamide.
10. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the first
guide rail portion (110) comprises a first and a second support member (111, 115)
preferably having a first and a second support member channel (113, 117), and/or the
second guide rail portion (120) comprises a third and a fourth support member (121,
125) preferably having a third and a fourth support member channel (123, 127), and/or
at least two spacers, preferably four spacers, (200, 210, 220, 230, 240).
11. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, further comprising
a plug (800) connected to the connection member (400), the plug, in the assembled
configuration of the modular safety ladder, is arranged in the first support member
channel (113) of the upper ladder module (100).
12. A modular safety ladder according to claim 11, wherein the plug (800) comprises a
head (801) and a body (802) with a through hole (803), the body of said plug is preferably
arranged in the upper part of the first support member channel (113).
13. A modular safety ladder according to any one of claims 11 - 12, wherein a part of
the plug (800), preferably the body (802) of said plug, has a substantially drop shaped
cross-section, so as to match the shape of the first support member channel (113)
and provide a snug fit, when said part is inserted into the support member channel
in the assembled configuration of the modular safety ladder.
14. A modular safety ladder according to any one of the previous claims, wherein the tightening
device (300) comprises a thread element (310), a through hole (315), a bushing (320)
and a nut (330), the through hole preferably extending though the thread element,
so that the connection member may extend through said through hole of the thread elements,
when the modular safety ladder is in the assembled configuration.
15. A modular safety ladder set of parts comprising
a modular safety ladder according to any one of claims 1 - 14, and preferably an attachment
device comprising
a bracket (510) adapted to be attached to said desired structure,
a clamp (520), preferably two clamps, each clamp comprising a gripping part (521),
said gripping part being shaped so as to be able to grip a part of the modular safety
ladder having a structured surface (112, 122), and
a base part (525) attached to said gripping part (521) and adapted to be secured to
said bracket (510),
wherein a structured surface of the gripping part (521) is shaped so as to substantially
match the shape of said part of the modular safety ladder, so that the gripping part
fixates the modular safety ladder, when the modular safety ladder is mounted to the
attachment device.
16. Method for assembly of a modular safety ladder comprising the steps of
- providing said modular safety ladder according to any one of claims 1 - 14,
- positioning the spacer (200) to space apart the first guide rail portion of the
upper ladder module (100) from the first guide rail portion of the lower ladder module
(700), wherein at least a part (247) of the spacer in the assembled configuration
is positioned between a surface of the first guide rail portion of the upper ladder
module (100) and an opposite surface of the first guide rail portion of the lower
ladder module (700), and
- activating said tightening device (300) to pull said ladder modules towards each
other, so that said tightening of the tightening device squeezes or pinches or compresses
said at least a part (247) of the spacer between said surfaces.
17. Method for attaching the modular safety ladder according to any one of claims 1 -
14 to a structure such as a quay or wharf by means of an attachment device, comprising
the steps of
- providing said modular safety ladder according to any one of claims 1-14 having
a ladder module with a structured surface,
- providing said attachment device comprising
a bracket (510) adapted to be attached to said desired structure,
a clamp (521), preferably two clamps, each clamp comprising a gripping part, said
gripping part being shaped so as to be able to grip a part of the modular safety ladder
having a structured surface (112, 122), and
a base part (525) attached to said gripping part (521) and adapted to be secured to
said bracket,
wherein a structured surface of the gripping part is shaped so as to substantially
match the shape of said part of the modular safety ladder, so that the gripping part
fixates the modular safety ladder, when the modular safety ladder is mounted to the
attachment device,
- attaching the bracket on said structure,
- attaching two clamps on opposite sides of the bracket,
- positioning the ladder module so that a part of the support member with a structured
surface is arranged inside the gripping part of the clamp, and
- tightening the clamps, so that the as to secure the ladder module in a fixed position,
wherein a structured surface of the gripping part is shaped so as to substantially
match the shape of said part of the modular safety ladder, so that the gripping part
fixates the modular safety ladder, when the modular safety ladder is mounted to the
attachment device.
18. A tightening device set of parts for tightening an upper ladder module (100) and a
lower ladder module (700), said modules being able to be arranged in an un-assembled
configuration, in which said upper ladder module is un-attached to said lower ladder
module, and an assembled configuration, in which said upper ladder module is attached
to said lower ladder module, the tightening device set of parts comprising:
the upper ladder module (100) and the lower ladder module (700), said modules being
able to be arranged in an un-assembled configuration, in which said upper ladder module
is un-attached to said lower ladder module, and an assembled configuration, in which
said upper ladder module is attached to said lower ladder module;
a tightening device (300);
a connection member (400) extending along the modules and connected to said tightening
device;
a spacer (200), the spacer in the assembled configuration being positioned to space
apart the modules the spacer comprising an upper protrusion (243), wherein at least
a part of the upper protrusion (243) is arranged in said first support member channel
(113, 127) of the upper ladder module (100) when the modular safety ladder is arranged
in the assembled configuration, the spacer comprising a lower protrusion (245), wherein
at least a part of the lower protrusion (245) is arranged in said first support member
channel (727) of the lower ladder module (700) when the modular safety ladder is arranged
in the assembled configuration, and the spacer (240) comprising a collar part (247),
said lower and upper protrusions (243, 245) extending in opposite directions away
from said collar part (247);
wherein the tightening device (300) in the assembled configuration upon activation
pulls said ladder modules towards each other, wherein the collar part (247) of the
spacer in the assembled configuration is positioned between a surface of the upper
ladder module (100) and an opposite surface of the lower ladder module (700) so that
tightening of the tightening device (300) will squeeze or pinch or compress said collar
part (247) of the spacer between said surfaces.
1. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter, Folgendes umfassend:
mehrere Sprossen (130), die eine erste und eine zweite Führungsschiene (10, 110, 20,
120) miteinander verbinden, und
ein oberes Leitermodul (100) und ein unteres Leitermodul (700),
wobei die modulare Sicherheitsleiter dazu funktionsfähig ist, in einer unmontierten
Konfiguration, in der das obere Leitermodul (100) nicht an dem unteren Leitermodul
(700) befestigt ist, und einer montierten Konfiguration, in der das obere Leitermodul
(100) an dem unteren Leitermodul (700) befestigt ist, angeordnet zu sein,
wobei jedes Leitermodul (100, 700) Folgendes umfasst:
einen ersten und einen zweiten Führungsschienenabschnitt (10, 110, 20, 120) und
eine Sprosse (130), die den ersten und zweiten Führungsschienenabschnitt (10, 110,
20, 120) miteinander verbindet, und
eine Anziehvorrichtung (300), die bei Aktivierung in der montierten Konfiguration
die Leitermodule (100, 700) zusammenzieht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die modulare Sicherheitsleiter ferner Folgendes umfasst:
einen Abstandhalter (200, 210, 220, 230, 240), wobei der Abstandhalter in der montierten
Konfiguration dazu positioniert ist, den ersten Führungsschienenabschnitt (10, 110)
des oberen Leitermoduls (100) vom ersten Führungsschienenabschnitt (10, 110) des unteren
Leitermoduls (700) zu beabstanden, wobei ein Manschettenteil (217, 247) des Abstandhalters
(200, 210, 220, 230, 240) in der montierten Konfiguration zwischen einer Fläche des
ersten Führungsschienenabschnitts (10, 110) des oberen Leitermoduls (100) und einer
entgegengesetzten Fläche des ersten Führungsschienenabschnitts (10, 110) des unteren
Leitermoduls (700) positioniert ist, sodass das Anziehen der Anziehvorrichtung (300)
den Manschettenteil (217, 247) des Abstandhalters zwischen den Flächen einzwängt oder
einklemmt oder zusammendrückt,
wobei der Abstandhalter (210, 220, 230, 240) einen oberen Vorsprung (243) umfasst,
wobei zumindest ein Teil des oberen Vorsprungs (243) in einem ersten Stützelementkanal
(113, 127) des oberen Leitermoduls (100) angeordnet ist, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter
in der montierten Konfiguration angeordnet ist,
wobei der Abstandhalter einen unteren Vorsprung (245) umfasst, wobei zumindest ein
Teil des unteren Vorsprungs (245) in einem ersten Stützelementkanal (727) des unteren
Leitermoduls (700) angeordnet ist, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter in der montierten
Konfiguration angeordnet ist, und
wobei der Abstandhalter (240) den Manschettenteil (247) umfasst, wobei sich der untere
und obere Vorsprung (243, 245) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen vom Manschettenteil
(247) weg erstrecken.
2. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die modulare Sicherheitsleiter ferner
ein Verbindungselement (400) umfasst, das sich entlang der Führungsschiene erstreckt
und mit der Anziehvorrichtung (300) verbunden ist.
3. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach Anspruch 2, wobei die modulare Sicherheitsleiter vier
Verbindungselemente (400) umfasst.
4. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die modulare
Sicherheitsleiter ferner eine Beleuchtungseinheit (600), vorzugsweise mit Solarenergie,
umfasst, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die modulare Sicherheitsleiter, vorzugsweise die
Sprossen, in Zeiträumen mit schlechter Sicht, zum Beispiel nachts oder bei schlechtem
Wetter, zu beleuchten.
5. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abstandhalter
(200, 210, 220, 230, 240) eine Durchgangsbohrung (241) umfasst, wobei der erste Führungsschienenabschnitt
(10, 110) ein erstes Stützelement (111) umfasst, das den ersten Stützelementkanal
(113) aufweist, und der zweite Führungsschienenabschnitt (20, 120) ein drittes Stützelement
(121) umfasst, das einen dritten Stützelementkanal (123) aufweist, sodass, wenn die
modulare Sicherheitsleiter in der montierten Konfiguration angeordnet ist, das obere
Leitermodul (100), das untere Leitermodul (700) und der Abstandhalter (200, 210, 220,
230, 240) vorzugsweise in der montierten Konfiguration der modularen Sicherheitsleiter
auf dem Verbindungselement (400) aufgereiht sind.
6. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Leitermodul
(100) einstückig gefertigt ist, vorzugsweise durch Spritzgießen.
7. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste
Stützelementkanal (113, 127) des oberen Leitermoduls (100) und/oder der erste Stützelementkanal
des unteren Leitermoduls (700) einen im Wesentlichen tropfenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist/aufweisen,
vorzugsweise wobei der obere Vorsprung (241) und/oder der untere Vorsprung (245) des
Abstandhalters (240) einen im Wesentlichen tropfenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist/aufweisen,
um zur Form des ersten Stützelementkanals (113) zu passen und einen Reibschluss vorzusehen,
wenn der Vorsprung in der montierten Konfiguration der modularen Sicherheitsleiter
in den Kanal eingesetzt ist.
8. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Leitermodul
(100) aus mindestens 10 %, mindestens 20 %, mindestens 30 %, mindestens 40 %, mindestens
50 %, mindestens 60 %, mindestens 70 %, mindestens 80 %, mindestens 90 % oder mindestens
95 % Polypropylen (PR), vorzugsweise glasfaserverstärktem Polypropylen (PR), oder
Polyamid (PA), vorzugsweise glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid (PA), gefertigt ist.
9. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abstandhalter
(200, 210, 220, 230, 240) aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das mindestens 10 %, mindestens
20 %, mindestens 30 %, mindestens 40 %, mindestens 50 %, mindestens 60 %, mindestens
70 %, mindestens 80 %, mindestens 90 % oder mindestens 95 % eines Kautschukmaterials
und/oder eines Kautschukverbundmaterials und/oder eines Materials oder einer Kombination
von Materialien, die aus der folgenden Gruppe ausgewählt sind, umfasst: Silikon, Silikonkautschuk,
Naturkautschuk, Kunstkautschuk, TPE, PTFE, EPDM, HBNR, Neopren, Polyethylen, Polypropylen,
HDPE, Polystyrol und Nylon/Polyamid.
10. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste
Führungsschienenabschnitt (110) ein erstes und ein zweites Stützelement (111, 115)
umfasst, die vorzugsweise einen ersten und einen zweiten Stützelementkanal (113, 117)
aufweisen, und/oder wobei der zweite Führungsschienenabschnitt (120) ein drittes und
ein viertes Stützelement (121, 125) umfasst, die vorzugsweise einen dritten und einen
vierten Stützelementkanal (123, 127) und/oder mindestens zwei Abstandhalter, vorzugsweise
vier Abstandhalter (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) aufweisen.
11. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend,
einen Stopfen (800), der mit dem Verbindungselement (400) verbunden ist, wobei der
Stopfen in der montierten Konfiguration der modularen Sicherheitsleiter in dem ersten
Stützelementkanal (113) des oberen Leitermoduls (100) angeordnet ist.
12. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Stopfen (800) einen Kopf (801)
und einen Körper (802) mit einer Durchgangsbohrung (803) umfasst, wobei der Körper
des Stopfens vorzugsweise im oberen Teil des ersten Stützelementkanals (113) angeordnet
ist.
13. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 11-12, wobei ein Teil des Stopfens
(800), vorzugsweise der Körper (802) des Stopfens, einen im Wesentlichen tropfenförmigen
Querschnitt aufweist, um zur Form des ersten Stützelementkanals (113) zu passen und
einen Passsitz vorzusehen, wenn der Teil in der montierten Konfiguration der modularen
Sicherheitsleiter in den Stützelementkanal eingesetzt ist.
14. Modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anziehvorrichtung
(300) ein Gewindeelement (310), eine Durchgangsbohrung (315), eine Buchse (320) und
eine Mutter (330) umfasst, wobei sich die Durchgangsbohrung vorzugsweise durch das
Gewindeelement erstreckt, sodass sich das Verbindungselement durch die Durchgangsbohrung
der Gewindeelemente erstrecken kann, wenn sich die modulare Sicherheitsleiter in der
montierten Konfiguration befindet.
15. Teilesatz einer modularen Sicherheitsleiter, Folgendes umfassend:
eine modulare Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-14 und vorzugsweise eine
Befestigungsvorrichtung, Folgendes umfassend:
eine Halterung (510), die dazu eingerichtet ist, an der gewünschten Struktur befestigt
zu sein,
eine Klammer (520), vorzugsweise zwei Klammern, wobei jede Klammer einen Greifteil
(521) umfasst, wobei der Greifteil geformt ist, um einen Teil der modularen Sicherheitsleiter,
der eine strukturierte Fläche (112, 122) aufweist, greifen zu können, und
einen Basisteil (525), der an dem Greifteil (521) befestigt und dazu eingerichtet
ist, an der Halterung (510) angebracht zu werden,
wobei eine strukturierte Fläche des Greifteils (521) geformt ist, um im Wesentlichen
zur Form des Teils der modularen Sicherheitsleiter zu passen, sodass der Greifteil
die modulare Sicherheitsleiter fixiert, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter an der
Befestigungsvorrichtung montiert ist.
16. Verfahren zur Montage einer modularen Sicherheitsleiter, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
- Vorsehen der modularen Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-14,
- Positionieren des Abstandhalters (200), um den ersten Führungsschienenabschnitt
des oberen Leitermoduls (100) vom ersten Führungsschienenabschnitt des unteren Leitermoduls
(700) zu beabstanden, wobei zumindest ein Teil (247) des Abstandhalters in der montierten
Konfiguration zwischen einer Fläche des ersten Führungsschienenabschnitts des oberen
Leitermoduls (100) und einer entgegengesetzten Fläche des ersten Führungsschienenabschnitts
des unteren Leitermoduls (700) positioniert ist, und
- Aktivieren der Anziehvorrichtung (300), um die Leitermodule zusammenzuziehen, sodass
das Anziehen der Anziehvorrichtung den mindestens einen Teil (247) des Abstandhalters
zwischen den Flächen einzwängt oder einklemmt oder zusammendrückt.
17. Verfahren zum Befestigen der modularen Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der Ansprüche
1-14 an einer Struktur, zum Beispiel einem Kai oder einem Hafendamm mittels einer
Befestigungsvorrichtung, die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
- Vorsehen der modularen Sicherheitsleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-14, aufweisend
ein Leitermodul mit einer strukturierten Fläche,
- Vorsehen der Befestigungsvorrichtung, Folgendes umfassend:
eine Halterung (510), die dazu eingerichtet ist, an der gewünschten Struktur befestigt
zu sein,
eine Klammer (521), vorzugsweise zwei Klammern, wobei jede Klammer einen Greifteil
umfasst, wobei der Greifteil geformt ist, um einen Teil der modularen Sicherheitsleiter,
der eine strukturierte Fläche (112, 122) aufweist, greifen zu können, und
einen Basisteil (525), der an dem Greifteil (521) befestigt und dazu eingerichtet
ist, an der Halterung angebracht zu werden,
wobei eine strukturierte Fläche des Greifteils geformt ist, um im Wesentlichen zur
Form des Teils der modularen Sicherheitsleiter zu passen, sodass der Greifteil die
modulare Sicherheitsleiter fixiert, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter an der Befestigungsvorrichtung
montiert ist,
- Befestigen der Halterung an der Struktur,
- Befestigen zweier Klammern an entgegengesetzten Seiten der Halterung,
- Positionieren des Leitermoduls derart, dass ein Teil des Stützelements mit einer
strukturierten Fläche innerhalb des Greifteils der Klammer angeordnet ist, und
- Anziehen der Klammern, um das Leitermodul in einer fixierten Position anzubringen,
wobei eine strukturierte Fläche des Greifteils geformt ist, um im Wesentlichen zur
Form des Teils der modularen Sicherheitsleiter zu passen, sodass der Greifteil die
modulare Sicherheitsleiter fixiert, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter an der Befestigungsvorrichtung
montiert ist.
18. Teilesatz einer Anziehvorrichtung zum Anziehen eines oberen Leitermoduls (100) und
eines unteren Leitermoduls (700), wobei die Module dazu funktionsfähig sind, in einer
unmontierten Konfiguration, in der das obere Leitermodul nicht an dem unteren Leitermodul
befestigt ist, und einer montierten Konfiguration, in der das obere Leitermodul an
dem unteren Leitermodul befestigt ist, angeordnet zu sein, wobei der Teilesatz der
Anziehvorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
das obere Leitermodul (100) und das untere Leitermodul (700), wobei die Module dazu
funktionsfähig sind, in einer unmontierten Konfiguration, in der das obere Leitermodul
nicht an dem unteren Leitermodul befestigt ist, und einer montierten Konfiguration,
in der das obere Leitermodul an dem unteren Leitermodul befestigt ist, angeordnet
zu sein;
eine Anziehvorrichtung (300);
ein Verbindungselement (400), das sich entlang der Module erstreckt und mit der Anziehvorrichtung
verbunden ist;
einen Abstandhalter (200), wobei der Abstandhalter in der montierten Konfiguration
positioniert ist, um die Module zu beabstanden, wobei der Abstandhalter einen oberen
Vorsprung (243) umfasst, wobei zumindest ein Teil des oberen Vorsprungs (243) in dem
ersten Stützelementkanal (113, 127) des oberen Leitermoduls (100) angeordnet ist,
wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter in der montierten Konfiguration angeordnet ist,
wobei der Abstandhalter einen unteren Vorsprung (245) umfasst, wobei zumindest ein
Teil des unteren Vorsprungs (245) in dem ersten Stützelementkanal (727) des unteren
Leitermoduls (700) angeordnet ist, wenn die modulare Sicherheitsleiter in der montierten
Konfiguration angeordnet ist, und wobei der Abstandhalter (240) einen Manschettenteil
(247) umfasst, wobei sich der untere und obere Vorsprung (243, 245) in entgegengesetzte
Richtungen vom Manschettenteil (247) weg erstrecken;
wobei die Anziehvorrichtung (300) bei Aktivierung in der montierten Konfiguration
die Leitermodule zusammenzieht, wobei der Manschettenteil (247) des Abstandhalters
in der montierten Konfiguration zwischen einer Fläche des oberen Leitermoduls (100)
und einer entgegengesetzten Fläche des unteren Leitermoduls (700) positioniert ist,
sodass das Anziehen der Anziehvorrichtung (300) den Manschettenteil (247) des Abstandhalters
zwischen den Flächen einzwängt oder einklemmt oder zusammendrückt.
1. Échelle de sécurité modulaire comprenant
un certain nombre de barreaux (130) raccordant des premier et second montants (10,
110, 20, 120) et
un module d'échelle supérieur (100) et un module d'échelle inférieur (700),
ladite échelle de sécurité modulaire étant apte à être disposée dans une configuration
non assemblée, dans laquelle ledit module d'échelle supérieur (100) n'est pas attaché
audit module d'échelle inférieur (700), et une configuration assemblée, dans laquelle
ledit module d'échelle supérieur (100) est attaché audit module d'échelle inférieur
(700),
chaque module d'échelle (100, 700) comprenant
des première et seconde parties de montant (10, 110, 20, 120) et
un barreau (130) raccordant les première et seconde parties de montant (10, 110, 20,
120) et
un dispositif de serrage (300) qui, dans la configuration assemblée, à la suite de
son activation, tire lesdits modules d'échelle (100, 700) l'un vers l'autre,
caractérisée en ce que l'échelle de sécurité modulaire comprend, en outre,
une entretoise (200, 210, 220, 230, 240), l'entretoise étant placée, dans la configuration
assemblée, de façon à espacer la première partie de montant (10, 110) du module d'échelle
supérieur (100) de la première partie de montant (10, 110) du module d'échelle inférieur
(700), une partie collier (217, 247) de l'entretoise (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) étant
placée, dans la configuration assemblée, entre une surface de la première partie de
montant (10, 110) du module d'échelle supérieur (100) et une surface opposée de la
première partie de montant (10, 110) du module d'échelle inférieur (700) de telle
sorte qu'un serrage du dispositif de serrage (300) va presser ou pincer ou comprimer
ladite partie collier (217, 247) de l'entretoise entre lesdites surfaces,
l'entretoise (210, 220, 230, 240) comprenant une proéminence supérieure (243), au
moins une partie de la proéminence supérieure (243) étant placée dans un canal de
premier élément de support (113, 127) du module d'échelle supérieur (100) lorsque
l'échelle de sécurité modulaire est disposée dans la configuration assemblée,
l'entretoise comprenant une proéminence inférieure (245), au moins une partie de la
proéminence inférieure (245) étant placée dans un canal de premier élément de support
(727) du module d'échelle inférieur (700) lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
est disposée dans la configuration assemblée, et
l'entretoise (240) comprenant la partie collier (247), lesdites proéminences inférieure
et supérieure (243, 245) s'étendant dans des directions opposées s'éloignant de ladite
partie collier (247).
2. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon la revendication 1, l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
comprenant, en outre, un élément de raccordement (400) s'étendant le long du montant
et raccordé audit dispositif de serrage (300).
3. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon la revendication 2, l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
comprenant quatre éléments de raccordement (400).
4. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
l'échelle de sécurité modulaire comprenant, en outre, une unité lumineuse (600), de
préférence à énergie solaire, et propre à éclairer l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
de préférence les barreaux, pendant des périodes de faible visibilité comme la nuit
ou en cas de mauvais temps.
5. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle l'entretoise (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) comprend un trou débouchant (241),
la première partie de montant (10, 110) comprend un premier élément de support (111)
comportant le canal de premier élément de support (113) et la seconde partie de montant
(20, 120) comprend un troisième élément de support (121) comportant un canal de troisième
élément de support (123), de telle sorte que, lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
est disposée dans la configuration assemblée, le module d'échelle supérieur (100),
le module d'échelle inférieur (700) et l'entretoise (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) sont,
de préférence, enfilés sur l'élément de raccordement (400) dans la configuration assemblée
de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire.
6. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle le module d'échelle (100) est fabriqué sous la forme d'une seule pièce,
de préférence par moulage par injection.
7. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle le canal de premier élément de support (113, 127) du module d'échelle
supérieur (100) et/ou le canal de premier élément de support du module d'échelle inférieur
(700) présente(nt) une section transversale sensiblement piriforme, de préférence
la proéminence supérieure (241) et/ou la proéminence inférieure (245) de ladite entretoise
(240) présente(nt) une section transversale sensiblement piriforme, de façon à correspondre
à la forme du canal de premier élément de support (113) et à créer un ajustement serré
lorsque la proéminence est insérée dans le canal, dans la configuration assemblée
de ladite échelle modulaire.
8. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle le module d'échelle (100) est fabriqué à partir d'au moins 10 %, au
moins 20 %, au moins 30 %, au moins 40 %, au moins 50 %, au moins 60 %, au moins 70
%, au moins 80 %, au moins 90 % ou au moins 95 % de polypropylène (PP), de préférence
de polypropylène (PP) renforcé à la fibre de verre, ou de polyamide (PA), de préférence
de polyamide (PA) renforcé à la fibre de verre.
9. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle l'entretoise (200, 210, 220, 230, 240) est fabriquée à partir d'un matériau
comprenant au moins 10 %, au moins 20 %, au moins 30 %, au moins 40 %, au moins 50
%, au moins 60 %, au moins 70 %, au moins 80 %, au moins 90 % ou au moins 95 % d'un
matériau de caoutchouc et/ou d'un composé de caoutchouc et/ou d'un matériau ou d'une
combinaison de matériaux choisis dans le groupe constitué de silicone, caoutchouc
de silicone, caoutchouc naturel, caoutchouc synthétique, TPE, PTFE, EPDM, HNBR, néoprène,
polyéthylène, polypropylène, HDPE, polystyrène et nylon/polyamide.
10. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle la première partie de montant (110) comprend des premier et second éléments
de support (111, 115) comportant, de préférence, des canaux de premier et second éléments
de support (113, 117), et/ou la seconde partie de montant (120) comprend des troisième
et quatrième éléments de support (121, 125) comportant, de préférence, des canaux
de troisième et quatrième éléments de support (123, 127), et/ou au moins deux entretoises,
de préférence quatre entretoises (200, 210, 220, 230, 240).
11. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
comprenant, en outre, un bouchon (800) raccordé à l'élément de raccordement (400),
le bouchon étant placé, dans la configuration assemblée de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
dans le canal de premier élément de support (113) du module d'échelle supérieur (100).
12. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le bouchon
(800) comprend une tête (801) et un corps (802) comportant un trou débouchant (803),
le corps dudit bouchon étant, de préférence, placé dans la partie supérieure du canal
de premier élément de support (113).
13. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 et 12,
dans laquelle une partie du bouchon (800), de préférence le corps (802) dudit bouchon,
présente une section transversale sensiblement piriforme, de façon à correspondre
à la forme du canal de premier élément de support (113) et à créer un ajustement serré
lorsque ladite partie est insérée dans le canal d'élément de support, dans la configuration
assemblée de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire.
14. Échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans laquelle le dispositif de serrage (300) comprend un élément fileté (310), un
trou débouchant (315), une bague (320) et un écrou (330), le trou débouchant s'étendant,
de préférence, à travers l'élément fileté, de telle sorte que l'élément de raccordement
peut s'étendre à travers ledit trou débouchant des éléments filetés, lorsque l'échelle
de sécurité modulaire se trouve dans la configuration assemblée.
15. Ensemble de pièces d'échelle de sécurité modulaire comprenant
une échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14,
et
de préférence, un dispositif de fixation comprenant
un support (510) propre à être fixé à ladite structure souhaitée,
un élément de retenue (520), de préférence deux éléments de retenue, chaque élément
de retenue comprenant une partie d'accrochage (521), ladite partie d'accrochage étant
dotée d'une forme lui permettant de s'accrocher à une partie de l'échelle de sécurité
modulaire comportant une surface structurée (112, 122) et
une partie base (525) attachée à ladite partie d'accrochage (521) et propre à être
assujettie audit support (510),
dans laquelle une surface structurée de la partie d'accrochage (521) est dotée d'une
forme conçue pour correspondre sensiblement à la forme de ladite partie de l'échelle
de sécurité modulaire, de telle sorte que la partie d'accrochage immobilise l'échelle
de sécurité modulaire, lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire est installée sur le
dispositif de fixation.
16. Procédé d'assemblage d'une échelle de sécurité modulaire comprenant les étapes suivantes
:
- préparer ladite échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications
1 à 14,
- placer l'entretoise (200) de façon à espacer la première partie de montant du module
d'échelle supérieur (100) de la première partie de montant du module d'échelle inférieur
(700), au moins une partie (247) de l'entretoise étant placée, dans la configuration
assemblée, entre une surface de la première partie de montant du module d'échelle
supérieur (100) et une surface opposée de la première partie de montant du module
d'échelle inférieur (700) et
- activer ledit dispositif de serrage (300) pour tirer lesdits modules d'échelle l'un
vers l'autre, de telle sorte que ledit serrage du dispositif de serrage presse ou
pince ou comprime ladite au moins une partie (247) de l'entretoise entre lesdites
surfaces.
17. Procédé de fixation de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des
revendications 1 à 14 à une structure telle qu'un wharf ou un quai au moyen d'un dispositif
de fixation, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
- préparer ladite échelle de sécurité modulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications
1 à 14, comportant un module d'échelle avec une surface structurée,
- préparer ledit dispositif de fixation comprenant
un support (510) propre à être fixé à ladite structure souhaitée,
un élément de retenue (521), de préférence deux éléments de retenue, chaque élément
de retenue comprenant une partie d'accrochage, ladite partie d'accrochage étant dotée
d'une forme lui permettant de s'accrocher à une partie de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
comportant une surface structurée (112, 122) et
une partie base (525) attachée à ladite partie d'accrochage (521) et propre à être
assujettie audit support,
une surface structurée de la partie d'accrochage étant dotée d'une forme conçue pour
correspondre sensiblement à la forme de ladite partie de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
de telle sorte que la partie d'accrochage immobilise l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire est installée sur le dispositif de fixation,
- fixer le support sur ladite structure,
- fixer deux éléments de retenue sur des côtés opposés du support,
- placer le module d'échelle de telle sorte qu'une partie de l'élément de support
comportant une surface structurée soit disposée à l'intérieur de la partie d'accrochage
de l'élément de retenue et
- serrer les éléments de retenue, de façon à assujettir le module d'échelle dans une
position fixe,
une surface structurée de la partie d'accrochage étant dotée d'une forme conçue pour
correspondre sensiblement à la forme de ladite partie de l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
de telle sorte que la partie d'accrochage immobilise l'échelle de sécurité modulaire,
lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire est installée sur le dispositif de fixation.
18. Ensemble de pièces de dispositif de serrage pour le serrage d'un module d'échelle
supérieur (100) et d'un module d'échelle inférieur (700), lesdits modules étant aptes
à être disposés dans une configuration non assemblée, dans laquelle ledit module d'échelle
supérieur n'est pas attaché audit module d'échelle inférieur, et une configuration
assemblée, dans laquelle ledit module d'échelle supérieur est attaché audit module
d'échelle inférieur, l'ensemble de pièces de dispositif de serrage comprenant :
le module d'échelle supérieur (100) et le module d'échelle inférieur (700), lesdits
modules étant aptes à être disposés dans une configuration non assemblée, dans laquelle
ledit module d'échelle supérieur n'est pas attaché audit module d'échelle inférieur,
et une configuration assemblée, dans laquelle ledit module d'échelle supérieur est
attaché audit module d'échelle inférieur ;
un dispositif de serrage (300) ;
un élément de raccordement (400) s'étendant le long des modules et raccordé audit
dispositif de serrage ;
une entretoise (200), l'entretoise étant placée, dans la configuration assemblée,
de façon à espacer les modules, l'entretoise comprenant une proéminence supérieure
(243), au moins une partie de la proéminence supérieure (243) étant placée dans ledit
canal de premier élément de support (113, 127) du module d'échelle supérieur (100)
lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire est disposée dans la configuration assemblée,
l'entretoise comprenant une proéminence inférieure (245), au moins une partie de la
proéminence inférieure (245) étant placée dans ledit canal de premier élément de support
(727) du module d'échelle inférieur (700) lorsque l'échelle de sécurité modulaire
est disposée dans la configuration assemblée, et l'entretoise (240) comprenant une
partie collier (247), lesdites proéminences inférieure et supérieure (243, 245) s'étendant
dans des directions opposées s'éloignant de ladite partie collier (247) ;
le dispositif de serrage (300), dans la configuration assemblée, à la suite de son
activation, tirant lesdits modules d'échelle l'un vers l'autre, la partie collier
(247) de l'entretoise étant placée, dans la configuration assemblée, entre une surface
du module d'échelle supérieur (100) et une surface opposée du module d'échelle inférieur
(700) de telle sorte qu'un serrage du dispositif de serrage (300) va presser ou pincer
ou comprimer ladite partie collier (247) de l'entretoise entre lesdites surfaces.
