(54) ATOMIZER AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE COMPRISING THE SAME


(57) An atomizer includes an e-liquid tank and a mouthpiece base assembly. The e-liquid tank includes a cavity and a top part. The top part includes at least one injection hole and at least one first magnetic part. The at least one injection hole communicates with the cavity. The mouthpiece base assembly includes a bottom part including at least one second magnetic part disposed opposite to at least one first magnetic part. The at least one first magnetic part is attached to the at least one second magnetic part by means of magnetic attraction so that the mouthpiece base assembly is detachably disposed on the e-liquid tank to cover the at least one injection hole.




Description


[0001] The disclosure relates to an atomizer and an electronic cigarette comprising the same.

[0002] In a conventional atomizer, a mouthpiece base is secured to an e-liquid tank by connection means such as threads, snap fit, interference fits, or pluggable connectors. In use, the mouthpiece base needs to be detached from the atomizer, so that the e-liquid is injected into the e-liquid tank. However, the above connection means make the disassembly and injection operations inconvenient and increase the chance of e-liquid leaks.

[0003] To solve the aforesaid problems, an objective of the disclosure is to provide an atomizer, comprising an e-liquid tank and a mouthpiece base assembly; the e-liquid tank comprises a cavity and a top part; the top part comprises at least one injection hole and at least one first magnetic part; the at least one injection hole communicates with the cavity; the mouthpiece base assembly comprises a bottom part comprising at least one second magnetic part disposed opposite to at least one first magnetic part; and the at least one first magnetic part is attached to the at least one second magnetic part by means of magnetic attraction so that the mouthpiece base assembly is detachably disposed on the e-liquid tank to cover the at least one injection hole.

[0016] To further illustrate the disclosure, examples detailing an atomizer and an electronic cigarette are described below. It should be noted that the following examples are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.

[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the disclosure provides an atomizer in which the e-liquid is sealed by means of magnetic attraction. The atomizer comprises an e-liquid tank and a mouthpiece base assembly. The e-liquid tank comprises a cavity 1001 and a top part. The top part comprises at least one injection hole 801 and at least one first magnetic part. The at least one injection hole 801 communicates with the cavity 1001. The mouthpiece base assembly comprises a bottom part comprising at least one second magnetic part disposed opposite to at least one first magnetic part. The at least one first magnetic part is attached to the at least one second magnetic part by means of magnetic attraction so that the mouthpiece base assembly is detachably disposed on the e-liquid tank to cover the at least one injection hole 801.

[0018] In certain examples, the atomizer comprises an e-liquid tank and a mouthpiece base assembly. The e-liquid tank comprises a cavity 1001 and a top part. The mouthpiece 1 is disposed on the top part of the fixing base 2. The first magnet 3 is enveloped by the first sleeve 4 and disposed on the bottom part of the fixing base 2. The bottom part of the first fixing part 8 is enveloped by the first seal ring 9 and fixedly disposed on the top end of the e-liquid tube 10. The bottom part of the second fixing part 12 is enveloped by the second seal ring 11. The bottom end of the e-liquid tube 10 receives the second fixing part 12 and abuts against the second seal ring 11. The cavity 1001 is surrounded by the first fixing part 8, the e-liquid tube 10, and the second fixing part 12. The first fixing part 8 comprises two injection holes 801 communicating with the cavity 1001. The e-liquid is injected through the two injection holes 801 into the cavity 1001. Two seal members 7 are disposed in the two injection holes 8, respectively, to seal the e-liquid. Each seal member 7 comprises a film 701 capable of being punctured to allow injection of the e-liquid into the cavity 1001. The top end of the at least one seal member 7 is exposed outside the injection hole 801 and abuts against the bottom part of the fixing base 2. The second magnet 5 is enveloped by the second sleeve 6 and disposed on the top part of the first fixing part 8. The four first magnets 3 are enveloped by the four first sleeves 4, respectively, so as to be disposed in the four corners of the bottom part of the fixing base 2; and the four second magnets 5 are enveloped by the four second sleeves 6, respectively, so as to be disposed in the four corners of the top part of the first fixing part 8. The top end of the second fixing part 12 shrinks and extends into the cavity 1001 to form an atomizer tube 1201. The atomizing core 13 is disposed in the atomizer tube 1201 to heat the e-liquid. The atomizer tube 1201 comprises a sidewall comprising at least one e-liquid guide hole 1202. The atomizing core 13 comprises a sidewall comprising at least one e-liquid inlet 1301. The at least one e-liquid inlet 1301 is disposed opposite to the at least one e-liquid guide hole 1202. The atomizing core 13 further comprises a heating core 1302 disposed in the atomizing core 13 and opposite to the at least one e-liquid inlet 1301. The base 14 is fixedly disposed on the bottom part of the second fixing part 12. The base 14 comprises a sidewall comprising two guide holes 1401. The two guide holes 1401 communicate with the atomizing core 13. The atomizing core 13 and the mouthpiece 1 are disposed in a straight line and communicate with each other. The adjustment ring 15 sleeves the sidewall of the base 14 and is rotatable about the base 14 to change the amount of airflow. The adjustment ring 15 comprises a sidewall comprising two air inlets 1501. The two air inlets 1501 are disposed opposite to the two guide holes 1401, respectively. The third seal ring 18 is disposed between the adjustment ring 15 and the base 14 so as to seal an air gap therebetween. The electrode 17 is disposed in the insulating ring 16 so as to electrically connect to the atomizing core 13. The insulating ring 16 is disposed in the bottom part of the base 14 so as to insulate the electrode 17.

[0024] The disclosure further provides an electronic cigarette comprising the atomizer.

[0025] The atomizer achieves a sealing effect and is designed to be easy to assemble or disassemble.


Claims

1. An atomizer, comprising an e-liquid tank and a mouthpiece base assembly; the e-liquid tank comprises a cavity and a top part; the top part comprises at least one injection hole and at least one first magnetic part; the at least one injection hole communicates with the cavity; the mouthpiece base assembly comprises a bottom part comprising at least one second magnetic part disposed opposite to at least one first magnetic part; and the at least one first magnetic part is attached to the at least one second magnetic part by means of magnetic attraction so that the mouthpiece base assembly is detachably disposed on the e-liquid tank to cover the at least one injection hole.
 
2. The atomizer of claim 1, wherein the mouthpiece base assembly comprises a fixing base and a mouthpiece disposed on the top part of the fixing base; the first magnetic part comprises a first magnet and a first sleeve; and the first magnet is enveloped by the first sleeve and disposed on a bottom part of the fixing base.
 
3. The atomizer of claim 1 or 2, wherein the e-liquid tank comprises a first fixing part, an e-liquid tube, and a second fixing part; the first fixing part and the second fixing part are disposed on both ends of the e-liquid tube, respectively; and the cavity is surrounded by the first fixing part, the e-liquid tube, and the second fixing part.
 
4. The atomizer of claim 3, wherein the at least one injection hole is disposed on the first fixing part; the atomizer further comprises at least one seal member disposed in the at least one injection hole to seal the e-liquid; the at least one seal member comprises a film capable of being punctured to allow injection of the e-liquid into the cavity; and the top end of the at least one seal member is exposed outside the injection hole and abuts against the bottom part of the fixing base.
 
5. The atomizer of claim 1, wherein the second magnetic part comprises a second magnet and a second sleeve; and the second magnet is enveloped by the second sleeve and disposed on the top part of the first fixing part.
 
6. The atomizer of claim 5, wherein the atomizer comprises four first magnets, four first sleeves, four second sleeves, and four second sleeves; the four first magnets are enveloped by the four first sleeves, respectively, so as to be disposed in the four corners of the bottom part of the fixing base; and the four second magnets are enveloped by the four second sleeves, respectively, so as to be disposed in the four corners of the top part of the first fixing part.
 
7. The atomizer of claim 3, wherein the top end of the second fixing part shrinks and extends into the cavity to form an atomizer tube; the atomizer further comprises an atomizing core disposed in the atomizer tube to heat the e-liquid; the atomizer tube comprises a sidewall comprising at least one e-liquid guide hole; the atomizing core comprises a sidewall comprising at least one e-liquid inlet; the at least one e-liquid inlet is disposed opposite to the at least one e-liquid guide hole; and the atomizing core further comprises a heating core disposed in the atomizing core and opposite to the at least one e-liquid inlet.
 
8. The atomizer of claim 7, wherein the atomizer further comprises a base fixedly disposed on a bottom part of the second fixing part; the base comprises a sidewall comprising two guide holes; the two guide holes communicate with the atomizing core; the atomizing core and the mouthpiece are disposed in a straight line and communicate with each other; and an adjustment ring sleeves the sidewall of the base and is rotatable about the base to change the amount of airflow.
 
9. The atomizer of claim 8, wherein the adjustment ring comprises a sidewall comprising two air inlets; and the two air inlets are disposed opposite to the two guide holes, respectively.
 
10. The atomizer of claim 8, wherein the atomizer further comprises a seal ring disposed between the adjustment ring and the base and configured to seal an air gap therebetween; the electrode is disposed in an insulating ring so as to electrically connect to the atomizing core; and the insulating ring is disposed in a bottom part of the base.
 
11. An electronic cigarette, comprising a battery assembly and the atomizer of any one of claim 1-10; wherein the battery assembly is configured to supply electric power to the atomizer.
