    Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD

    [0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of toilets, in particular to a hinged structure structure for a toilet cover plate.

    [0002] A hinged structure for a toilet cover plate is known from document CN 107 348 892 A.

    BACKGROUND

    [0003] At present, the hinge shaft assembly used for the hinge between the cover plate and the toilet on the market includes an oil core which is inserted and matched with the seat hinge and the seat hinge. In the prior art, the oil core and the seat hinge are separated. For example, the Chinese patent discloses (Publication No.: CN201767898U) a hinge structure of the toilet cover plate, and the specification specifically discloses the following contents: Referring FIG. 1-FIG. 9, the hinge structure of the toilet cover plate includes a cover plate connected with the toilet through a hinge. The hinge includes a hinge body (equivalent to a seat hinge) and a mounting seat respectively connected with the cover plate and the toilet. The top surface of the mounting seat is provided with a connection column, which is inserted and connected with the hinge body. The cover plate includes a bottom ring and a face cover. The left and right sides of the rear edge of the bottom ring are connected with hinges through springs, and the rear end of the hinge is provided with a damper (equivalent to oil core) connection groove, which is connected with the face cover through the damper. This kind of split structure mainly has the following defects:
    1. 1. The seat hinge and oil core are separated, so that their connection will lead to large coaxiality error of hinge shaft assembly;
    2. 2. The hinge shaft assembly also includes a return spring, which not only increases the production cost of the product, but also increases the assembly difficulty of the hinge shaft assembly.

    [0004] In addition, when the traditional damper is installed to the seat ring, it also needs to add some parts to cooperate with them, such as gland, nut, anti-skid washer, decorative ring, snap ring and other parts, but this part will lengthen the overall appearance size of the hinge shaft, resulting in poor swing stability of the cover plate.

    2. 2. When inserting, the annular insertion block of the buckle is inserted into the first accommodation slot, and the connection column is clamped into the annular opening of the annular insertion block through the first notch, so that the raised rib is clamped into the clamping slot to play a clamping role. During disassembly, the buckle position of the buckle must be held outward and deformed to a certain extent, such that the connection column can be pulled out. In addition, the upper and lower ends of the raised rib have a certain inclination, so that the connection column can be inserted or pulled out, which can also improve the difficulty of deformation, so as to realize the repeated forced insertion and pulling out of the connection column and maintain the buckle position stability at the same time. What's more, there is no required of the spring assembly, which effectively improves the assembly efficiency of the assembly.
    3. 3. After the elastic part of the rhombus elastic buckle is compressed, the disassembly part abuts against the inner wall of the sleeve. The sleeve mainly plays a limiting role to prevent the rhombus elastic buckle from falling out. The user can fix the hinge shaft without adding snap nails, decorative rings, snap rings and other parts. When the connection column is not inserted, the user can press down the disassembly part through the through hole, so that the guide part is separated from the contact with the annular flange. At this time, the rhombus elastic buckle is separated from the axial positioning, so that the whole seat hinge assembly can be disassembled. The rhombus elastic buckle makes the installation and disassembly of the damper more convenient.

The sleeve 8 mainly plays a limiting role to prevent the rhombus elastic buckle 7 from falling out. The user can fix the hinge shaft 30 without adding snap nails, decorative rings, snap rings and other parts. When the connection column 11 is not inserted, the user can press the disassembly part 74 through the through hole 81, so that the guide part 73 is separated from the annular flange 211. At this time, the rhombus elastic buckle 7 is separated from the axial fixation, so that the whole seat hinge assembly 3 can be disassembled. The rhombus elastic buckle 7 makes the installation and disassembly of the damper more convenient.

    [0026] As shown in FIG. 13, the elastic part 72 is divided into a first elastic part 721 and a second elastic part 722. The first elastic part 721 and the second elastic part 722 bend towards each other to form a rhombus shape. The first elastic part 721 and the second elastic part 722 are separated from each other, so that the elastic part 72 forms a second notch 723, which facilitates the insertion and elastic deformation of the rhombus elastic buckle 7.
