(54) HEATING ELEMENT AND HEATER ASSEMBLIES, CARTRIDGES, AND E-VAPOR DEVICES INCLUDING A HEATING ELEMENT


(57) Disclosed is a heater assembly comprising a heating element. The heating element includes a planar portion including a filament, the filament defining an air channel through the planar portion, and being arranged so as to form a plurality of curves. The plurality of curves include a closed end, an open end, and a tip extending away from the air channel thereon, the tip of each of the curves being generally rectangular in shape. The heating element further includes a first lead portion and a second lead portion, at one of the first lead portion, the second lead portion, or the first lead portion and second lead portion being coplanar with the heating element; and a support, with the heating element being in contact with the support such that the tip of each one of the curves rests thereon.
