[0001] The present invention relates to a stand-up packaging for food products.
[0002] Such stand-up packagings are well-known in the prior art. To fix the sleeve or pouch
to the outer packaging, present packagings use stapler or other mechanical fixing
means or ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing or sewing. These techniques either require
costly apparatuses and manufacturing processes and/or use additional fixing means
like stapler, which might end up in the food stored within the sleeve or pouch.
[0004] It is thus an object of the present invention to provide a stand-up packaging for
food products as initially described in a simple and cost efficient manner.
[0005] The object is to be accomplished by means of the independent claim. The dependent
claims define particular embodiments of the present invention.
[0006] According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stand-up packaging
for food products according to claim 1.
[0007] Hence, the glue which extends through the through hole of the further element can
act as a kind of plug or bolt being fixedly attached or connected (i.e. directly glued)
to the opposite elements (i.e. the one cover element and the at least one first pouch)
to thus carry the first pouch(es) via the outer packaging. If more than one first
pouch is present, all of these pouches can be connected/glued to the outer packaging
(i.e. the one cover element) via at least one or a plurality of through holes of at
least one or a plurality of further elements.
[0008] Moreover, by directly gluing the second pouch not via a through hole it is possible
to connect at least one additional second pouch to at least one of the two mentioned
cover elements or the further element in an easy and flexible manner. Additionally,
it is possible to position the additional second pouch in the stand-up packaging independently
and differently to the first pouch. Thereby, it is possible to use the space defined
by the outer packaging more efficiently and to arrange the respective pouches in a
manner that allows for creating an appealing presentation of the food products inside
the pouches.
[0009] According to the present invention, the term "stand-up packaging" covers any kind
of packages, which by themselves and, in particular, by their design are able to stand
alone when being placed on a preferably flat ground.
[0010] According to the present invention, the term "food products" covers any kind of consumable
products, particularly any kind of consumable products, which are generally carried
and sold in such stand-up packages. The food products can have any consistency and
may, for instance, be fluid, flowable, pasty, jellylike, powdered, solid and the like.
[0011] According to the present invention, the term "pouch" can be any kind of preferably
deformable or flexible packaging for carrying a food product; i.e. it is made of a
food safe material. In particular, it can be made of a sealable material to thus provide
a closed and preferably hermetically sealed (e.g. air-tight) pocket for receiving
the food product.
[0012] According to the present invention, the term "outer packaging" covers all kind of
packagings to carry and/or enclose pouches as described herein above. The outer packaging
is preferably made of cardboard or plastics. It is preferably imprinted to carry information
with respect to the content (e.g. food product; meal) of the stand-up packaging, like
pictures, texts (cooking recipe; ingredients; nutrition facts; etc.), barcodes and
the like.
[0013] According to the present invention, the expression of "to be sandwiched between [...]"
is usually to be understood as "being inserted or enclosed between usually two things".
[0014] According to the present invention, any kind of "glue" can be used, which allows
a direct gluing connection between the respective elements.
[0015] For example, the gluing connection between the cover element and the first pouch,
which are connected via (i.e. through) the through hole, can be established with the
same or a different kind of "glue" that is used for the direct gluing connection between
the second pouch and the at least one of the cover elements or the further element.

as "glued [...] through the through hole", i.e. that the glue extents through the
through hole to thus directly connect the elements being positioned opposite with
respect to the through hole.

between the pouch and the element to which it is glued to in the region of glue attachment

being "directly glued to each other", i.e. that the glued elements are directly glued
and thus connected to one another by means of glue irrespective of the glue extending
between these elements via (i.e. though) the through hole.
[0019] With respect to the present invention, it is thus possible to easily provide fixing
means (by simple use of glue) to the outer packaging - and in particular to one of
its cover elements - and at the same time connect the outer packaging with pouch(es)
to thus obtain a ready stand-up packaging carrying the pouch(es) and without the use
of additional fixing means; i.e. in an easy and cost efficient manner.
[0020] This comes about since glue can be easily provided to surfaces that are required
for gluing together. For example, for the first pouch, glue can be easily provided
from one outer side of the stand-up packaging and easily reaches the elements intended
to be glued to each other as the glue is applied in a region of the through holes;
as glue extends through the respective through holes, it may function as a kind of
plug or bolt carrying and fixing the further elements and allowing the at least one
pouch to be securely attached to the outer packaging. Similarly, for the second pouch
that is directly glued not via a through hole, glue can be applied directly between
the two respective elements. In addition, it is possible to provide a stand-up packaging
with a plurality of pouches for carrying food products. It is thus possible to provide
a stand-up packaging that, for example, comprises various ingredients for a meal.
[0021] The second pouch may be directly glued to a portion or surface of the other cover
element. The portion or surface preferably faces the first pouch.
[0022] According to the invention, the second pouch is at least partially sandwiched between
the first pouch and the outer packaging, preferably the other cover element or the
further element, or the second pouch is at least partially sandwiched between one
of the cover elements or the further element, to which it is directly glued to, on
the one hand and the corresponding other one of the one of the cover elements or the
further element, to which it is not directly glued to, on the other hand.
[0023] Thus, it is possible to arrange the second pouch in various different positions and
arrangements in relation to other elements of the stand-up packaging of the present
invention. Consequently, it is possible to the design the stand-up packaging more
freely. Moreover, the first pouch and the second pouch can be arranged at different
elements of the packaging so that they are easily accessible when opening the packaging,
e.g. by (partially) separating the packaging elements.
[0024] The further element may be a third cover element of the outer packaging. Alternatively
or additionally, the further element may comprise at least one or a plurality of additional
first pouches for carrying a food product. The additional first pouches are generally
similar to the at least one first pouch. The different first pouches - i.e. the at
least one first pouch as well as the additional first pouches - may carry different
ingredients of a particular recipe/meal. Both, the third cover element and the additional
first pouch(es) comprise the through hole(s) as described herein above. They are thus
at least partially sandwiched between the at least one first pouch and the one cover
element such that the one cover element is glued to the at least one first pouch via
the through hole(s) of these further elements.
[0025] Similarly as described before for the additional first pouches, the at least one
second pouch for carrying a food product may be generally similar to the at least
one first pouch. The different pouches - i.e. the at least one first pouch and the
at least one second pouch - may carry different ingredients of a particular recipe/meal.
The different pouches may vary in size. For example, the first pouch may have larger
dimensions than the second pouch, the first pouch thereby forming a main pouch and
the second pouch being a secondary, smaller pouch.
[0026] In a preferred embodiment, at least one of the respective pouches, i.e. at least
one of the at least one first pouch or the at least one second pouch, comprises a
sealing region. Preferably, all of the respective pouches comprise a sealing region.
This sealing region is provided to close at least a part of the respective pouch to
securely carry the food product within the pouch. The sealing region may circumferentially
or partially circumferentially surround the respective pouch, i.e. at least one of
the first and second pouch, to form a pocket in order to preferably sealingly carry
the food product; preferably in a (hermetically) sealed manner.

food product in a safe and hygienic manner over an extended period of time.

least partially sandwiched by the one of the cover elements or the further element,

packaging in an efficient manner. Moreover, it may be achieved that each of the second
pouches is directly connected to the element, to which the second pouches are glued
to, as well as that none of the second pouches is completely covered by a neighboring
second pouch, thereby facilitating the visibility of each of the second pouches. Further,
the packaging can thus be provided in a flat manner.

to the present invention, "the element, to which the second pouch is directly glued

to the element, to which it is glued to.

such that the neighboring second pouch is sandwiched between the headspace of the
particular second pouch and the element, to which it is directly glued to.

arrange multiple pouches next to each other in a staggered manner without having to
provide a through hole for gluing the pouches to the respective element, to which
the second pouches are directly glued to. Additionally, the headspace of a particular
second pouch can be hidden by being covered by its neighboring second pouch. Hence,
the appearance of the stand-up packaging can be improved.

by the pouches 21, 22 having different dimension and/or shapes to thus allow at least
part of the respective pouches 21, 22 being outwardly exposed. Alternatively or additionally,
the pouches 21, 22 may also be offset with respect to one another as illustrated in
figures 1 to 6.

cut-out region 330. In a next step, the first pouch 21 is provided and placed inside
the outer packaging 3 such that the second pouches 22, 22', 22" are at least partially
sandwiched between the second cover element 32 and the first pouch 21.

21, 22 and glue G1 is applied to the area 41 such that it at least partially covers
the through holes 36 and extends through the through holes 36. As such, glue G1 is

or by glue dots or the like. This allows for additional fixation of neighboring elements
(here first and third cover elements 31, 33) as described in the following.

first cover element 31 via the bending region 37 over the upper rim portions of the
respective pouches 21, 22 to be thus positioned opposite to the second cover element

from the at least one pouch 2 through the through holes 36 to thus glue the one cover
element 31 to the at least one or plurality of pouches 2 via the respective through
holes 36.

1. Stand-up packaging (1) for food products comprising:
- at least one first pouch (21) for carrying a food product,
- an outer packaging (3) having two cover elements (31, 32) at least partially sandwiching
the first pouch (21), and
- at least one further element (33) being at least partially sandwiched between the
first pouch (21) and one of the cover elements (31),
wherein the further element (33) is penetrated by a through hole (36), wherein the
one cover element (31) is glued (G1) to the first pouch (21) via the through hole
(36),
characterized in that:
said stand-up packaging (1) comprises at least one second pouch (22) for carrying
a food product,
wherein the second pouch (22) is directly glued (G2) not via a through hole to at
least one of the cover elements (31, 32) or the further element (33); and
wherein the second pouch (22) is at least partially sandwiched between the first pouch
(21) and the outer packaging (3), preferably the other cover element (32) or the further
element (33), or
wherein the second pouch (22) is at least partially sandwiched between one of the
cover elements (31, 32) or the further element (33), to which it is directly glued
to, on the one hand and the corresponding other one of the one of the cover elements
(31, 32) or the further element (33), to which it is not directly glued to, on the
other hand; and wherein the outer packaging (3) further comprises a flat base element
(35) for supporting the stand-up packaging (1), wherein the base element (35) is preferably
integrally formed with at least one of the cover elements (31, 32) and/or the further
element (33) and further preferably covers bottom regions of all pouches (21, 22,
22', 22").
2. Stand-up packaging (1) according to claim 1, wherein the second pouch (22) is directly
glued to a portion or surface of the other cover element (32), the portion or surface
preferably facing the first pouch (21).
3. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the further
element (33) comprises a third cover element (33) of the outer packaging (3) and/or
at least one additional first pouch (21) for carrying a food product.
4. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least
one of the respective pouches (21, 22) comprises a sealing region (24),
wherein preferably the sealing region (24) circumferentially or partially circumferentially
surrounds the respective pouch (21, 22) to form a pocket (20) to preferably sealingly
carry the food product.
5. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising more
than one second pouch (22, 22', 22"),
wherein preferably the second pouches (22, 22', 22") are glued to the same element,
i.e. to at least one of the cover elements (31, 32) or the further element (33), more
preferred to the same side or surface thereof (31, 32, 33), and/or
wherein preferably the second pouches (22, 22', 22") at least partially overlap in
at least one viewing direction, preferably in a front view of the stand-up packaging
(1), and more preferred in a way that bottom edges (220) of neighboring second pouches
(22, 22', 22") are positioned at different heights (h1, h2, h3), even more preferred
such that the second pouch (22, 22', 22"), which bottom edge (220) is higher or lower
with respect to its neighboring second pouch (22, 22', 22"), is at least partially
sandwiched by the one of the cover elements (31, 32) or the further element (33),
to which it is directly glued to, and at least the neighboring second pouch (22, 22',
22").
6. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the element
(31, 32, 33), to which the second pouch (22) is directly glued to, comprises a gluing
portion (42) for directly gluing the second pouch (22) to the respective element (31,
32, 33), and
wherein preferably for a stand-up packaging (1) comprising more than one second pouch
(22, 22', 22"), a gluing portion (42) is provided for each of the second pouches (22,
22', 22"), wherein more preferred the gluing portion (42) of a particular second pouch
(22, 22', 22") is offset to a neighboring second pouch (22, 22', 22"), wherein preferably
the neighboring second pouch (22, 22', 22") is on the same side of the particular
second pouch (22, 22', 22") as the gluing portion (42) of the particular second pouch
(22, 22', 22").
7. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least
one of the respective pouches (21, 22), preferably at least the second pouch(es) (22,
22', 22"), more preferred the pocket (20) thereof, comprises a headspace (200), wherein
preferably for a stand-up packaging (1) comprising more than one second pouch (22,
22', 22"), the headspace (200) of a particular second pouch (22, 22', 22") at least
partially overlaps with the pocket (20) of a neighboring second pouch (22, 22', 22"),
preferably such that the neighboring second pouch (22, 22', 22") is sandwiched between
the headspace (200) of the particular second pouch (22, 22', 22") and the element
(31, 32, 33), to which it is directly glued to.
8. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the outer
packaging (3), preferably at least one of the cover elements (31, 32) and/or the further
element (33), comprises a cut-out region (330) to at least partially expose at least
one and preferably all of the first and/or second pouches (21, 22, 22', 22"), preferably
for a stand-up packaging (1) comprising more than one second pouch (22, 22',22") in
a region where the second pouches (22, 22', 22") overlap with each other.
9. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein glue
(G1) for the first pouch (21) is provided as glue dots, a line of glue or an area
(41) provided with glue (G1), preferably at least partially covering the through holes
(36), and/or wherein glue (G2) for the second pouch(es) (22, 22', 22") is provided
as glue dots, a line of glue or an area (42) provided with glue (G2) or as a double-sided
adhesive tape.
10. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the through
hole (36) comprises at least two or more of distant through holes (361, 362), and/or
wherein the through holes (36) and preferably each distant through hole (361, 362)
has a rounded or polygonal shape, like a circular, oval or square shape.
11. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least
one of the cover elements (31, 32) has a gluing region (310) and a flap region (311)
being divided by a weakened tear-opening region (312), wherein the tear-opening region
(312) is configured to allow separation of the gluing region (310) and the flap region
(311), e.g. by being removable, to thus release the flap region (311) to access the
respective pouches (21, 22, 22', 22").
12. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the cover
elements (31, 32) are integrally provided with each other, and/or wherein the outer
packaging (3) has a U-shape, loop-shape or box-shape.
13. Stand-up packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the pouches
(21, 22, 22', 22") are made of a food safe material, preferably plastics, more preferred
a flexible material and even more preferred a transparent material, and/or wherein
the outer packaging (3) is made of cardboard or plastics.
1. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) für Lebensmittelprodukte, umfassend:
- mindestens einen ersten Beutel (21) zum Tragen eines Lebensm ittelprodukts,
- eine Außenverpackung (3), die zwei Abdeckelemente (31, 32) aufweist, die den ersten
Beutel (21) mindestens teilweise dazwischenlagern, und
- mindestens ein weiteres Element (33), das mindestens teilweise zwischen dem ersten
Beutel (21) und einem der Abdeckelemente (31) dazwischengelagert ist,
wobei das weitere Element (33) durch ein Durchgangsloch (36) durchdrungen wird,
wobei das eine Abdeckelement (31) über das Durchgangsloch (36) an den ersten Beutel
(21) geklebt (G1) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
die aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) mindestens einen zweiten Beutel (22) zum Tragen
eines Lebensmittelprodukts umfasst,
wobei der zweite Beutel (22) nicht über ein Durchgangsloch an mindestens eines der
Abdeckelemente (31, 32) oder das weitere Element (33) direkt geklebt (G2) ist; und
wobei der zweite Beutel (22) mindestens teilweise zwischen dem ersten Beutel (21)
und der Außenverpackung (3), vorzugsweise dem anderen Abdeckelement (32) oder dem
weiteren Element (33), dazwischengelagert ist oder
wobei der zweite Beutel (22) einerseits mindestens teilweise zwischen einem der Abdeckelemente
(31, 32) oder dem weiteren Element (33), an das er direkt geklebt ist, und andererseits
dem entsprechenden anderen einen des einen der Abdeckelemente (31, 32) oder dem weiteren
Element (33), an das er nicht direkt geklebt ist, dazwischengelagert ist; und wobei
die Außenverpackung (3) ferner ein flaches Basiselement (35) zum Abstützen der aufrechtstehenden
Verpackung (1) umfasst, wobei das Basiselement (35) vorzugsweise einteilig mit mindestens
einem der Abdeckelemente (31, 32) und/oder dem weiteren Element (33) ausgebildet ist
und ferner vorzugsweise Bodenbereiche der gesamten Beutel (21, 22, 22', 22") abdeckt.
2. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Beutel (22) an einen
Abschnitt oder eine Oberfläche des anderen Abdeckelements (32) direkt geklebt ist,
wobei der Abschnitt oder die Oberfläche vorzugsweise dem ersten Beutel (21) zugewandt
ist.
3. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das weitere
Element (33) ein drittes Abdeckelement (33) der Außenverpackung (3) und/oder mindestens
einen zusätzlichen ersten Beutel (21) zum Tragen eines Lebensmittelprodukts umfasst.
4. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens
einer der jeweiligen Beutel (21, 22) einen Abdichtbereich (24) umfasst,
wobei vorzugsweise der Abdichtbereich (24) in Umfangsrichtung oder teilweise in Umfangsrichtung
den jeweiligen Beutel (21, 22) umgibt, um eine Tasche (20) auszubilden, um das Lebensmittelprodukt
vorzugsweise abdichtend zu tragen.
5. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mehr
als einen zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22"),
wobei vorzugsweise die zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22") an das gleiche Element geklebt
sind, d. h. an mindestens eines der Abdeckelemente (31, 32) oder das weitere Element
(33), mehr bevorzugt an die gleiche Seite oder Oberfläche davon (31, 32, 33), und/oder
wobei vorzugsweise die zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22") mindestens teilweise in mindestens
einer Blickrichtung überlappen, vorzugsweise in einer Vorderansicht der aufrechtstehenden
Verpackung (1), und mehr bevorzugt in einer Weise, dass Bodenkanten (220) von angrenzenden
zweiten Beuteln (22, 22', 22") in unterschiedlichen Höhen (h1, h2, h3) positioniert
sind, noch mehr bevorzugt derart, dass der zweite Beutel (22, 22', 22"), dessen Bodenkante
(220) in Bezug auf ihren angrenzenden zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22") höher oder niedriger
ist, mindestens teilweise durch das eine der Abdeckelemente (31, 32) oder das weitere
Element (33), an das er direkt geklebt ist, und mindestens den angrenzenden zweiten
Beutel (22, 22', 22") dazwischengelagert ist.
6. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Element
(31, 32, 33), an das der zweite Beutel (22) direkt geklebt ist, einen Klebeabschnitt
(42) zum direkten Kleben des zweiten Beutels (22) an das jeweilige Element (31, 32,
33) umfasst, und
wobei vorzugsweise für eine aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1), umfassend mehr als einen
zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22"), ein Klebeabschnitt (42) für jeden der zweiten Beutel
(22, 22', 22") bereitgestellt ist, wobei mehr bevorzugt der Klebeabschnitt (42) eines
spezifischen zweiten Beutels (22, 22', 22") zu einem angrenzenden zweiten Beutel (22,
22', 22") versetzt ist, wobei sich vorzugsweise der angrenzende zweite Beutel (22,
22', 22") auf derselben Seite des spezifischen zweiten Beutels (22, 22', 22") befindet,
wie der Klebeabschnitt (42) des spezifischen zweiten Beutels (22, 22', 22").
7. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens
einer der jeweiligen Beutel (21,22), vorzugsweise mindestens der/die zweite(n) Beutel
(22, 22', 22"), mehr bevorzugt die Tasche (20) davon, einen Kopfraum (200) umfasst,
wobei vorzugsweise für eine aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1), umfassend mehr als einen
zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22"), der Kopfraum (200) eines spezifischen zweiten Beutels
(22, 22', 22") mindestens teilweise mit der Tasche (20) eines angrenzenden zweiten
Beutels (22, 22', 22") überlappt, vorzugsweise derart, dass der angrenzende zweite
Beutel (22, 22', 22") zwischen dem Kopfraum (200) des spezifischen zweiten Beutels
(22, 22', 22") und dem Element (31, 32, 33), an das er direkt geklebt ist, dazwischengelagert
ist.
8. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Außenverpackung
(3), vorzugsweise mindestens eines der Abdeckelemente (31,32) und/oder das weitere
Element (33), eine Aussparung (330) umfasst, um mindestens eine und vorzugsweise die
gesamten der ersten und/oder zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22") mindestens teilweise freizulegen,
vorzugsweise für eine aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1), umfassend mehr als einen zweiten
Beutel (22, 22', 22"), in einem Bereich, in dem sich die zweiten Beutel (22, 22',
22") miteinander überlappen.
9. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei Klebstoff
(G1) für den ersten Beutel (21) als Klebepunkte, eine Klebstofflinie oder ein Bereich
(41), der mit Klebstoff (G1) versehen ist, bereitgestellt ist, vorzugsweise mindestens
teilweise die Durchgangslöcher (36) bedeckt, und/oder wobei Klebstoff (G2) für den/die
zweiten Beutel (22, 22', 22") als Klebepunkte, eine Klebstofflinie oder ein Bereich
(42), der mit Klebstoff (G2) versehen ist, oder als ein doppelseitiges Klebeband bereitgestellt
ist.
10. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Durchgangsloch
(36) mindestens zwei oder mehr von entfernten Durchgangslöchern (361, 362) umfasst
und/oder wobei die Durchgangslöcher (36) und vorzugsweise jedes entfernte Durchgangsloch
(361, 362) eine abgerundete oder polygonale Form aufweisen, wie eine kreisförmige,
ovale oder quadratische Form.
11. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens
eines der Abdeckelemente (31) einen Klebebereich (310) und einen Laschenbereich (311)

und des Laschenbereichs (311) zu ermöglichen, indem er z. B. entfernbar ist, um so
den Laschenbereich (311) freizugeben, um auf die Beutel (22, 22') zuzugreifen.
12. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abdeckelemente
(31, 32) einteilig miteinander bereitgestellt sind und/oder wobei die Außenverpackung
(3) eine U-Form, eine Schlaufenform oder eine Kastenform aufweist.
13. Aufrechtstehende Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Beutel
(21, 22, 22', 22") aus einem lebensmittelechten Material, vorzugsweise Kunststoff,
mehr bevorzugt einem flexiblen Material und noch mehr bevorzugt einem transparenten
Material hergestellt sind und/oder wobei die Außenverpackung (3) aus Karton oder Kunststoff
hergestellt ist.
1. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) pour produits alimentaires comprenant :
- au moins une première poche (21) destinée à transporter un produit alimentaire,
- un emballage externe (3) doté de deux éléments de couverture (31, 32) prenant au
moins partiellement en sandwich la première poche (21), et
- au moins un élément supplémentaire (33) étant au moins partiellement pris en sandwich
entre la première poche (21) et l'un des éléments de couverture (31),
dans lequel l'élément supplémentaire (33) est pénétré par un trou traversant (36),
dans lequel ledit un élément de couverture (31) est collé (G1) à la première poche
(21) par l'intermédiaire du trou traversant (36),
caractérisé en ce que :
ledit emballage à maintien vertical (1) comprend au moins une seconde poche (22) destinée
à transporter un produit alimentaire,
dans lequel la seconde poche (22) est directement collée (G2) non par l'intermédiaire
d'un trou traversant à au moins l'un parmi les éléments de couverture (31, 32) ou
l'élément supplémentaire (33) ; et
dans lequel la seconde poche (22) est au moins partiellement prise en sandwich entre
la première poche (21) et l'emballage externe (3), de préférence l'autre élément de
couverture (32) ou l'élément supplémentaire (33), ou
dans lequel la seconde poche (22) est au moins partiellement prise en sandwich entre
l'un des éléments de couverture (31, 32) ou l'élément supplémentaire (33), auquel
elle est directement collée, d'une part et l'autre élément correspondant parmi l'un
des éléments de couverture (31, 32) ou l'élément supplémentaire (33), auquel elle
n'est pas directement collée, d'autre part ; et dans lequel l'emballage externe (3)
comprend en outre un élément de base plat (35) destiné à supporter l'emballage à maintien
vertical (1), dans lequel l'élément de base (35) est de préférence formé d'un seul
tenant avec au moins l'un des éléments de couverture (31, 32) et/ou l'élément supplémentaire
(33) et recouvre en outre de préférence des régions inférieures de toutes les poches
(21, 22, 22', 22").
2. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la seconde
poche (22) est directement collée à une partie ou surface de l'autre élément de couverture
(32), la partie ou surface faisant de préférence face à la première poche (21).
3. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel l'élément supplémentaire (33) comprend un troisième élément de couverture
(33) de l'emballage externe (3) et/ou au moins une première poche supplémentaire (21)
destinée à transporter un produit alimentaire.
4. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel au moins l'une des poches respectives (21, 22) comprend une zone de scellage
(24),
dans lequel de préférence la zone de scellage (24) entoure de manière circonférentielle
ou en partie circonférentielle la poche respective (21, 22) pour former une pochette
(20) afin de transporter de préférence de manière scellée le produit alimentaire.
5. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
comprenant plus d'une seconde poche (22, 22', 22"),
dans lequel de préférence les secondes poches (22, 22', 22") sont collées au même
élément, c'est-à-dire à au moins l'un des éléments de couverture (31, 32) ou à l'élément
supplémentaire (33), plus préférablement au même côté ou à la même surface de celui-ci
(31, 32, 33), et/ou
dans lequel de préférence les secondes poches (22, 22', 22") se chevauchent au moins
partiellement dans au moins une direction de visualisation, de préférence dans une
vue de face de l'emballage à maintien vertical (1), et plus préférablement de manière
à ce que des bords inférieurs (220) de secondes poches voisines (22, 22', 22") soient
positionnés à des hauteurs différentes (h1, h2, h3), enore plus préférablement de
telle sorte que la seconde poche (22, 22', 22"), dont le bord inférieur (220) est
plus haut ou plus bas par rapport à sa seconde poche voisine (22, 22', 22"), est au
moins partiellement prise en sandwich par l'un des éléments de couverture (31, 32)
ou l'élément supplémentaire (33), auquel elle est directement collée, et au moins
la seconde poche voisine (22, 22', 22").
6. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel l'élément (31, 32, 33), auquel la seconde poche (22) est directement collée,
comprend une partie d'encollage (42) pour coller directement la seconde poche (22)
à l'élément respectif (31, 32, 33), et
dans lequel de préférence pour un emballage à maintien vertical (1) comprenant plus
d'une seconde poche (22, 22', 22"), une partie d'encollage (42) est prévue pour chacune
des secondes poches (22, 22', 22"), dans lequel plus préférablement la partie d'encollage
(42) d'une seconde poche particulière (22, 22', 22") est décalée vers une seconde
poche voisine (22, 22', 22"), dans lequel de préférence la seconde poche voisine (22,
22', 22") est sur le même côté de la seconde poche particulière (22, 22', 22") que
la partie d'encollage (42) de la seconde poche particulière (22, 22', 22").
7. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel au moins l'une des poches respectives (21, 22), de préférence au moins
la ou les secondes poches (22, 22', 22"), plus préférablement la pochette (20) de
celui-ci, comprend un vide (200), dans lequel de préférence pour un emballage à maintien
vertical (1) comprenant plus d'une seconde poche (22, 22', 22"), le vide (200) d'une
seconde poche particulière (22, 22', 22") chevauche au moins partiellement la pochette
(20) d'une seconde poche voisine (22, 22', 22"), de préférence de telle sorte que
la seconde poche voisine (22, 22', 22") est prise en sandwich entre le vide (200)
de la seconde poche particulière (22, 22', 22") et l'élément (31, 32, 33) auquel elle
est directement collée.
8. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel l'emballage externe (3), de préférence au moins l'un des éléments de couverture
(31, 32) et/ou l'élément supplémentaire (33), comprend une région de découpe (330)
pour exposer au moins partiellement au moins l'une et de préférence la totalité des
première et/ou secondes poches (21, 22, 22', 22"), de préférence pour un emballage
à maintien vertical (1) comprenant plus d'une seconde poche (22, 22', 22") dans une
région où les secondes poches (22, 22', 22") se chevauchent les unes les autres.
9. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel de la colle (G1) pour la première poche (21) est fournie sous forme de
points de colle, d'une ligne de colle ou d'une zone (41) pourvue de colle (G1), couvrant
de préférence au moins partiellement les trous traversants (36), et/ou dans lequel
de la colle (G2) pour la ou les secondes poches (22, 22', 22") est fournie sous forme
de points de colle, d'une ligne de colle ou d'une zone (42) pourvue de colle (G2)
ou sous forme de ruban adhésif double face.
10. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel le trou traversant (36) comprend au moins deux trous traversants distants
(361, 362) ou plus, et/ou dans lequel les trous traversants (36) et de préférence
chaque trou traversant distant (361, 362) présente une forme arrondie ou polygonale,
telle qu'une forme circulaire, ovale ou carrée.
11. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel au moins l'un des éléments de couverture (31, 32) dispose d'une région
d'encollage (310) et d'une région de rabat (311) divisée par une région d'ouverture
par déchirement affaiblie (312), dans lequel la région d'ouverture par déchirement
(312) est conçue pour permettre une séparation de la région d'encollage (310) et de
la région de rabat (311), par exemple en étant amovible, pour libérer ainsi la région
de rabat (311) pour un accès aux poches respectives (21, 22, 22', 22").
12. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel les éléments de couverture (31, 32) sont solidaires les uns des autres,
et/ou dans lequel l'emballage externe (3) présente une forme en U, une forme de boucle
ou une forme de boîte.
13. Emballage à maintien vertical (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel les poches (21, 22, 22', 22") sont réalisées en un matériau de sécurité
alimentaire, de préférence en plastique, plus préférablement en matériau souple et
encore plus préférablement en matériau transparent, et/ou dans lequel l'emballage
externe (3) est en carton ou en plastique.
