Abstract (en)
An installation according to the invention comprises a manufacturing shop (1) equipped with a self-propelled casting bench (7), a self-propelled demoulding bench (8) and a travelling crane (2). It comprises a storage area (4) for the elements, a ready-mix plant (9,10,11,12,13), a workshop for preparing the reinforcements (20) and a drying area (16), attached to the shop (1), in which a minimum temperature of 15 DEG is maintained all the year round. After being left for approximately 24 hours in the area (16), each mould is transferred to the bench (8), demoulded, returned to the area (16), transferred to the casting bench (7), filled with concrete and returned again to the area (16). An application is the mass production of reinforced concrete elements such as posts, beams and girders. <IMAGE>

Une installation selon l'invention comporte un atelier de fabrication (1), équipé d'un banc de coulage automoteur (7), d'un banc de démoulage automoteur (8), et d'un pont roulant (2). Elle comporte un parc de stockage (4) des éléments, une centrale à béton (9, 10, 11, 12, 13), un atelier de préparation des armatures (20) et un local de séchage (16), accolé à l'atelier (1), dans lequel on maintient en toute saison une température minima de 15°. Après un séjour de l'ordre de 24 heures dans le local (16), chaque moule est transféré dans le banc (8), démoulé, ramené dans le local (16), transféré sur le banc de coulage (7), rempli de béton et ramené à nouveau dans le local (16). Une application est la fabrication en série d'éléments en béton armé tels que poteaux, poutres, poutrelles.
