1. Cutting tool for cutting out a sheet blank, having a square shape with cut corners for the subsequent pressing of a cylindrical work piece, comprising a cutting die (1) and a plunger (4), characterized in that the width of the sheet strip supplied corresponds to the edge spacing of the sheet blank (c) in that the cutting die (1) is provided on the sheet entry side with a liner (3), the cutting edge of which is aligned perpendicularly to the sheet's direction of motion and the length of which (a) corresponds to the length of the chord (b) formed by the longitudinal edge of the sheet strip (2) and the aperture of the cutting die (1) in the area of the longitudinal edges of the sheet strip (2), and the cylindrically formed plunger (4) has a flat region associated with the liner (3) of the cutting die (1).
Abstract (de)
Dieses Schnittwerkzeug zum Ausschneiden eines Blechzuschnittes für das nachfolgende Pressen eines zylindrischen Werkstückes besteht aus einem Gesenk (1) und einem Stempel (4). Zur materialsparenden Erzeugung von Blechzuschnitten mit einer Form, die Werkstücke von hoher Qualität gewährleistet, ist das Schnittwerkzeug dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Öffnung des Schneidgesenks (1) größer ist als die Breite des zu beschneidenden Blechstreifens (2), das Schneidgesenk (1) mit einer in Zuführrichtung des Blechstreifens (2) ausgerichteten Einlage (3) mit einer Schnittkante versehen ist, deren Länge der Länge der durch die Längskante des Blechstreifens (2) und der Öffnung des Schneidgesenks (1) gebildeten Sekante entspricht, der Zuführhub des Blechstreifens (2) dessen Breite entspricht, und der zylindrische Stempel (4) eine der Einlage (3) des Schneidgesenks (1) zugeordnete Abflachung aufweist.
