Abstract (en)
The pressure container consists of a closed, approximately spherical casing in the interior of which a flexible partition wall (11) is arranged; the wall divides the interior into a liquid space (12) and a gas space (13). The casing is produced by extrusion from a blank in such a way that, in a first operation, an approximately goblet-shaped structure is produced, the upper part of which is conical in shape, i.e. has a tapering wall thickness, and is rolled in after the insertion of the partition wall, an approximately spherical casing thus being formed. The conical shape of the upper half (10') of the casing ensures that the rolling in does not give rise to any thickening in this zone but that the wall thickness remains the same at all points. <IMAGE>

Der Druckbehälter besteht aus einem geschlossenen, etwa kugelförmigen Gehäuse, in dessen Innenraum eine elastische Trennwand (11) angeordnet ist; sie unterteilt diesen in einen Flüssigkeitsraum (12) und in einen Gasraum (13). Das Gehäuse ist durch Fließpressen aus einer Platine derart hergestellt, daß in einem ersten Arbeitsgang ein etwa kelchartiges Gebilde hergestellt wird, dessen oberer Teil konisch ausgebildet ist, d.h. sich verjüngende Wandstärke besitzt, und nach dem Einbringen der Trennwand eingebördelt wird, so daß ein etwa kugelförmiges Gehaüse entsteht. Durch die konische Ausbildung der oberen Gehaüsehälfte (10') wird erreicht, daß durch das Einbördeln keine Verdickung in dieser Zone entsteht, sondern die Wandstärke überall dieselbe bleibt.
