[origin: ES268537U] A method for the manufacture of stopper wirings which consists: in shaping wires to a profile including in a first plane a central portion in the form of an arc of circle and two straight branches, in disposing the shaped wires to form a complete ring, the straight branches extending outwardly from the ring, in twisting each branch along a first portion of its length starting from the ring, in twisting locally the remaining portion of each branch in a zone intermediate between the twisted portion and the outer end, and in rolling the end of the remaining portion of each branch in the shape of a loop to form one leg of the wiring.

Procédé de fabrication de muselets pour bouteilles de champagne et analogues, et muselets réalisés par sa mise en oeuvre. Pour fabriquer le muselet, on part de quatre segments de fil métallique (1, 2, 3, 4) on les conforme avec pour chacun un arc de cercle (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) solidaire de deux branches rayonnantes (1b, 2b, 3b, 4b) à peu près radiales qui, une fois les arcs de cercle rassemblés autour d'un même centre forment des paires dont chacune constitue une branche double, on tortille chaque branche double sur une partie de sa longueur (jusqu'en A), sur la partie rectiligne restante (AB) on inverse les deux fils (par exemple 1b, 4b) par torsion locale d'un demi-tour (en C), et enfin l'on roule cette partie restante (AB) pour réaliser une boucle terminale propre à recevoir le fil de ceinture du muselet qu'il ne reste qu à emboutir en cloche.
