[origin: ES8304258A1] A method and apparatus for forming continuous concrete walls in tunnels or galleries is provided. More particularly, the invention relates to a form that is slidable through the gallery or tunnel. The form is an elongated supported tubular structure generally conforming to the shape of the gallery or tunnel. The outermost surface of the form is spaced from the wall of the gallery or tunnel a sufficient distance to enable an appropriate amount of concrete to be poured or pressed therein. The form is adapted to have the concrete pumped into the annular spaced provided for it, and to have the force of the concrete against the leading edge of the form cause the form to slidably advance through the gallery or tunnel.

Das Verfahren zum Vortrieb einer Gleitschalung mit einem sich in Längsrichtung eines Stollens oder Tunnels erstreckenden Schalungskörper (5, 6), einer die Vorderseite abschließenden Stirnschalung (20) und einer Stützkonstruktion (7) besteht darin, daß zunächst zumindest im Deckenbereich des Stollens oder Tunnels die Teile des Schalungskörpers, die mit flüssigem Beton hinterfüllt werden sollen, und die Teile des Schalungskörpers, die an noch nicht erhärtetem Beton anliegen, an der Stützkonstruktion starr abgestützt werden und daß nach einer ausreichenden Aushärtung des Betons zu einer elastischen Abstützung des Schalungskörpers an der Stützkonstruktion übergegangen wird. Hierzu sind sowohl starre (11) als auch elastische (12) Übertragungsglieder zwischen Schalungskörper (5, 6) und Stützkonstruktion (7) zueinander parallel wirkend angeordnet, während eine Umschalteinrichtung vorgesehen ist, mit der wahlweise entweder die starren oder die elastischen Übertragungsglieder in Betrieb genommen werden können.
