Abstract (en)
The process for separating castings (2) from sand packs (1) provides for the insertion of lance tubes (4) into the sand surrounding the casting (2). The lance tubes (4) are hollow on the inside and have bores (5) in the circumferential surface. The lance tube (4) is pressurised by means of a fluid medium. The pressure exerted by the medium has the effect of expelling the moulding sand. <IMAGE>

Ein Verfahren zum Auspacken von Gussstucken (2) aus Sandballen (1) sieht vor, dass in den das Gussstück (2) umgebenden Sand Lanzenrohre (4) eingesteckt werden. Die Lanzenrohre (4) sind innen hohl und weisen in der Mantelfläche Bohrungen (5) auf. Mittels eines fluiden Mediums wird das Lanzenrohr (4) mit Druck beaufschlagt. Durch den durch das Medium angeübten Druck wird der Formsand nach aussen weggeschleudert.
