[origin: WO8501678A1] A first lacquer (3) is applied to at least one portion of a substrate (2), then a second lacquer (4) of another colour, optionally a plurality of other lacquers, are applied to other portions of the substrate (2); the lacquer layers are then hardened by firing, the second layer (4) or the other layers of another colour being applied without intermediary firing of the first lacquer (3) on the other predetermined portion of the substrate (2) by using an electrostatic spraying at the motionless spray edges (1) with transport of the colour particles in the electric field. All the lacquer layers are simultaneously hardened by firing after application of the first lacquer and the successive lacquers.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung zwei- oder mehrfarbiger Lackierungen, wobei ein erster Lack (3) auf mindestens einen Teil eines Substrates (2) und danach ein zweiter (4) und ggf. weitere andersfarbige Lacke auf andere Teile des Substrates (2) aufgebracht und die Lackaufträge durch Einbrennen gehärtet werden, wobei der zweite bzw. ggf. die weiteren andersfarbigen Lacke ohne zwischenzeitliches Einbrennen des ersten Lackes (3) auf die vorbestimmten anderen Teile des Substrates (2) unter Einsatz einer elektrostatischen Zerstäubung (1) an ruhenden Zerstaüberkanten mit Transport der Farbteilchen im elektrischen Feld aufgebracht werden und nach Aufbringen der ersten und weiteren Lacke alle Lackauftäge gemeinsam durch Einbrennen gehärtet werden.
