[origin: ES286440U] The loading apparatus of our invention comprises a filling shoe for input of small products, particularly pharmaceutical products, into a plurality of receptacles of a package component moving by and below the filling shoe. The filling shoe is provided with at least one feed chamber for receiving and dispensing the product which has a mouth opening below to the package component. A product duct for feeding the products one after the other is connected to and ends in the feed chamber. Each feed chamber is connected to at least one vacuum passage which is connected to and communicates with a vacuum source. The front side of the feed chamber in the motion direction of the package component may be formed as a guide slope running slantedly downward toward the package component opening in or to a vacuum passage with the feed chamber and to the package component. Vacuum slots may be provided running in a wall of the product duct and ending in the feed chamber to augment the vacuum effect in the product duct.

Die Beschickvorrichtung besitzt einen Füllschuh (1) zum Zuführen pharmazeutischer Produktgegenstände (2) in Formhöfe (3) eines unter dem Füllschuh (1) vorbei bewegten Produktaufnehmers (5). Der Füllschuh (1) ist zur Aufnahme jeweils eines der Produktgegenstände (2) mit mindestens einer Beschickkammer (6) versehen, die eine nach unten zum Produktaufnehmer (5) hin offene Mündung besitzt und an einen die Produktgegenstände (2) nacheinander der Beschickkammer (6) zuführenden Produktkanal (7) angeschlossen ist. Jede Beschickkammer (6) ist an mindestens einen Saugkanal (8.1) angeschlossen, der mit einer Unterdruckquelle (Vakuum) in Verbindung steht. Die in Bewegungsrichtung (4) des Produktaufnehmers (5) vordere Seite der Beschickkammer (6) ist von einer in dieser Richtung schräg nach unten gegen den Produktaufnehmer (5) hin verlaufenden Führungsrampe (9) gebildet, an oder in der den Saugkanal (8.1) mit der Beschickkammer (6) verbindende und zum Produktaufnehmer (5) in offene Saugnuten (8) münden.
