[origin: WO8504290A1] Machine for providing by crimping the ends of cable conductors with end sleeves or other connection elements comprising a contact sleeve opened or closed in the envelope thereof, particularly a crimp sleeve. The machine comprises a device for feeding the end sleeves, a device for supplying the cable conductors and a crimping device cooperating with the sleeve feeding device. The crimping device is provided with a grip having jaws for the crimping of the metal tube of the end-sleeve or the contact sleeve of the connection element on the metal web of the conductor from the end of which the insulation has been removed; jaws are used to take out the synthetic collar from the end sleeve or from a portion of the connection element.

Maschine zum Aufquetschbestücken von Kabeladerenden (KE) mit Aderendhülsen (A) od. dgl. Anschlußelementen mit an der Mantelfläche offener oder geschlossener, aufquetsch- bzw. verpreßbarer Kontakt-Hülse, insbesondere Crimp-Kontaktelementen; mit einer Aderendhülsen-Zuführeinrichtung, einer Kabelader-Einführung und einer Aufquetsch/Bestück-Einrichtung, gespeist von der Aderendhülsen-Zuführeinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufquetsch/Bestück-Einrichtung (100; 650, 700) besitzt: eine Aufquetsch/Bestück-Zange (601, 603) mit Aufquetschbacken (102, 103; 702, 703) zum Aufquetschen des metallischen Rohrstücks (a) der aufzuquetschenden Aderendhülse bzw. der Kontakt-Hülse des Anschlußelements auf die Metall-Seele des abisolierten Kabeladerendes und Spannbacken (105; 656) zum Einspannen des Kunststoff-Kragens der Aderendhülse bzw. eines Teils des übrigen Anschlußelements.
